• EUGENE (10/5): - Nice cottage in a picturesque location, suitable for those willing to walk and hike, especially recommend the hike to waterfalls in the mountains (plus an ~hour walk to Stepantsminda via two roads). The cottage itself has all the amenities in the great condition, hosts are nice and hospitable people. The TV is a bit outdated (YouTube and Netflix applications don't work anymore on it's version of Android), but it wasn't a downside for us.
• Alexander (10/5): Цена/качество, топ локация, топ хозяева, очень уютно! - Идеальное местоположение. Местоположение отмечено на карте. Хозяева при малейшей проблеме сразу же позвонят и помогут, а если надо и примчат пулей! Заселение было бесконтактным, что на самом деле - оооочень круто. В доме всё было отлично. Чисто, уютно, как у себя дома. Всё продумано очень хорошо. Есть лишь мелкие нарекания которые "только поправить". Общее впечатления нисколечко не испортили. Локация просто божественная. Дом очень теплый. Никаких перебоев с водой. Кофе/чай были, сахар и предметы первой необходимости. Гигиенический набор (шампунь/зубные щетки/два вида полотенец), вафельный халат, куча пледов, в общем всё, чтобы нам было комфортно. Ещё раз спасибо! Цена/качество просто замечательно! Это не про "не понравилось". Это про то, что хотелось бы добавить для удобства не только гостей, но и самих хозяев 1) Крючок для полотенца в ванную (около, - да, к сожалению его нет, и не хватает очень сильно, приходится тянуться за полотенцем на раковину которая может быть мокрой, или занятой другим человеком 2) Коврик теплый на пол в ванную, хотя бы от унитаза до раковины. Т.к. теплого пола там нет, зимой оооочень холодная плитка) 3) Стойка тропического душа чуть не упала на голову. Надо бы сделать сквозной болтик с гайкой, вместо обычного подкручивания винтика 4) Было бы неплохо для зимы или слякотно/грязной погоды приобрести "корыто" для обуви, и поставить его внутри. Т.к. разуваться на улице не очень хочется, и чтобы внутри не натоптать, продолговатое корыто для обуви - было бы идеальным решением, для 2-4 пар обуви https://st43.stpulscen.ru/images/product/484/487/335_original.jpg (что-то вроде такого) 5) Крючки для штор на входной двери. Там 4 шторы, центральные - отлично закрывают. А вот крайние из-за "прямого" карниза и скошенных стен, не закрывают половину окна, и это не очень комфортно, ибо всё видно. Высоты и ширины штор идеально хватает, если сделать 1-2 крючка, которыми можно было их зацепить за боковые стены. Мы попытались просто подпереть колонкой и вышло отлично! 6) Для искушенных людей, может возникнуть проблема с телевизором, т.к. он уже достаточно устаревший и его надо обновить, или докупить приставку. Ибо ютуб и 90% других приложений попросту неработают. Но у нас был ноутбук, нам он заменил телевизор
• Tatiana (10/5): Lovely wooden cottage in quiet area with incredible views - This cottage is located in a wonderfully quiet part of a mountain village, set apart from other homes yet close to an incredible trail leading to the waterfall. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the views from the cabin were absolutely gorgeous. We even went stargazing from the porch, which made the whole experience especially lovely. Blackout curtains would’ve been great for sunny morning
• Anastasia (10/5): Одно из лучших мест в Грузии - Очень гостеприимные хозяева, очень чисто, уютно, все продумано до мелочей! Пледы, посуда, про сам дом вообще молчу, безумно красивые виды и панорамные окна. Рядом есть очень вкусный ресторан. Гуляют лошадки, есть водопад. Много ездим по Грузии и часто останавливаемся в таких местах, есть с чем сравнить и там правда было очень приятно находиться, даже продлили еще на один день! Спасибо, что люди с таким теплом создают такое жилье! Все идеально

• суродина (10/5): если хотите прочувствовать горную красоту , вам сюда🏔️ - Безумно красивый и уютный домик) В домике есть все для комфорта, отдых прошел просто великолепно! отдыхали перед длинный дорогой , надышались свежим воздухом и насладились тишиной. Такого не было, разве что слишком мало дней остались там 😭 хотим еще!

• Maria (10/5): - Die Hütten sind neu und gut gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man kochen kann. Alles war sauber und schön hergerichtet. Ein Esstisch wäre sinnvoll. Es war nur Barzahlung möglich, was wir im Vorfeld nicht wussten.

• Guest (8/5): - המיקום נהדר וממש נמצא באיזור טוב מבחינת טיולים. יש פרטיות מלאה ומסלול הליכה קרוב למפלי ארשה. ביחידה יש מטבח מאובזר, איזור למנגל, שמיכות ומצעים נעימים היה גם חיבור ליוטיוב ונטפליקס ויש ווייפי טוב. המארחת הייתה אדיבה ולמרות שהייתה אי הבנה היא באה לקראתנו. חסר מיזוג שזה משהו מאוד נפוץ לאיזור הזה. רצינו לפתוח חלון אבל אין רשתות ונכנסים מעופפים. השירותים צפופים יחסית. בנוסף, אין תריסים והוילונות לא באמת מצליחים לאטום את האור בבוקר ולכן מאוד בוהק. המדרגות יחסית תלולות ועם ילדים צעירים יש שם מרווח לא בטיחותי שכדאי לשים איזו מעקה נוספת בכדי למנוע נפילה.

• Yedidya (8/5): Very good - The place is amazing, the cabin is beautiful, and the hosts are wonderful people. They helped us immediately with any issue. It was a fantastic stay! Thank you 😊 There are just a few small things that, if improved, would make the place absolutely perfect. It’s a pity, because they require only a small investment – for example, adding mosquito nets on the windows or providing mosquito repellent (since there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, midges, and moths), as well as installing curtains that fully cover the windows to block the early morning light etc. The place is ideal for 4 to 6 people if some of them are children, but for 6 adults it can feel a bit crowded.

• Anastasiya (10/5): Great place with amazing hosts! - We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever! -

Host was super helpful and nice, we couldn’t leave because of closed roads and host let us stay as long as we needed for free, which was very kind of him. It’s a perfect place to stay, views are amazing and there are no people or buildings around, which makes the stay even more special. Thank you again, I 100% recommend this place, it felt like home everything was 10/10

Also we've loved a lot of small things that are pretty important like bathrobe , music column etc. Also the owners have hepled us to get to Stepantsminda ( abot 5 km) . Highly reccomended place ! The only thing that has been a little bit embarrassing ( and it's not about the hotel) that at the hotel is all the needed staff for BBQ, but we haven't find and place or market with fresh meet for it. But let's say in once again - the Hotel is perfect !

The location is very special and there are waterfalls 20 minutes and 40 minutes of walking from the hut. The wifi is poor. There are windows at the hight of the bad- with no curtains, so we woke up early with first light....

• Wouter (9/5): Superb - The cottege is modern and comfortable. It has great views on the surrounding mountains and a good starting point for a hard day hike up the Mount Kazbek or short stroll to the miniral pool or the waterfalls. Communication with the host is easy. Our kids loved the rare opportunity duri g this trip of food prepared by their own parents - the kitchen is small but functional. Nothi g bad really. The cottage has a feeling you are in nature but is only few minutes walk from Arsha village (which is convenient because there is a small shop, bakery and restaurant there). We did not have a car so had to rely on local taxi's - they are much more expensive in Kazbegi compared to other parts of Georgia. Not a real problem and not related to the cabin, but goog to know.
• Andrej (9/5): Superb - A cosy house in beautiful nature surroundings. Very calm and peaceful. Nearby is a restaurant and small shop. If you’re coming with a smaller car, the road to reach the house might be tricky.
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Let me just tell you: if you're still thinking whether to go or not, don't even think about it - just come! This house is new and lovely, the location is top notch and the owners are very good-natured people. We stayed at Arsha Views at the beginning of June, thinking it would be cold and rainy, so we brought warm clothes and blankets. Turns out it was unnecessary. The weather insisted on wearing sunscreen and shorts and drinking coffee on the terrace, looking at the waterfall. Our hosts welcomed us to the house, even though we arrived late from Tbilisi. (The turn to the village is tricky, so if you're coming at evening/night, be aware of that). They showed us how everything works, gave us great tips where to go around this area and were very friendly. The house is a 2 floor building, with its' own terrace, living room joined with kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom, separated by the stairs with 2 king-size beds on the 2nd floor. Our party of 4 adults and a child felt comfortable in this space. It has everything you need, from a hairdryer to a huge speaker (which we used to celebrate my brother's birthday). Towels, blankets, bathroom necessities, kitchen appliances - all in abundance. The water is always hot, and it's enough for everybody to take a shower. The only suggestion would be to get a bigger fridge, so you could store the meat for barbecue (because the area is equipped for it) or bottles of lemonade. The proximity to the other village - Stepantsminda is only 12 minutes ride, but if you just want to enjoy the quietness of this place, you could hike up to the waterfall, have a picnic nearby and explore the area by foot. We took our dog with us and she was running around the property free and happy, so thank you for the opportunity once more! All in all it was the best weekend away from the hustle and bustle, and I would definitely come back to experience these amazing moments again!

The host helped us with everything we needed and it was possible to contact them anytime. We spend there 3 nights, 5 friends, the sleeping on a sofa was good. We had our own car so all our hikes were very close. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone!

• Jacques (10/5): Wish I could stay for longer - Beautiful chalet with beautiful views and surroundings. It has everything that you need at a great price. Owner is laidback and friendly. Perfect location as its just a 10 minute drive to Kazbegi town. I would happily live in this chalet. Was hard to lock door from the inside and couldnt get netflix to work on the tv but this could have just been my fault.
• Elena (9/5): Perfect mountain views - The views were really good, everything was clean and tidy. Looks very well looked after. There was a waterfall only 10 minutes away and a restaurant nearby a few minutes walking. The dorm was a bit bright in the morning as the courtains don’t cover the big triangle windows, sleeping mask would be recommended if you can’t sleep with lights, however the beds are very comfy

• Pleanplean (9/5): Superb - The​ cottage​ are​ superb​ compare with​ what​ we​ found.​ Totally brand​New.​ The​ cottage​ got​ super​ view​ in​ the​ kitchen.​ Over​all​ we​ love​ it.​Do​n't for​get​ to​ take​ a​ nice short​ before​ leaving​ the​ ​room. The​ Road​ is​ in​ bad​ condition.​
