- John (9/5): Excellent two bedroom apartment close to the centre of Belfast - The apartment is very spacious with two good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen/living space. It is close to the city centre with good access to public transport. It was also very clean and well presented. Nothing to speak of
- Jake (9/5): - The apartment was super clean and very well designed, the staff where extremely helpful with allowing us to check in early and giving us a option for late check out. Nothing was to much trouble for them would defo recommend staying here in the heart of Belfast centre.

The property was close to local shopping areas, restaraunts and bars. Louise and Keith were lovely, they communicated well prior to and during our stay. Had a minor issue during our stay and Keith responded straight away. Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Belfast.

The people who owned the apartment were so so helpful! Location was superb 5/10 minute walk from everything. Honestly can’t complain and would definitely stay here if I visited Belfast again. Can’t complain with anything.

We loved the communication from start to finish with the hosts and they even offered a later check out at no extra cost. The apartments location was great and we were only a 5 min walk from anywhere we wanted to be. Very modern interior, comfortable beds and great waterfall shower! Nothing
- Christine (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. - Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more. Very helpful hosts on the end of the phone. The apartment was clean, comfy and very welcoming. The bed was slightly too soft for me but the other 3 travellers thought they were better than perfect so it’s just preference. Nothing wrong with beds! Shower was great, hot water for 4 adult showers a day. Only one issue was with the rubbish chute being full.

Beds were so comfortable. Apartment was so cosy, perfect for 4 friends to catch up. Host as amazing, gave us lots of tips and places to go and was very prompt when messaging back. would definitely recommend the apartment, we will be back for another stay.

It was clean, spacious and Louise was an amazing host adding a taxi recommendation that just made the experience perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here. There was nothing to dislike. This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location

- Wojciech (9/5): I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. - The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We received excellent, detailed information regarding property access and a wealth of local tips covering transportation, dining, and the area in general. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, situated in a very convenient location close to the city center. The layout was perfect, featuring two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the second with a double-size bed. The kitchen and living room were nicely connected, with a cozy sofa and corner sofa making the space feel inviting. A major convenience was the parking availability on the ground levels at only £5 per 24 hours. We also loved having the Iceland market in the same building, which was incredibly handy. We definitely enjoyed our stay. While the kitchen was equipped with most of the essentials, we personally missed having a microwave. However, the oven and hob were fully functional and did the trick for our needs. A very minor point, but it would be great if the kitchen could also be supplied with paper kitchen towels.
- Rachel (3/5): Spacious flat with a terrible experience and not a good night sleep - Spacious comfy apartment. Great location for the city centre This was a terrible experience for us - on arrival we couldnt get in and had to stand in the rain for an hour. Eventually a neighbour let us in, not the host - the shower is very weak and takes a long time to run warm - the flat is listed as non smoking but stank of smoke when we arrived - the towels and bed linen are washed in perfumed powders, not good for allergies - the flat is above the back of Iceland. That means from 3am - 7am every night a delivery truck comes and starts loading and unloading making a complete racket loud enough to keep you awake - to remove the smoke smell we tried to keep a window open but as well as Iceland delivery lorries the flat faces the major intersection into Belfast and traffic doesn't stop on this at any point, so having the window open for fresh air, air circulation or to remove the smoke smell isn't great - first world problem but there was no bath mat which is weird for a shower that isn't enclosed We had a terrible night's sleep in this place. Whilst some of these items are first world problems, we wouldn't recommend staying for either a relaxing stay or if you're using it work for and need a good night sleep!

Once you have them, we never had any issues with the door downstairs or the apartment door itself. - Location is great, you're around the corner from one of Belfast's best pubs, Madden's; 5 minutes to the City Center, 10 minutes to the Cathedral Quarter, and ~20 minutes to the Peace Wall/Falls Road/Shankhill area. - Plenty of toiletries/towels - Rooms are compact but the living room/kitchen is quite large, great for 4 people - While the location is great, the road is busy outside, it was quite hot in Belfast during our stay ~80F/27C, so with the windows open you pick up plenty of noise from the street. - Apartment picks up a lot of sun

If anything, the door entrance system takes a bit of practice to get used to, but we arrived very late which maybe contributed our lack of finesse with the buttons.

- Yulia (10/5): Great bright flat, close to the city centre - Lovely, airy and bright flat in a really convenient location. The beds were super comfy and the flat had everything needed for a short stay. If you are planning to cook, there’s pans and baking trays. The communication with the host was flawless and quick. If at all possible, I would suggest adding a frying pan to the set of cooking bits and pieces. Everything else was perfect.
