• Djeroua (1/5): I stayed for one night because I had no choice. I arrived late and couldn’t find another place at that time. Honestly, - Nothing , it is not place to be in the booking website The toilet was constantly running, the sofas were dirty, and the kitchen looked like it had never been cleaned. The pillows and blankets also had a strange smell. The address provided was not the same as the actual apartment location , you have to walk about 3 minutes to get there. On the booking website, the price was listed for the entire apartment, but upon arrival, the host said it was only for a shared room. I had to pay extra to get entire appartement . Honestly, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was so so in need for place to live in that area He charged me 250 more than the price on booking.com app as he so my bad health and desperation! And after 1 hour was no electricity until I left and so dirty! Shower hose had cut and not working

• Ahmed (1/5): This is my worst stay ever - The apt was not not clean at all. When we arrived the owner asked for 200 EGP extra which was not mentioned in the booking

• Abdirazak (1/5): My stay was unacceptable due to poor cleanliness and pest issues - I didn’t stay at the property because it was dirty and infested with animals and cockroaches. The owner was aware of the situation and promised a refund, but I have yet to receive it. The house was in terrible condition, and I am still waiting for my refund. Please address this as soon as possible. The property was not clean, and there were issues with animals and cockroaches. The overall condition of the house was very poor, which made it uninhabitable.

• Tamer (1/5): The worst stay, stay away!!! - Nothing at all. Worst stay. Do not book!! I booked and paid for the one bedroom apartment, despite this, after I arrived, the man said it is no longer available and that a three bedroom apartment is the only one that is available and that I need to pay the difference and if I didn’t want to pay the difference I can leave and look for accommodation elsewhere. It was late and i had just travelled to location so i didn’t have many options, after paying the difference, i walked in to an extremely dirty, dusty and disgusting apartment. There was rubbish, cigarettes buds on the floor. The apartment was not ready at all for someone to stay in. There was rats in the kitchen. All the cutlery and bedding were disgusting and so old. Furniture broken and just overall very bad. A complete waste of money. Also, The add says FREE wifi but owner refused and to give me the password until I insisted and he finally gave to me two days after check in. After i requested a clean so that the apartment can be liveable in, he sent a cleaner but DEDUCTED this money from the deposit i had paid along with money for the electricity that i used during my stay, he also deducted from my deposit. This apartment is a joke and i need a refund!! This should be removed from booking.com. What an embarrassment . I have lots of pictures which i could not upload.

• Abdulhadi (3/5): Poor - The location The owner,first of all on my way to the apartment he sent me a email requesting that i should cancel the reservation as it's not available.i refuse to cancel the reservation as I had paid for it thru booking.com.in short i stayed for 2 days on a different apartment with extra cherges i was refunded some part of the money i left as the toilet is bad.
