It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.

They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box. The Hotel is not well maintained. One of our room has a bath room with broken lock. The tv has only one channel. When they cleaned the room they did not add tea and coffee bags. One of rooms curtines is cut. The rooms are and bath room are very small.

The location is somewhat suitable, the rooms in general should be well renovated and the water boiler should be new, the room is spacious and the views are good.

- Dr. (7/5): great staff - The best thing is the location directly to Sapanca lake amazing view Staff are really very friendly and good especially Mr. Emra and Mr. Dawood so nice breakfast good with Gozlema daily staff speaks Arabic and English they are amazing not clean with old furniture and blankets they clean rooms very late in the day even when we ask for anything late to come and late to get insects inside rooms jacuzzi not good with loud sounds sometimes appear even if not usin it air conditioner in suite very bad they get fan with it but still not good sometimes the toilets don’t have water

I don't like how he answers me back, when I said (I didn't like the room .. he said cancel your booking) the room has a window on top of the bed , so he put a black papers to avoid the light) I will send you pictures the closest was small.
