La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile Casa pulita e ordinata Errore mio, non avevo letto con attenzione, e il bagno era in comune. Le camere sono piccole e purtroppo gira poca aria, di notte, nonostante la finestra aperta ha fatto caldo.

• NICOLETTA (8/5): Breve soggiorno ad Arco - Cristina gentilissima e disponibile, la camare pulita, in ordine con un bel balcone. Molto apprezzata la macchina del caffè e altri prodotti messi a disposizione È un peccato che non ci sia il bagno in camera, altrimenti sarebbe tutto perfetto. In ogni caso la cosa è ben specificata nella descrizione, quindi ho prenotato essendone perfettamente consapevole.
• Alfred (9/5): Einfach, aber schön. - Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad und allem was man so braucht. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine standen im Flur zur Verfügung. Dazu eine unschlagbar tolle Gastgeberin. Hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Grazie Mille Christina.

Colazione molto variegata con opzioni sia dolci che salate. siamo stati davvero coccolati. La struttura è a pochi minuti dal centro di Arco ed ha un parcheggio privato. • Andrea (9/5): Possiamo solo che consigliare un soggiorno quì. - Confermo a pieno le recensioni lette prima della scelta. L’ospitatilità della Signora Cristina è stata eccelsa. Stanza ampia, pulita, dotata di ogni confort e anche di più. Plus graditissimi diverse accortezze che la padrona di casa offre ai suoi oapiti, come l’angolo caffè/the a disposizione molto fornito e le bottigliette di acqua fatte trovare in camera. Attenzioni al cliente che fanno la differenza e non si trovano ovunque. Per non parlare della buonissima e caria colazione offerta. Sicuramente da consigliare e da tenere in considerazione per viaggi in zona futuri. Nulla

Locazione perfetta Colazione molto abbondante, sembrava di stare in un Hotel a 5 Stelle Niente. Non mancava niente, c'era tutto quello che serviva e anche di più.

• Massimiliano (9/5): Come sentirsi a casa! - Cristina è un’host straordinaria! Siamo arrivati tardi di venerdì e non è stato assolutamente un problema. Ci ha accolti con una gentilezza straordinaria e ci ha viziati con colazioni spettacolari. Sempre disponibile, simpatica e di compagnia. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un evento di arrampicata ad Arco: il centro FASI è a soli 8 minuti di macchina, e le falesie o le vie lunghe sono tutte nei dintorni.

• Christiane (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Zum ausführlichen Frühstück serviert die Gastgeberin einen echt italienischen Espresso caffe aus dem Bialetti und er schmeckt wunderbar. Wenn man in Arco Urlaub macht, empfiehlt es sich sehr, hier weiter oben im Stadtteil Bolognano zu wohnen, denn hier ist die Luft frisch, während es unten in der Stadt schnell stickig wird. Zu Fuss braucht man nur eine bequeme halbe Stunde ins Zentrum, zurück ebenfalls, die Steigung ist sehr moderat. Nicht weit vom B&B gibt es eine Bar, da kann man Kaffe trinken und was essen. Und auch ein Supermarkt ist ganz nah. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das angenehm grosszügige Bad teilt man sich mit anderen Zimmern. Die Stimmung ist ruhig und ausgesprochen freundlich. Zum Abend kann man sich mit einem guten Buch auf die Terrasse setzen oder mit der Gastgeberin plauschen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Lynn (10/5): Warm and comforting place run by a host with a motherly touch - Italian hospitality was top notch. Christina was extremely welcoming and was accommodating in every way. The property had everything I needed such as a stocked bathroom and a microwave convenient enough for me to heat up my food. There is nothing to not like. The place was excellent.

The room was small but had everything we needed, pretty view to the distant Garda from the balcony. The whole place is actually a big apartment so the bathroom is shared. Everything was clean and well equipped. Parking next to the building. Everything was OK, but the place is not close to anything. No bars / shops nearby. Arco is not a walking distance (if you travel with kids). But this is something we knew about - so no issues.

• Bence (9/5): Very good value for money, the big campsites are not much cheaper. - Very friendly and helpful host - although she didn`t speak English. Good breakfast, coffee machine on the corridor with free coffee pads. There was a garage to keep you bicycle locked if needed. Private free parking in front of the entrance. There was a construction work next door - there is nothing you can do with it. A bit out of the city center, but reachable with a 20 min nice walk.

The location is only 10 minutes drive from Riva del Garda Fiera if you're here for Riva Schuh is also perfect. Very recommended Nothing.
