• Roger (10/5): Exceptional - Helpful hosts Pent house top floor apartment with great balcony The address and way of finding the apartment was unclear. Some slightly more detailed directions would be useful.
• Vasil (1/5): Never again! - Location. Overall, I can say that this was the worst booking experience my friends and I have had till now. For starters, according to the information on Booking.com, the time for check-in is after 11AM, but it is not specified at what time exactly. Therefore, we expect the host (Zlatko) to contact us regarding the check-in hours. As you can imagine, this did not happen - when we got there (at around 11:30h.), we texted Zlatko and he told us that the Apartment is still being cleaned. We reached the consensus that we will kill some time and we will be able to check-in at 15:00h. Sounds okay, I guess..? Fast forward, we come back at 15:00 and again try to get in touch with the host. After not answering or even seeing our texts, we called him and he told us that he will call us back when the apartment is ready. 16:00h still no call from him. We call again and he says 20 minutes. This thing goes on until 18:00h when we finally get the key from the cleaning lady and he didn't even show up (extremely manly out of him). Lying and making us wait 3 hours in the heat... We enter the apartment and what we find is even more disturbing. Everything is dirty, dusty and stained - wait, didn't we wait all day because the place was being cleaned?? The most shocking thing was the unflushed toilet (probably done out of spite) which smelled awful. Hair everywhere, one broken sink and other things that you can see in the attached pictures. In conclusion, our 2-day trip got cut short thanks to Zlatko's neglect, lies, and ridiculous behaviour. Do not recommend!
