• LEMA SOUSA (1/5): Si te gusta dormir con cucarachas este es el sitio ideal!!! - Solo me gustó la ubicación. llegamos al apartamento el día 26 de junio, teníamos reservadas 6 noches. Al llegar vimos que necesitaba cambiar los colchones y la falta de limpieza en todo el apartamento. Yo me dedico al alquiler de casas para vacaciones y cuando hacemos la limpieza los botes que están vacíos los tiramos, aquí no, botes vacíos en la cocina y en el baño, para mí esto significa que no limpiaron por esas zonas. El hervidor del agua y la tostadora asquerosos!!! La balleta y esponja de la cocina inutilizables. Sofá cama incomodísimo. Éramos 2 matrimonios y 1 niña , pregunté si no había sabanas para el sofá y me las mandan coger de un trastero que tienen pequeño, sin ventana,donde las tenían colgadas,sin planchar.Para los 6 días 2 toallas para cada uno. Lo peor vino el viernes cuando nos levantamos ,teníamos cucarachas en cama, se lo comunico y me dicen que nunca se diera eso, cuando en las reseñas ya había comentarios por cucarachas y allí tenían 2 botes de insecticidas. Descargamos un bote de insecticida pensando que con eso se resolvería, pero que va, parece que los alimentaba aún más. Sacamos las cosas de la habitación, cerramos la puerta y dormimos en el suelo de la sala. En vista que nadie nos daba solución, ni propietarios, ni Andrea, escribí a Booking y tampoco, el lunes vuelvo a mandar a los propietarios y a Andrea, por la ansiedad que aquello nos estaba causando, tuvimos que precintar la puerta ya que salían por los marcos de la puerta. La contestación de Andrea es que buscasemis otro sitio para esas 2 noches que nos quedaban , que ellos nos abonarían el 30% del alquiler y que nos pagaban otro hotel o apartamento. Me negué a perder mi tiempo de vacaciones buscando otro alojamiento, y le dije que eso lo tenían que solucionar ellos no yo. A día de hoy estoy esperando el reembolso que no me hicieron y una solución.

• Giacon (8/5): Good to stay and convenient to go to downtown by bus - Cozy and comfortable . Perfect area and convenient to get bus or supermarket (5 min ). Host was nice and polite . Maybe it would be better to get a new kettle😅
• Pepi (1/5): Nightmare - A terrible place, smells of marijuana everywhere, dirty building, far from transportation, you walk through a dark street like through a backyard. The house was in a terrible state, uncleaned, I had to wait 2 hours for someone to come to clean it. The apartment flooded from above, well, we were in it, we called the owner and he responded after 5 hours, we had to dry the furniture, at the same time the alarm went off and no one took any measures, we still had to fix it and this for 10 hours. The owner said he would compensate us for the inconvenience caused, but that didn't happen either.

• Ak (10/5): Nice away day to meet up with an old university friend - The apartment is in a convenient location, and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe! The apartment will require fans, especially during the hot summer days.
• Andrea (10/5): Ottimo! - La struttura è diversa dalle foto , è stato cambiato l'arredamento in meglio a mio avviso, appartamento molto grande rispetto alla descrizione e molto luminoso , Host sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora ed accesso facile tramite codici.
• Andre (10/5): The host was very helpful! - You could not ask for more! Thank you! This property is clean, fast internet, accessible location with lots of options. This was a perfect location for our family. We liked everything about the property!
• Nolwenn (9/5): Lovely flat close to London city - It's a charming place with everything necessary, and it's really close to the city centre, and to the transports. The area is mostly calm. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive in case anything is amiss. Nothing notable.
• Ricardo (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and close to a bus and train station. Very clean as well and host was very helpful. We stayed in the summer so there were only thin sheets in the bedrooms, but at night it got quite cold so we would have appreciated some more duvets. The sofa bed is also not that big so I would only recommend this for 5 people there were also no extra pillows and bedsheets for the sofabed we had to look into the cleaning room to find a blanket. Sofabed was also not so comfortable. Overall more than a great stay but maybe if you were with 5 like we were consider how the sofabed will be. For 4 people a perfect stay!
• Máté (8/5): Clean, cozy, great location, friendly and approachable host. - Very friendly and approachable host who was available to answer when needed. Place was cozy, clean and close to the underground metro. Key collection was easy and painless. Apartment was very, very hot on arrival, but we stayed during a heatwave and keeping the windows open was enough.
• Radim (4/5): Disappointing - During the whole stay there wasn't any warm water, which was very uncomfortable. In the bathroom there was a cockroach which I could probably bear but imagine getting to the airbnb after entire day of walking and what awaits you is ice cold shower. Other than that it was relatively fine.
• Tracey (8/5): Very good - Apartment felt secure and was very clean on arrival.. Host provided detailed instructions for check in. Good kitchen facilities with dining area and large sitting room. One large bedroom and one medium. Easy 10 minutes walk to nearest tube station. Would have benefited from additional armchair seating for 4 people staying.
• Sofia (9/5): The host made my stay feel like home, even though a couple of things wasn’t the best he was really friendly and gave his - The host was really friendly and so easy to get through, had everything we wanted and the rooms were so spacious. Felt like home The signal wasn’t the best, issues with wifi but the staff was so approachable and tried to help as much as he could

• James (8/5): Great location with great transport links. - I was initially concerned about location and getting around but once found my way around the immediate area I was amazed. With the DLR a very short walk away the centre of London is 10 mins away while Canary Wharf and the O2 are literally on your door step. So whether your visit is business or pleasure, this is a very good location.
