• Evan (10/5): Deux superbes nuits à Bologne - Très bon séjour de deux nuits au sein de cette chambre avec une salle de bain très moderne et une cuisine tout équipé. L’établissement était très bien situé. RIEN
• Brett and Lisa (10/5): Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location. - Great location - close to the centre. Comfortable with everything we needed. As it is on the ground floor facing the street we didn’t open the curtain as passers by would look straight in. Perhaps having a privacy blind or curtain would be nice to be able to let some light in.

Sconsigliato ai timidi - Posizione Si affaccia sulla strada di passaggio, quasi un basso napoletano: sostanzialmente se apri la tenda, ti senti il manichino di un negozio d' abbigliamento! Abatjour da comodino, non pervenute! C'è una bella caffettiera e una macchina con le cialde: peccato che non ci siano cialde e caffè. Mi sarei accontentata di berlo amaro, anche perché non c'era manco lo zucchero. Quindi sarebbero da eliminare gli aggeggi definitivamente per non intristire gli ospiti. Qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe necessario. Check in autonomo che può essere comodo, ma abbastanza triste perché è la morte dell' ospitalità e dell' attenzione verso chi arriva a casa vostra. A questo punto il prezzo è decisamente sovrastimato rispetto al luogo piano strada che, per via della tenda che non apri per evitare che ti guardino in camera mentre sei in mutande, ti costringe a vivere di luce artificiale tendente al bluetto. Non tornerò.

• Amalia (5/5): - Mycket bra läge, smidig incheckning och kommunikation. Rent och välutrustad. Rummet är mycket mörkt och det finns ingen trevlig yta för att till exempel äta frukost. Låter en del från gatan och luftkonditioneringen, som gjorde märkliga ljud, under natten.
• Cristina (9/5): I would definitely come back if I will return to Bologna - The accommodation was great! Exactly what I expected, and the host was very responsive. The location is super central, close to all of the attractions and most points of interest. The location was on the ground floor, and it was very noisy. You could not sleep with the window open, and it got quite hot, but it's not someone's fault.
• Jo (1/5): This booking ruined our holiday - do not book this room - we raised our concerns on arrival with the proprietor who was - It is close to some very nice hotels/BB which you can book as an alternative as you will not want to stay here once you see/ smell it in real life. The pictures on booking.com differ from the actual property, it is a dirty bedsit and not a luxury stay. The bathroom has mold on the walls, the toilet seat was stained with urine, the soft furnishings are stained, the walls are dirty and paint is chipped off, the room and bedding has an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, bedding was dark and did not look or smell clean, the one small window opens on to the street and people walking by can see straight in (like a shop window display), we had napkins and single sheets as towels, the bed is in the kitchen next to the stove, there is no sofa sitting area as shown in the photos and half the wardrobe was padlocked shut.

• Maria (3/5): A dirty property with an expensive price tag . - The location . The shower was filthy . The walls and skirting boards are full of dust . The tv remote did not work , I messaged the proprietor who did not reply . The bathroom light did not work . A smelly mop left in the bathroom .The check in process is not clearly defined . This property with a luxury price tag is far from luxurious.

• Lidiia (10/5): We will definitely come back to LUXURYH - The apartment is cozy and clean. There was everything you need for a vacation. Great location in the heart of Bologna. Very good service. The owner is very nice and open to communication, happy to recommend us the best places to visit. My child and I enjoyed our stay at LUXURYH
