A quel prezzo è incredibile poter godere di una struttura del genere. Magari c'è una motivazione o era un periodo particolare, però forse c'è troppo cloro in piscina. Dà un po' fastidio (niente di insopportabile comunque). E' un po' fuori Tolentino e si deve necessariamente muoversi in macchina ma il posto è davvero un sogno.

Se vogliamo trovare qualcosa di spiacevole e’ solo la strada che porta alla villa, 300m sconnessa e polverosa ma non dipende dalla struttura.

Silenzio assoluto, vista incantevole, un giardino molto curato che è piaciuto molto anche al nostro cane che ha apprezzato tanto anche le passeggiate nella natura subito fuori dal cancello della Villa. È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo a Villa Nena e torneremo sicuramente Nulla

The architect and contractors have done a great job with respect of the building's character. The place seems to be run mostly for events, there is a large garden and facilities for receptions. It is not run as a hotel, but the accommodation is perfect: large, comfortable rooms. A huge bathroom. As much as I liked the renovation of the building and the finishing, I missed that tasteful touch in the choice of the decoration, but that's a matter of taste.

Ottima anche l’accoglienza e la colazione. Abbiamo portato con noi anche la nostra cagnolina che è stata felicissima del bellissimo giardino della villa e dei boschi intorno. Torneremo prestissimo

Check before booking. - Beautiful Italian Villa in the countryside which is dog friendly with surrounding walks. Nice breakfast in the morning. There was a large party on the night of our stay that we were not informed about. As a result we didn't feel like we could use the swimming pool or garden as it was taken over by party guests. Noisy with very loud music which would have gone on till a lot later if it hasn't been rained off. As this was a last minute booking we feel we should have been informed of the event. And given the fact that we couldn't make use of the garden or pool we felt the room was very expensive for what we received.

The rooms are large and decorated very elegantly with stylish furniture. We could eat breakfast in the garden or in the lounge depanding on our choice and weather. The breakfast could have been richer.

Molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi trovare un punto negativo, la colazione strettamente all'italiana, mancavano le uova strapazzate e qualche alimento salato in più. Cmunque offriva frutta fresca,pane da tostare, marmellate,speck e formaggio,dolci e mini croissant ottimi.

• Sven Bakker (6/5): - Vriendelijk personeel, kamers zijn schoon, er is geen airco maar wel een ventilator. Het zit boven op de top van de berg met mooi uitzicht. Het is er erg rustig. Voor 1 nachtje prima, auto wel nodig om deze plek te kunnen bereiken. Als je een groot feest wil geven prachtige plek. Het ontbijt is eigenlijk vrij weinig, ook voor een Italiaans ontbijt klein. Je merkt aan de locatie dat het ingericht is voor grote gelegenheden zoals bruiloft of feesten. Niet echt mogelijkheid om bij het zwembad te liggen of ergens comfortabel te zitten. Daar is het te strak voor ingericht. Personeel spreekt alleen maar Italiaans.

Meraviglioso. La struttura è perfetta e non ha nulla da migliorare. Il sig. Paolo che ci ha accolti è una persona molto gentile e discreta.

Colazione abbondante e ottima, personale cortese e disponibile. La villa ha un parco ben curato. Soggiorno troppo breve, però in fondo basta tornarci.

Forse la colazione potrebbe essere più completa di frutta e vero yogurt & caffè espresso autentico, ma sono dettagli… certe modifiche allo stile di questa bellissima casa sono un attimino false, ma non è grave visto che fatto con molta cura.
