• Tomasz (9/5): Great place, large and comfortable - Great space. All there. Balcony and 2x terrace. All required equipment there. Master bedroom (double bed), small bedroom 2x single beds and a sofa in living room. Its great apartment. Great for surfers or cyclist, as you have space to store your gear. Walk to city center/main square appx 10min (600m) where the shops and restaurants are located - consider walking as driving there takes more time and no chance for parking in the main square area. Location is great, but parking on the street is very limited, option to park a car few hundred meter away on a busy road.
• Gabriela (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment, super close to the beach and the windsurf spot. We had everything we needed, both as amenities and essentials. The large terrace is great. It is windy in El Medano, which is why we were there, so the protection shields on ground level terrace were an absolute treasure. High ceilings, quality furniture, as it is made for a home,not a vacation rental. Great communication with the manager, clear instructions for check-in. Super close to the main beach alley and all the bars and restaurants in Medano. Everything is in walkable distance. No trouble to park the car at any time in April. There is a construction site in front, which is not something the owners could do about. You can hear the work outside, but it didn't bother us too much. Bear in mind the South Airport is super close,so you can hear and see the airplanes. We love planes, so for us it is an advantage.
• Darren (5/5): Nice house but building work was unbearable - the house itself was amazing at 8 every morning there was a JCB breaking rocks right outside the property. it was so loud which was a real shame. I know the property owners can't do anything about but at the same time they could have informed me. this is going to be a long term build as they have only just started the footings
