Locatie perfect en behulpzame host. - locatie vlak aan zee. grote prive garage. groot huis, mooi dakterras, fijn balkon. keuken is aan renovatie toe. keukeninventaris niet compleet. oven vol met roest (door vochtig zeeklimaat), en niet kunnen gebruiken, geen keukenartikelen zoals, broodrooster, waterkoker, broodmes, schaar, onbruikbare pannen. bedden erg hard. badkamerkraan vol met kalk, kleine doucheruimte.
- Licia (9/5): Amore a prima vista - La spaziosità della casa, lo stile, l' arredamento e la dislocazione funzionale degli spazi su più livelli a partire dal garage fino al solarium, la comodità del garage privato collegato internamente con l' abitazione, utile per carico e scarico dei bagagli, la presenza di una lavanderia con doccia nella zona garage, la presenza di tre condizionatori per garantire una temperatura adeguata in tutte le zone della casa, il panorama dal solarium, dal quale ammirare le sfumature del mare azzurro il mattino, lo scintillio del riflesso del sole il pomeriggio, il tramonto la sera e il cielo stellato la notte, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al lungomare, la località accogliente, dotata dei principali servizi a pochi minuti a piedi e di iniziative di animazione estiva apprezzate dai turisti e dai locali, posta inoltre in posizione strategica per raggiungere i punti di interesse del Salento. Sciacquone del water obsoleto e qualche piccola necessità di manutenzione.
