• Lorna (1/5): Uncomfortable…. Disappointing.. its not worth what i paid .i want. to refund my money..! - Nothing at all.. im very disappointed..i want to refind my money.. All.. the place is very dirty.. the house is old .. they dont even have rice cooker and electric kettle.. The pots are very old and dirty. The beds are uncomfortable, the spare pillows are very old, dusty, and dirty. The air conditioner’s vibration is irritating and loud and can keep you awake at night if you’re a light sleeper. Local children are playing inside from time to time, we lost a volleyball when we accidentally left it outside. NO BIDET. Electric sockets are lacking.
• Aaron (10/5): Great place to stay - For the price, the house was much bigger and cleaner than expected. Bed and couch were all cleaned. Barely any dust on the floor. We saw just one cockroach throughout our stay. The appliances worked great. The place was near Talipanan Beach - perfect for introverts. There are stores nearby, so there was no problem with having food to cook. Just a little bit of walk to the tricycle station. We wanted to extend our stay here, but it was already booked. Also, the owner and caretaker were very responsive to our queries and concerns. Overall, the place was great. It really enhanced our stay in Puerto Galera. Would love to come back to Puerto and stay here again. Location-wise, it is far from tourist destinations. The flow of water in kitchen sink is not strong. Electric fans and aircons were full of dust.
• Bart (4/5): Its sad this place has so much potential, but it needs major repairs and some serious TLC. And cable - I visited the Palm house with my partner, we liked the location which was peaceful and a short walk from te sea. White beach is only a few minutes away by car or tricycle. The owners were nice and friendly and easily reachable. The wifi was very fast and stable, the fridge/freezer combination is a big size, recent and clean. This place has a lot of potential, but seriously lacks maintenance and hygiëne. The most important were: Several electrical outlets are not working, which feels dangerous. The bedroom door lock worked, but after the first use the key got stuck and we couldn't get it out anymore. The flatscreen is fake since there is no cable connection or satellite decoder whatsoever, and also a hdmi cable could not be provided. We ended up buying one ourselves so we could watch netflix trough the laptop. We changed rooms twice: the first night because of a nest of cockroaches behind the curtain, then after buying brugspray and brushing off the curtains we moved back because of the better AC and bigger bed. The matrasses are 20 cm smaller than the bed and totally worn. We ended up stacking 3 on top of each other so we could sleep without a sore back. The couch is totally worn as well. Cockroaches and a way lot of ants remained an issue, but after a few hours of cleaning the first morning we started to feel cosy anyway. But still this is our vacation, and we shouldn't be cleaning for hours the first day and getting rid of bug nests.
• Arellano (9/5): Superb - The host was very cordial and accommodating. Glad that it only took me a few steps to be beachside and swimming in the sea already. The place felt safe also. Will definitely book again, God willing. :)

• Hashemoto (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay. Although, we just stayed there for quite a bit moment yet we’ve had so much fun - The place was very cheap yet really comfortable. They made sure that we’d enjoy our stay. Everything was very nice from the owner to the facility. The place was spacious and neat. Plus Felippo and his friend were both handsome lol None.
