- Hermann (3/5): Hotel needs drastic improvement. Actually totally overprized for that low level of service - Nicely decorated reception hall. Spacious room. Beach-access. No shelf/drawers for clothes. Needed to ask for clothes-hangers, got 5 for 2 pers. Only 1 armchair, no other sitting-utensil in bedroom and on balcony. No hooks for towels in bathroom. Response to Property's Response: NO, there was not sufficient clothes storage. NO, there were no cushions "taken up overnight". 1st day we found some piled IP at the bar. 2nd day there were fome left from an afternoon function. 3rd and 4th day there were NONE. We have never been introduced to nor seen any "breakfast area" with "wooden chairs". We were told that breakfast was server at the open air 'restaurant'. NO, there was no "option to upgrade". You had no fruits, you ran out of eggs. And on day 4 were were not even asked, what we winter. We only got ONE slice of toast and marmelade. On my astonished question if that was all you got, the chef/server hesitatingly said that she might be able do some saltfish. She didn't offer that before. The"upgrades" to the far to simple Continentel breakfast consisted of Abitur callaloo or two or three quite small pieces of fried plantain. There was never a real Continental Breakfast and never an "upgrade" which deserves that name. You did not respond to messing chairs in room and on balcony. You did not respond to the missing hooks in the bathroom. Or do you see the one (!) srew as sufficient? Pool was dirty, same the 'backyard'. Breakfast was very poor. No real choices, mostly eggs and toastbread. Last day only 1 slice of toast plus marnelade. Ridicolous! Simple plastic chairs in restaurant. The (mainly dirty) cushions disappeared after 1. day.

- Samantha (10/5): Great - TAINO COVE was an excellent choice. The property was right on the beach, waking up in the morning to ocean views was a top tier experience. Very quiet and peaceful, the room was clean, hot water, a/c is all I needed after a day excursion. Staff was amazing, and accomodating..we got the breakfast inclusive and it was more than worth it. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.
- Lyle (8/5): Great place to disconnect for someone who isn’t looking for super luxury amenities. Very chill place - Quiet place. An easy drive or bike to eateries like Jake’s and JackSpratt. Comfortable room with few amenities. Pool and grounds provide ample space to move around and relax. Self service bar with amazing view of the bay. Rooms offer little sound protection. You can literally hear word for word conversation from the next room. Balcony is nice but small difficult to sit out and enjoy it. Friendly no rush staff is a plus.

- Stuart (5/5): Great location but everything else was not as expected - The view and location was exceptional, even though the area itself is still suffering from storm Beryl The room was very basic and outdated, no facilities like fridge etc, but did have air con. We were the only people staying and everything stated on the advert was not happening, even the bar was self service, the breakfast was very poor, first day some melon and banana then the smallest egg and dried bread, 2nd day not even the fruit. The host seemed like she didn’t want to be there and everything was too much trouble, they don’t do any food on property although the host was cooking for herself, nothing was offered even at a charge, so an opportunity missed. there only seems to be 1 restaurant down the road about 40 mins walk. The 3 days we spent there the pool wasn’t cleaned at all, don’t expect karaoke, massage, yoga or anything else for that matter, if I could get a refund then I would.

- Wil (8/5): A getaway treasure - The hotel is very affordable, it's quite and not over flowing with tourists we were the only ones there which I like, but you must be able to drive to get your own food although I believe ms.cherrt is the one who cooks for a fee,inside the rooms are not fancy but has a jamaica vibes to it,in other words if you're looking for a way to get away from the big resorts and experience the island this would be the place, but don't expect tooooo much. Not enough clean towels, no self-help coffee machine or complimentary water or juice in the lobby. And they keep turning off the air conditioner when they enter to clean the room daily we would return to a hot room 😒

- Roseita (9/5): A short but sweet stay at Taino Cove - I loved the individual love and care given to me during my visit. It was my first and when my taxi pulled up, Lorraine came out to meet me and said this must be Ms. Ebanks! That was so special after I had been driven 3 plus hours from Kingston airport to reach there. She had lunch waiting for me consisting of curry shrimps, sweet/sour fish and jerk chicken with mac and cheese, rice and peas and a glass of water and Christmas sorrel. I should have arrived Christmas day but didn't make it so I missed my Christmas Dinner with them. This was my treat! It was so good. All the staff were so nice and accommodating that even when I needed a short ride down the road to meet my friends at their guesthouse, they willing gave me a ride. Wished that they also provided lunch and dinner but do understand that would require a larger staff.

- Gonlopez (5/5): Passable - Pretty location. Friendly staff. Private parking. Pool was very dirty (completely uninviting). The place is a bit run-down. Lots of bugs (spiders, moths, ants) inside the rooms. Bar was closed. We went to a hotel right next door to spend the day with working facilities (clean pool, bar, access to a swimmable beach), which of course makes no sense when you consider the cost of the stay.

- Tafari (9/5): Beautiful little gem in Treasure Beach - We loved the location of how very close it was to the Reggae Rum & Food festival in Treasure Beach. We enjoyed all the facilities and availability for the price and time that we booked. We were very shocked at how great this place was. We didn't like the fact that for everything cold, we'd have to store it downstairs in the fridge. Makes it less convenient to have drinks and etc. but, that was all.
