- Paul (9/5): Friendly host, excellent location, cleanliness, privacy, and available parking were all appreciated. - Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to its ideal and quiet location. It's conveniently close to the town centre and just a 30-minute stroll or short taxi or bus ride from the racecourse. Very minor comment, the shower controls took a little getting used to but once set worked ok.

- christopher (9/5): Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation - quiet location dedicated off-street parking - Basically this is a self-catering venue -think of it as a detached ground floor bedsit apartment. Host provided very welcome basic consumables (e.g. tea, coffee, cereals, milk) for breakfast if arriving after shops have shut.
10-15 minutes level walk gets you to all Beverley's main central attractions and facilities. Wifi code was handwritten, so I needed a couple of tries to hit on the right interpretation of alphanumerics, upper/lower case etc.
