• Ivano (9/5): Consigliatissimo per la posizione e la particolarità dell'appartamento. - Appartamento molto bello e ampio. Arredato in modo piacevolmente particolare. Pulizia impeccabile. Fermata della metro a 20 metri, comodissima. L'appartamento si trova al sesto piano, il palazzo ha l'ascensore. Abbiamo apprezzato il piccolo terrazzo con vista sui dintorni, per i nostri aperitivi prima di uscire alla sera. Aria condizionata presente in tutti i locali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche lasciato una bottiglietta di prosecco, 2 birre e qualche bibita in frigo. Vicini rumorosi al mattino. L'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento non è perfetta. I posteggi in zona sono difficili da trovare. Noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel posteggio a pagamento al 31 di via Albenga per 25 euro al giorno.
• Andreas (10/5): Fantastic place and fantastic host. - The property itself was amazing, as well as the host. Pretty much everything exceeded expectations. We used the nearby metro for a few stops to access the main tourist sites.

• Roy (10/5): Good flat for family of 4 vacationing in Rome - The location is excellent being right next to the Metro station with grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The flat was modern with all of the conveniences (all the right dinnerware, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, modern TV, etc) we could want. Worked very well for a family of 4 on holiday. Tommaso was very helpful with instructions and recommendations. The shower could have been stronger, but really that is splitting hairs. We were very happy with staying at Casa Marta.

• Tarquin (10/5): Perfectly located, and such a cute and homely place to relax in. - The hosts were so flexible with check in which was so much appreciated. Tommaso, Marta's son who greeted us at the property, was really welcoming and so helpful, gave us some really good tips on local places to go for food including some vegan options. The flat was fantastic, such a lovely flat in a great spot super close to the metro line meaning traveling into the city to see the sights was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and even helpful things like herbs and spices as well as coffee and tea. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again if I get the chance! Literally the only thing was our naïve British selves didn't realise there were electronic roller blinds for the windows until the second day so we slept with no curtains/blinds on the first night. Haha!

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is fully equipped in all you need (kitchen stuff, comfortable beds, towells), it is very clean and nice. It is only 2.5 km from Colosseum, however metro station is located in front of the building. All was good, our host was helpfull and easy in contact - thank you Casa Marta for nice few days in Rome :) A bit noisy in the night but... Rome is loud city :)
• Katy (10/5): Fantastic building and facilities, clean and comfortable. :) - Location is perfect. Metro can get you anywhere but there are shops and pharmacies nearby. Cornettoland is great! Host is super friendly and communicative and left us essentials to use including coffee and bottled water. Facilities were pretty much spot on. Included a coffee machine and enough cooking equipment for us to easily self cater. No microwave, but that wasn't a bother. Dishwasher was a bonus, and the small washing machine was fine for our needs (2 adults, 2 t(w)een kids). Nice old building with a lift (elevator) and fun views from the windows and balcony. There are steps to enter the main lobby, though. Only thing missing is a tumble dryer - air drying clothes takes a little time. Double bed is a bit creaky.
• Peter (9/5): Great stay - A nicely decorated and comfortable apartment in a great location. Although it isn't in the historical centre, there is a Metro station just below the building which allows you to reach the centre in minutes. We actually preferred to be away from the tourist traps, as the coffee and gelato were more reasonably priced around here! Our host, Marta, was lovely, helpful and accommodating and gave us some very good suggestions. Overall, clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 6th floor may present some challenges when the lift is in use.
• Fran (9/5): Superb - Really friendly host who showed us round the apartment, super chatty and pleased to see us. The apartment is a great size, and the variety of cooking utensils etc. is way beyond what you'd expect in a holiday apartment. They had even left us a little welcome pack in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The apartment is a bit outside the centre but so close to the metro that this really doesn't matter - you can be in the city centre in just a few stops. Would definitely stay here again.
• Henrique (9/5): Amazing apartment to enjoy Rome with my family. - The house is clean, and organized, with an excellent bathroom and bedrooms. The location is amazing, beside PunteLongo station and CornettoLand cafe. The host was in the apartment to handover the keys as well as give all tips of Rome. The air conditioner in the living room was noisy.

• James (10/5): Great location in the centre but away from the bustle of the tourism. - There is a fully functioning kitchen in the flat, a nice balcony, lots of cafes close by. It's a great flat. Great location. Marta is really nice and speaks excellent English.

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really great to get around. Just directly opposite Metro A, Ponte Lungo station. Tuscolana is also in walking distance where you can connect directly with Tiburtina in one stop or FCO airport if you need one. The host was really friendly and helpful. She helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The apartment was also clean and well stocked with everything needed.
• Michal (10/5): We loved our stay in Rome and would like to thank our host, Marta. - The host was communicative and willing to adapt to our time needs. The location is perfect, few minutes to metro, train, store or several restaurants including an all-you-can-eat cafeteria. The apartment has everything we needed and is cozy and clean.
• Mei (9/5): Nice place to stay in Rome - The location is good, very close to metro, just need to take 10mins to Termini. The property is very cosy and just refurbished. Marta is very nice and helpful. We will recommend our friends to stay there.
