• Çalışkan (10/5): It was worth it. - The house is right in the centre of Vathy. It is really in a great location within walking distance to the harbour and everywhere. It is very successful in heating and cooling. Everything that should be present in a house is available. A house where I will definitely stay during my visits to Samos. And the owner's interest, relevance and kindness made everything go better. Thank you Dimitris😊 It can be much more enjoyable if only the seat changes. Other than that, everything was very good. 😇

• Federica (8/5): Very good - Very kind and responsive host, he made sure to check in with me and provided everything I asked for quickly. Location is great, just few minutes from the bus station and center. I really appreciated the late check-out. The room is quite small but had everything I needed. I have to say it's not very bright, and a little humid (I visited in April which was quite rainy). It looks like a basement from some pics but it's actually not, the road side is on a hill, so the window sits a bit lower than normal.
• Blanka (10/5): Highly recommend this place 👌 - The apartment is situated conveniently in the town centre, walking distance from the bus station, seaside promenade, all sorts of restaurants, and food/other types of shops. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering (fridge, hobs, kettle, utensils), the bed was comfortable, and I was even able to find some tv channels in English (with Greek subtitles for the ones that are trying to learn Greek!) But what stood above all was the owner's attitude; his warm welcome even before I arrived and all the way through my stay, he was checking that everything was fine. Nothing was bother to him, I was allowed to check in earlier and check out later due to my flight arrangements. (his own initiative!) A true example of Greek hospitality 🇬🇷 I can highly recommend this place and I will surely be back 🤗
• David (9/5): Very Helpful - Nicely furnished, simple apartment with living room/bedroom and separate well equipped kitchen. Dimitris, the host, was welcoming and very helpful. Just 200m back from the sea front with grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Room very well soundproofed = quiet and cosy inside. I enjoyed my stay here As a budget cycle tourer I have stayed in 30+ properties so far this trip in Greece. This one was easily above my average spend for similar properties.

• Melisa (7/5): Good - Location was perfect. You can reach to the center by walking in 3 minutes. Dimitris was very kind. He replied all our messages immediately. The bathroom was so clean, you could understand that they have just renew it. In the kitchen there were many utensils. It was under the ground floor. So people could see you when the windows are open and because of that the room was stuffy a little bit.
• Darklord31 (6/5): Pleasant - Nice bed and spacious room, really good location near the center of town and quiet neighborhood Toilet was smelling but James told me they will renovate it soon, no sound proofing so you can hear everything from the next room, would love a bigger tv. Keep in mind when you book the room that you are at the ground level so anyone can see you from outside if the window is open.
