- Elena (8/5): A nice clean apartment without a window - It’s a tiny cute apt No window (so had to open the door)
- Jocelyn (6/5): Ideal location for Olympia. Basic but has what you need for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. -
- William (8/5): Good value bijou accommodation close to Olympia - The location was perfect for Kensington Olympia, comfy bed, very clean. The Nespresso machine produced only a few drips from a coffee capsule. Also, I have no idea what the electric white panel device was. (Some info on how to use devices would be helpful.)
- Luca (5/5): - Ottima posizione e ben collegata. Quartiere molto tranquillo e provvisto di tutto. La camera era veramente piccola, non c’era posto nemmeno per appoggiare una valigia. Nell’aria era presente un odore di “fogna” persistente.
- Linn (6/5): Good for a short stay :) - It’s clean and the host is very responding. It’s good for a very short time stay There is no windows, and it was cold if I didn’t have the heating fan on all the time. It’s also smaller than I thought.

- Susan (5/5): Very basic but great location - Perfect location for the Empire Had not been cleaned when we arrived but it was sorted out promptly. Pillows and duvet were really thin.

- Chika (5/5): Good for the price, but consider it more as a pod hotel. - Location was okay, instructions were clear so it was easy to find, but note that it is in zone 2, always need to pay extra to travel to most destinations. I'm not sure if it is ventilation or something else, but the air inside was quite bad that my throat hurt every monring waking up in the room.
- James (8/5): Nice spot - Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Due to it being underground it was nice and dark to sleep in. Bathroom was decent. There were some products in the cupboard to use even though I had my own. Mini fridge was definitely helpful keeping my drinks in cause it was really hot outside An attempt was made to keep the place cool. 2 bathroom style extractor fans. 1 in the bathroom. 1 above the bed. Plus a standalone fan. But I was staying during a bit of a heatwave so it didn't quite go far enough. I'm not sure if the property would allow a proper air con system but that definitely would be helpful. I would even be ok paying a little more if the place did have air con

- George (7/5): - Great neighborhood. Very quiet and very close to.metro station.
Very comfortable bed. A lot of humidity in the room. When we returned after our walks the room smelled a lot.
SOS
Large baggage won't fit in the room

- Lindsey (7/5): Fine for one person for one night, be aware of very early check out time (8:30am) - The location was ideal and the host was very helpful before my stay. The room is tiny though but I think you can tell that from the pics - I was on my own, staying for one night for work and it was fine. The bed was comfy enough, the wifi was good and the bathroom was lovely. The tea/coffee and mini fridge was a nice touch (you'll need to bring your own milk tho) The 8:30am check out was a bit of a shock, never stayed anywhere with such an early check out. I didn't notice when I booked and the host coming at around 8:10am to see if I had checked out wasn't the best, so definitely something to be aware of.
- Jamie (8/5): Decent value for money , wouldn’t reccomend a week stay , definitely more short term - Essentiall , bed and shower perfect for a basic stay Dirty mug , no cutlery , and milk left uncapped in fridge
- Patrick (7/5): Safe and Well Located Basement Apartment. Could do with some small extra comforts. - Very Safe and ideal location close to Tube and Shephards Bush central. Ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep that's clean and modern. Given the price would expect basic extra touches, Cutlery to use with the fridge and toaster, spoons for the coffee machine, milk etc. Feels like the place was just staged for photos.
Bed was fine but a thicker mattress would be great considering theres only space to sleep.
Floors are Freezing cold but there's good heating inside the apartment generally. A floor mat would help.
- Michelle (5/5): Good location, but that is all.. - Although in a prime location, close to shops and tube, the size of this room is compact, to say the least. I appreciate it's a small area and advertised as so however there was literally no where to get changed comfortably without banging an elbow on the wall or knee or something or to put any clothes besides the floor...
The bed mattress is super thin, making the stay really uncomfortable, and panels from bed frame were missing from left side of the bed making the 'mattress' bow on the left side which made it more unpleasant. 1 pillow each to add to discomfort (i checked all available cupboards, etc, for additional pillows). Aswell only 1 tiny bathroom bin provided. Due to these reasons, we didn't actually stay the second night, we opted to end our trip early as we didn't want another night of no sleep.
The owner was very lovely and tried to be helpful about parking etc can not fault them on this. However, we definitely would not opt to stay here again.
- Ashley (10/5): Good location, clever, convenient. Miniature. - Small, but clever. I saw a fox outside! All was good.
- Francesca (8/5): Comfort - It was exactly as I expected and all that I needed for my stay there. Liked the Wi-Fi, the help, the disponibility of the people of the cellar and the facilities are nice. It was cold
- Debbie (8/5): Lovely cozy London pad - Lovely warm and cozy and great location less than 10 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube station It was great
- Stephen (5/5): Little uncomfy but fine - Location great and easy to get to The bed is not comfy, no coat hooks on any wall to put coat after rain, blue wifi router always on, lots of noise from street and above.
- Anonymous (6/5): Basic but lacking - Good Location and Clean Uncomfortable bed, wrong coffee capsules, wifi modem light very bright
- Benjamin (8/5): It’s small but it does the job - Good location, easy to find.
Feels recently refreshed and is in good condition Mugs were dirty, couple of long hairs in bathroom.
- David (3/5): Poor -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional ⭐⭐⭐ - Perfect. Clean, warm, comfortable and excellent value for money.
Outstanding 💯👌👌👌👏👏👏 Only stayed one night
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rich (9/5): Fresh, clean studio - The neighborhood was great - quiet with easy access to the tube and restaurants. It was freshly renovated so everything was clean and new. Joseph was very communicative, even giving me some help finding a pharmacy. It was also nice to have the option of storing bags in his place, even if I didn't use it. Exactly what I needed since I was out and about pretty much all the time. I'm not complaining about the size, since it was very clear that it was a small place, but I think 100 square meters is a stretch. I suppose if you count the bathroom and small entryway, but that's a little misleading. The wifi router has a bright blue light, but easily remedied with a sleep mask.
