Great location with nearby shop, restaurants and tube station nearby. Beds were comfortable. Great size TV for evenings. Nice kitchen if you wanted to save money by cooking. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Shower had an odur when we arrived at the property but putting the shower on for a few mins eliminated this. blinds in bedroom could do with replacement.

- Sophie (1/5): Awful hygiene levels! - Only positive was the location of this property. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. As soon as we entered the room it was smelling of cigarettes and lingered in the air the whole time. Immediately noticing small hairs covered on top of the duvet, stained blood and marked duvets and pillows. Dirty and damp towels that haven’t been replaced. A blind that wasn’t attached to the wall meaning constant sunlight coming through. Both heaters hanging off the wall on the floor. The dressing table covered in bubbles that was clearly needing replaced. No soap provided at all in the bathroom and the shower that leaked through the pipe. I am completely disappointed with the hygiene levels and cleanliness. I have not received any response from anyone either

- Emma (5/5): It is what it is, you get what you pay for. - Location great, communication great and easy process to book and access our room. Didn’t spend too much time in the room literally just used to sleep and freshen up, which is what we wanted. Did the job and cheap. Needs some love. Bedside lamp didn’t work, struggled to access wifi (may of been us) broken blind, fridge made loud noise needed to turn off, thin walls heard our neighbours a lot. Had access to shared kitchen holes in the wall and sink had fallen through the work top. Holes in corridor walls with exposed wires and could smell Weed a lot.
- James (3/5): - The area/location was lovely and within a short walk to the main high street where there was ample choice of restaurants to dine in. The WiFi did not work despite 2 different passwords attempted. There was only enough hot water for my partner to have a shower, I was unable to. The back yard was littered and sadly overgrown with weeds (knee high). No other cutlery in the communal kitchen apart from several knives. Bedroom walls were an off white colour to which coffee was splashed up the wall, black scuffs, and blistered/peeling paint. Bathroom box frame mirror was broken on the bottom corner. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just a manky kettle. Duvet had several large yellow stains on it. Intercom screen in the bedroom was mounted on the wall but inoperable with wires cut and dangling out of the bottom. Bedroom window couldn't be opened out wider than a few inches. Half of the 12 ceiling spot lights only worked. Door stop that should have been fixed to the skirting board was literally on the floor with the screw sticking out. Bathroom door handle missing it's cover. Unable to contact the owner/agent when we couldn't access the property, despite numerous attempts to ring and email at 4pm. Overall a significant disappointment for what was supposed to be a lovely relaxing weekend with my partner.
- Morgan (3/5): Lacking all aminities and uncomfortable. - The room was big and appeared clean. The location was quiet and not too far from Hammersmith station. The room was lacking all basic amenities. No tea and coffee, no TV, not even hand soap or body wash in the bathroom. There was a shared kitchen but again this was barren with no tea/coffee or basics such as folks and spoons. The room had wires hanging out of a socket and felt unfinished. The pillows were lumpy. The whole house was also uncomfortably hot.

- John (2/5): Got off to a really bad start so left a bitter taste and lens for what was to follow - Location was nice and central, was one of the cheapest prices at the last minute Was given the incorrect code, locked outside the room for 30 minutes. Room was “smoke free” but smelt of smoke from the second we walked in until we left. Sofa bed was very springy and uncomfortable, fortunately my kids could sleep on one end and quite light. Think an adult would really struggle on this bed if it was booked for 5 or 6. No duvet cover provided. Lamp didn’t work. Shared kitchen had a broken sink, no plug, only 2 spoons between the 2 kitchens. Location is quite close to the train, you can definitely hear them. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t affect me
- MANIKANDAR SRINIVAS (1/5): - Terrible experience. Within a short period of check in (key code entry no staff or reception), another resident came out of room and stated their room was being broken into. Had to leave this place for safety reason and find alternative accomodation late in the evening. Contact with hotel only possible via booking.com messaging service, which was completely pointless as they did nothing to help us. The telephone number they provided was not being answered when called. Subsequently continued to send generic messaging via email asking for ratings etc. Have since ignored all communication. Very suspect and wholeheartedly would not recommend. The first bad experience since using booking.com for travels.
- Luca (6/5): Viaggio di coppia - Le riaposte alle nostre richieste erano puntuali e veloci da parte dello staff che rispondeva via booking Bagno non pulito bene anche la camera sbrava pulita di corsa, c'era sporco sotto il letto comunque alto. Ci e' stata data solo un asciugamani viso (tra l'altro bucata) pur essendo noi 2 persone e dovendo soggiornare 6 notti.

- Anke (1/5): Slechtste ervaring tot nu toe - Bij aankomst merkten we dat de lakens niet fris roken en de kamer vuil was (niet gestofzuigd). We hebben dit meteen ’s ochtends gemeld en kregen snel antwoord dat het opgelost zou worden. De dag erna was er niets gebeurd, dus hebben we opnieuw contact opgenomen. Opnieuw werd beloofd dat het de volgende dag in orde zou zijn, maar ook toen gebeurde er niets. Tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen is de kamer dus niet schoongemaakt, ondanks twee beloftes. Op de laatste avond werkte de toegangscode, die we de eerste 3 dagen zonder probleem gebruikten, plots niet meer. We stonden daardoor voor een gesloten deur zonder oplossing. Telefonisch zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Dus weer via bericht gevraagd wat er mis was. De eigenaar had blijkbaar de code aangepast maar niets laten weten. We waren niet de enige dat voor een gesloten deur stonden.

- Katrin (3/5): Would not go back - Well there was not much. Maybe the street in general where the hotel was located :) Unfortunately, we cannot say that we were satisfied with this accommodation. The room itself had been somewhat renovated and was clean, but there were many things missing. To start with, the hotel description stated that every room includes a TV. In our room, there was only the holder for a TV — the TV itself was missing. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, or any toiletries at all. There wasn’t even basic hand soap. Our room also lacked a hairdryer, even though it was listed as included. When we contacted the owner to request one, we were told it wasn’t on the list. After pointing out that it actually was, a hairdryer was eventually delivered to our room the next morning :) The only items in the room were a kettle and a small fridge. There weren’t even any cups, coffee, tea, etc. The view from the window overlooked part of a roof that was full of trash, underwear, and cigarette butts. We even wondered how difficult it would be to clean that up. There was also an issue accessing the building. One evening — or rather late at night — the door code we were given did not work. We tried multiple times and ended up waiting outside. Eventually, other guests arrived, but they couldn’t get in either. In the end, we started knocking and shouting for someone to let us in. About half an hour later, a sleepy hotel guest came to the door and let us in, saying that the codes had been changed but no one had been informed :) As for the Wi-Fi, none of the provided codes worked. Only on the last day did we receive a new code from the owner that finally allowed us to connect. When we asked if a one-hour late check-out would be possible, we quickly received a reply saying their cleaning schedule was very tight and it wasn’t possible. However, no one seemed concerned about our sleep schedule when we had to wait outside in the middle of the night. Also worth mentioning: there is a train station next to the building, and the noise can be heard throughout the entire night.

Ce séjour fut un bon séjour car quand j’ai découvert ma chambre en sous sol sans fenêtre et puant l’humidité je ne suis pas restée. Jai du réserver un autre hôtel. J’ai appelé directement pour prévenir mais ils m’ont quand même fait payer les trois nuits. Scandaleux ! La porte qui ne s’ouvrait pas ( les codes n’étaient pas les bons pour deux autres personnes qui sont arrivées en même temps que moi. Attendre une heure avant de pouvoir entrer dans cette chambre sordide et insalubre où je ne suis pas restée.

The apartment has so much potential and loved sitting on the balcony on a warm evening. HUGE fridge and freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher with tabs provided, well equipped kitchen apart from missing a couple forks. Bathroom is big. Didn't want to get out of bed because the mattress was very comfortable and the amount of storage space is brilliant and extra pillows, covers and towels provided. A lot of plugs and even plug adaptors provided. Smart TV. All in all, location, price well worth the money. The cleanliness level was poor. It was dusty, and pans in the kitchen put away were greasy. Shower and toilet roll holder loose and hanging off the wall a bit however still functional. Sofa, chairs and linen overall clean just stained. The string for the blind was missing so couldn't have the blind up on one window.

Phone went straight to voicemail and didn't respond to messages for over an hour. Garden view a scratty backyard filled with litter and old rubbish. No free toiletries as described. Towels stained with blood and other substances. Linen was stained. Desk was dirty. Refrigerator not turned on for arrival. No iron. Heating wasn't on but the room and the building was incredibly hot when we walked in had to keep the window open all night. Fan couldn't be used because it was filthy. Electric kettle provided but no tea/coffee/ refreshments/ mugs/glasses so pointless. Everything in the room was dirty. Unidentified stains on every wall.

Nella stanza assegnataci non erano state fatte le pulizie e le condizioni del bagno erano terribili; un ragazzo dello staff presente al momento ci ha spostati subito in una stanza appena sistemata. Pulizia ok, ma copriletto e asciugamani erano decisamente usurati. La finestra non si bloccava ed era a piano terra: per niente sicuro! Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi a causa del cambio stanza: ci è stato chiesto di tornare nella prima stanza mentre eravamo fuori e non ci era stato detto in precedenza che il cambio era momentaneo, con messaggi contradditori sul fatto di doverci spostare o meno (qualcuno ha anche utilizzato la nostra stanza mentre eravamo fuori, quindi gli sono stati forniti gli stessi codici di accesso). Il codice del portone esterno dal secondo giorno non funzionava più. Lo staff era irrintracciabile: al numero di assistenza rispondeva sempre la segreteria telefonica e ai messaggi su Booking ci rispondevano in modo vago dopo diverse ore, senza mai fornire vera assistenza, nonostante avessi anche dato il mio recapito. Abbiamo dormito poco e male non sentendoci affatto sicuri a causa della finestra e del codice della stanza probabilmente fornito ad altri

Upon arrival the key code to the front door had changed and I and other guests were not made aware. Luckily the cleaner was given the new code so she could let us in and we were not waiting outside any longer.

Furthermore, the shower was broken, and the radiator was hanging off the wall, which raised serious safety concerns. In addition, during the early hours of the morning, another guest attempted to gain access to our room, stating that he had booked it. This was extremely concerning and made us feel unsafe. There was also significant noise during the night, including loud banging, which further disrupted our stay. I would also like to highlight that this property is advertised as 4-star accommodation; however, in my opinion, it falls far below that standard in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall guest experience. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and security is completely unacceptable. The sofa was horrible for sleeping, I understand that sofa is never as comfortable as bed, but it was very uncomfortable for the child to sleep there, there were bumps on it. 2. The water in the shower was either hot or very hot and the left tap did not turn properly to make it colder so we could not have a shower 3. There were somebody's socks in the bedroom behind the door. We noticed them when we closed the door only Also, it was impossible to sleep because of the trains, they were very loud

They said street parking was available opposite however it is permitted so had to spend time searching for car parking. accommodation in need of maintenance. Damp smell in bathroom probably because the shower doesn’t drain and just fills the tray causing it to over flow. Furniture is dirty. very disappointing. friends who stayed in another apartment next door (same owner) had issues with their shower. temperature could not be adjusted and was too hot to use so they came to use mine.

I repeatedly asked for an iron and ironing board, and was promised they would be provided. Nothing came of it over three nights. All I received was "sorry for inconvenience caused, we're working on it". Which is fine except nothing was resolved. My request was then just ignored. The shower flow was also non-existent. Unless your hard pushed, I'd choose another one of the many other London hotels!

The door to our room wouldn't open, we tried for an hour to get into our room, which at 11pm after 24hrs of travel, really sucked. Initially the staff responded quickly but no help came, if it wasn't for the kids trying it over and over and eventually opening it we would have had to find somewhere else to stay. We also had to make up the sofa bed ourselves.

Booking.com sizin kesmeniz gerektiğini söylüyor dediğimde de elbette keseriz deyip cevap vermiyorlar. Kaldığım odanın terası leş gibiydi, mutfak dolabındaki dolaplardan bazıları kirliydi. Saç kurutma makinesi olduğu yazılmıştı ama odada bulamadım ve yetkiliye durumu yazdım. Bakacağız dendi ve sonrasında hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Televizyonun kumandası ancak televizyonun dibine kadar girdiğinizde çalışıyordu. Girişin karşısındaki teras kapısının altında bir sürü karınca vardı. Duş başlığı takılı olduğu yerden çıktı kullanırken Son olarak salon camlarından birinin üst kısmı tam kapanmadığından içeri hafif bir esinti giriyordu.

El piso estaba muy sucio, sabanas sucias, cajones sucios. No ponen nada de cortesía, tienes que comprar todo, champú, gel, etc.

Several people struggled with it, including myself, leading to undesirable situations. There weren’t any amenities; no soap, no tea, no coffee, no clean waterglas, no shampoo, no conditioner; just nothing . Although clean at first sight, this wasn’t exactly the case when you would look a little bit better. There were many dirty spots on the walls, the only glass had toothpaste in it, the space between sink and shower probably hasn’t been cleaned for months etc. This place has so much potential, it’s all there, but it needs some love and attention

- James (1/5): Avoid, read google reviews instead! - Despite leaving the hotel due to the unsanitary conditions of our first booking, the management still refused to refund us for our 2nd booking we had 6 days later for 1 night. The management are fraudulent, they do not have a working phone number, are not present on site and when you escalate with booking.com they do not respond to them either! I hope booking.com removes them from the platform until they improve their behaviour. Very disappointing

Management took 2 hours to give us the correct code, once we were in had to rush to get ready as we had a play to see. Facilities were broken or rubbish was left inside drawers. Sheets, pillows and towels were stained. Full of cobwebs and spiders. Back doors to the patio were locked, key nowhere to be found. WiFi password was left but did not work. Tv did not work.

Tuvimos que cambiar de alojamiento debido a todo, ya que no tuvimos respuesta, el buzón de teléfono estaba lleno y no contestaban a los mensajes con soluciones. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Vergonzoso es poco.

Todo estaba limpio y era tal y como en las fotos. La cocina compartida era muy útil para hacerse algo al microondas para cenar en la habitación después de un largo día. Buena ubicación cerca de estaciones de metro. Sin embargo, lamentablemente no puedo darle más de un 5 por numerosos problemas. Estuvimos 3 noches y a pesar de estar en contacto constante con el propietario al respecto, en ningún momento funcionó el WiFi ni vino nadie a revisarlo. Además, tras darme una ducha por la mañana me encuentro con la sorpresa de que el secador está roto y tampoco funciona, y salir con el pelo mojado a Londres en febrero no fue agradable. Se lo comuniqué al staff, pero tampoco vinieron a traer otro y, repito, estuvimos 3 noches. Por otro lado, una noche tuvimos problemas para dormir porque a los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado no les funcionaba el código de acceso, estuvieron casi 2 horas esperando a recibir otro y, naturalmente, haciendo ruido al tener que pasar el rato en la cocina. Se te queda un mal sabor de boca el pensar que te podría haber pasado a ti. Por último y aunque menos importante, faltan detalles como un simple botecito de gel de manos para el lavabo. Siempre llevo champú y cosas para la ducha cuando viajo, pero muy pocas veces me he encontrado con alojamientos sin gel para lavarse las manos. En conclusión, el alojamiento no está mal, y pienso que tiene buena relación calidad-precio, pero creo que le falta cariño por parte de los propietarios para hacer que funcione correctamente. Especialmente porque nos sentimos ignorados durante la estancia. Respondían relativamente rápido a los mensajes, pero daban 0 soluciones.

Gebroken fauteuil , matig werkend sanitair/douche , vieze oven in de keuken , enkele messen en slechts 1 vork als bestek, keuken was naar buiten niet afsluitbaar, etenswaren gestolen uit koelkast (waarschijnlijk door buren want deur in tuinschutting stond open) , s’nachts veel herrie/geschreeuw/ruzie in de gang en buiten van vermoedelijk schoonmaakpersoneel. Een zeer vieze tuin met vuilniszakken en een oud vies tuinstel.
