• Matteo (9/5): - Appartamento molto grande, ricco di stanze dove poter andare anche in 10 persone, la cucina ben fornita di utensili da cucina, in un'ottima posizione di rimini e praticamente frontemare, dispone di una terrazza enorme che in estate si potrebbe comodamente usare anche per grigliare o prendere il sole dato che l'appartamento è provvisto di griglia e sdraio Host super gentile e disponibile sia per il checkin che per quanto riguarda servizi transfer dato che siamo venuti proprio nel periodo della fiera Sigep Ci ritornerei molto volentieri
• Diego Alba Fog (4/5): - Ottima posizione Appartamento vecchio e tenuto male, c'era un gran odore di marcio dovuto probabilmente ad aver pulito il pavimento con un mocho vecchio. I letti erano scomodi e lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava. Prenotato per 7 persone, alla fine solo eravamo in 2 ma ci hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno per le 7 persone. Tra l'altro problemi con l'applicazione x aprire la porta, la ragazza al telefono super gentile ma sinceramente il fatto di non vedere nessuno e dovere fare tutto da remoto non mi piace per niente.

• Sabrina (2/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - Lage top aber viele Mängel - Positiv war einzig die Lage: Der Strand war direkt vor der Tür und man kam zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall schnell hin. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Unterkunft (4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder 8,12,14 und 15 Jahre) und hatten leider mehrere Probleme, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Eines der beiden WCs war über Tage hinweg nicht nutzbar, eher gesagt die komplette Woche. Zwar wurde auf unsere Hinweise reagiert, aber auch nach mehreren Reparaturversuchen war die Toilette nicht vollständig funktionsfähig -bei einer großen Gruppe ein erhebliches Problem. Zusätzlich roch es regelmäßig stark nach Gas auf den Balkonen und der Terrasse sehr unangenehm und beunruhigend. An der Balkontür im Wohnzimmer (Hauptausgang zum Balkon) fehlte tagelang die Türklinke. Die Tür musste täglich mit einem Sessel verriegelt werden, damit sie sich durch den Wind nicht selbst öffnet -eine sehr provisorische Lösung. Die Rolladen waren teilweise ohne Funktion, zwei konnten wir selber in Stand setzen, das im Viererzimmer (zur Straße hin) ist weiterhin nicht nutzbar. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher und Müslischüsseln - bei einer angeblich voll ausgestatteten Unterkunft enttäuschend. Könnte noch deutlich mehr schreiben! Es war eine sehr enttäuschende Woche für eine Menge an Geld - mehrer tausend Euro für 7 Tage mir täglichem Austausch zum Manager. Außerdem war der Monteure während unserer Abwesenheit und ohne Absprache in unserer Wohnung! Fazit: Trotz guter Lage können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der vielen Mängel und der langsamen Problemlösung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Cindy (7/5): Nice stay, great location, a few things to make better - The location was great and the host was always available. The size of the apartment was bigger than we expected and was a nice surprise. There were some things that need to be updated like exposed electrical wires and some broken furniture pieces on site. Nothing that would make me not stay again, but the host could get a higher rating by just fixing these things up. Also, if the host could please put signs on the wall to identify the two apartment parking spots, then there would be no discussions with the pizzeria owner about where to park:)

• Tamás (9/5): Superb - It’s very large, more than enough for 8-10 people. The location is kinda beachside, really close to the sea. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. The bus stop is less than 100m. The host is very kind and nice. I absolutely loved and recommend!
