- Hannes (9/5): Empfehlenswet, Topzimmer in Toplage 👍🏼 - Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Empfang, danke Luis! Zimmer sehr groß, super, Terrasse äußerst gemütlich mit tollem grünen Ausblick. Frühstück war nicht automatisch inkludiert, aber Luis hätte bei Wunsch eines organisiert. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es aber genügend gemütliche Frühstückcafes. Im Zentrum bzw. am Meer ist man in gemütlichen 10 Gehminuten 👍🏼 Den Toilettenmistkübel muss man besonders bei höheren Temperaturen jeden Tag entleeren.

- Neil (8/5): A reasonably priced, comfort suite that is close to everything you could need to complete you stay. - This hostel promotes and sells itself as a great green environment and honestly it is living up to its word.... Thank you y Pura vida . My one suggestion is to add a single led light in the hallway of the upper apartment floor it adds an even great sense of security for those who stays in that section...

Les draps sont synthétiques ce qui n'est pas très agréable, il vaudrait mieux privilégier le coton

- Facundo José (1/5): La peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida... Publicidad engañosa y mal servicio - Lo único que era medianamente respetable era la cama. Como viajero experimentado, puedo afirmar que Pura Vida Boutiques Apartments fue mi peor experiencia hotelera. La publicación es sumamente engañosa por los siguientes motivos: Fraude en el pago: Dicen aceptar tarjetas, pero al llegar exigen efectivo alegando que el sistema "no funciona hace 4 meses". Nos obligaron a gastar 500 USD de nuestro presupuesto en efectivo sin ofrecer soluciones. Habitación "Deluxe" falsa: Prometen 50m² y no llega ni a la mitad. El balcón es compartido, lo que impide ventilar por seguridad, otros huéspedes podrían entrar a tu habitación. No es un "apartamento". Baño desastroso: Solo un duchador de mano sin soporte, presión escasa y sin agua caliente. Estuvimos 3 horas sin agua porque el administrador olvidó prender la bomba. No ofrecen jabón ni shampoo (ni siquiera de cortesía), cobran extra por toallas de mano y el techo de plástico estaba cubierto de heces de roedor. La falta de ventana genera un olor a humedad constante. Instalaciones mediocres: El refrigerador es compartido y está fuera de la habitación. Aunque hay una cocina equipada en el espacio de uso común, prohíben su uso (solo para clases pagas). Negaron incluso agua caliente para un té y no ofrecen agua potable. Mantenimiento: El jardín, que podría ser lindo, se usa permanentemente como tendedero de sábanas y alfombras por el personal, arruinando la estética. Es una lástima que un lugar con potencial arruine las vacaciones de quienes confían en su publicación. No lo recomiendo en absoluto; busquen otras opciones en Puerto Viejo.

Il bagnio si trova all'aria aperta e sono stati apposti vari materiali per schermare la vista dagl'altri utenti, La cucina di trova su di un balcone ed è equipaggiata con utensili vecchi e sporchi( attenzione se vai in cucina e chiudi la porta non puoi più rientrare. Le finestre non hanno tutte le tende e i vetri sono sporchi. Quando ho dovuto chiudere la porta principale mi è rimasto il cilindro della serratura in mano. Ventilatori arruginiti.
- Stefano (3/5): - La struttura è lontana dalle vie trafficate e rumorose, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto del paese. La stanza e di dimensioni generose. Il wifi è stabile . Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. La camera aveva un bagno cieco, privo di qualsiasi ventilazione. Il WC non funzionava correttamente e dalla zona bagno proveniva costantemente un forte odore di fogna, che rendeva la stanza difficilmente vivibile. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, l’unica soluzione proposta è stata fornirci un sacchetto di plastica per coprire il water, senza alcun intervento risolutivo. L’acqua della doccia era sempre fredda o appena tiepida, con pressione molto bassa. Dopo aver chiesto al proprietario una semplice cortesia per il ritiro dei vestiti alla lavanderia in fondo alla strada (richiesta da lui accettata), non si è presentato all’orario concordato né ha risposto ai messaggi, costringendoci a rientrare di corsa da un’escursione lontana per evitare la chiusura della lavanderia. Nella struttura è presente una brochure con attività da svolgere: all’arrivo abbiamo chiesto informazioni su una di queste, ma la risposta è arrivata solo la sera del giorno dopo, risultando di fatto inutile vista la durata limitata del soggiorno. Nel complesso, gravi disservizi, scarsa attenzione al cliente e gestione poco professionale. Non consigliato.

El pago en la pagina de Booking dice que se puede con tarjeta, en la realidad te dicen que con efectivo o que con un pago en internet.

- Rahul (9/5): Perfekt für die Zeit in Puerto Viejo, vielen Dank! - Es ist wunderschön und sauber. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein! Es ist nah zum Kern von Puerto Viejo aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

- amel (7/5): Lovely natural light and greenery, but issues with the outdoor shower, door lock, and lack of privacy. - The plant around and in the apartement were taken really good care of and was really nice. There was a lot of natural light flooding the apartement The outdoor shower flooded each time and left warm puddles of water on the floor with no utilities to remove/clean it. Also we were expierincing issues with locking the door and had to ask staff to lock the door. After the 3th day we got the hang of it tho. Also if you’re INSIDE the apartment, everyone on the outside can peek in, you’ll need to close the curtains to perfection for no one to look inside. But we felt very safe :)
