The rural location was perfect for a quiet weekend away but close enough to lots of interesting places. We enjoyed a walk to the nearest pub, the Wykham Arms, and had a lovely meal there. Can definitely recommend Hill House without reservation.
- Deborrah (8/5): Great House for a Summer or Winter Getaway. - Clean and warm, Jane was a very helpful friendly host, very responsive to all our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable and the upstairs shower the best we have used in a very long time. The house was well presented, fabulously warm, with a great wood burner. It would be great for families as there is so much space and provision of games and a mini snooker table. Plenty of local walks and pubs nearby. 3 of us had a lovely stay, and thought the house would be perfect for a family summer or winter break. No major issues
