Guest Reviews
- Victoria (6/5): The ony good thing was the location.... - Perfect location just opposite QC Terme San Pellegrino. Beautiful view from the balcony. Low heating and no addtitional blankets provided!!! Extreme street noise in the morning starting with 7 am. General poor maintenance of the apartment. Poor communication with the host.

- katya (4/5): Prezzo troppo alto x qualità e servizio - Bella posizione.

- Shane (8/5): - We wanted to be close to QC Spa. It's just opposite the gate It's a cozy space in an old building. We were there for 5 nights with no complaints.
However, whilst the bed was very comfortable, the pillows need to be upgraded. Also, a proper curtain in the bathroom would be welcome, especially in winter . Overall we were very happy, it's above restaurant Da Franco ( no noise) very good quality food., we ate there twice.
- Johanna (9/5): -
- Leszek (9/5): Ein wunderschön gelegener Ort der Geschichte atmet. Historisches Thermalbad dessen Besuch sich lohnt - Perfekte Lage. Hstorisches Ambiente.
- Denys (10/5): -
- regiez (7/5): - Lokaluzacja- bardzo blisko term. Wygodne łóżko, zestaw do kawy i herbaty, balkon Brak czystej- nowej gąbki do naczyń, brak ścierki do naczyń aby wytrzeć je na sucho, ruchoma deska klozetowa (uszkodzona)

- Portogallo (5/5): - La posizione strategica vicino a QC terme Appartamento poco riscaldato ,
- Olivia (7/5): Noisy but nice - The location was perfect for a trip to the thermal spa. The main bed was very comfortable. The style of the traditional Italian old townhouse was very pleasing. Beautiful views from the little balcony. The worst thing about our stay here was the leaf blower wake up call both mornings of our stay from around 7am. If you manage to not commit homicide first thing in the morning everything should be fine. There are some things inside the apartment which need to be addressed; the broken toilet seat, the lack of duvet on the bed, just thin blanket and sheet, the grubby blankets and bed settee which would be uncomfortable to sleep on as very hard and the bottom slides out. Also, a bottle of water is generally expected but was not provided.
- Kristina (9/5): Simple, but nice and stylish. Terme is like next doors, was so convenient -
- Musco (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole in una località molto bella. - La posizione invidiabile
- Simona (8/5): - La
Posizione
- John (1/5): Terrible - Location Nothing run down looks nothing like the photos
- Monika (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean apartment The sofa in the living room was out of use. The host should exchange it for a new one.
- Linda (7/5): Great location, bright and spacious appartment with everything one would need. - Location. Bright and spacious. Couldn’t turn off the heating so it was extremely hot. Industrial leaf blower at 830-9am outside (felt bad that the spa imposed this on the community they operate in).
- Dhimitra (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and comfortable, even if old. The location is great!
- Alexandru (10/5): Good value for the money. - The location is very close to QC Therme. It was very easy to find the apartment and the keys.
- Mariana-regina (5/5): Passable - - location
- size of the apartment
- the great coffee provided
- nice view from the balcony Freaking cold room - the bedroom was barely 15 degrees when we arrived. The worst was that there was no duvet/blanket. Just some thin piece which would be appropriate for the summer, but no normal blanket.
Called the host to ask for one and he/she didn't pick up at all.
Then I sent a message asking for one and received the cynical reply that the apartment was setup for two, because I had booked for two. Asking for a blanket has nothing to do with the number of people staying.
Learn English or use google translate. It's cynical that someones writes to you in English, you run hotel rooms and reply in italian. No one expects flawless English of you, but this is just cynical.
Old windows and you can hear everythin, one of them being cracked.
Leaves are cleaned on the street with extreme noise from 7 in the morning.
Extreme noises from the heating (which works decent only in the living room) - it's like someones is hammering on a cooking pot.
But really the worst is the rudeness of the host in the case - everything else you can manage, but this is the total no go.
- Oksana (5/5): Passable - Location Stayed in the apartment on November 7 and it's cold in Bergamo at this time of the year. Despite the apartment being heated, there was no duvet on the bed or anywhere in the apartment. Instead we had a sheet and a thin cover. The heated had been automatically switched off at night, so sleeping under a thing cover was cold and uncomfortable. Also, it was a bit of disappointment that host or whoever manages a business account & business number for this property didn't not try to pick up a phone when I called on the day of check in and didn't reply to a message on WhatsApp.
- Alenka (8/5): Adorable old building in great location, - It could have air conditioning in the summer It was noisy in the morning
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (8/5): On the steps of the San Pellegrino spa - The system to get the key from the lock box was great! The location was amazing! The information on booking.com for the property location wasn't correct (the house number 16 was missing), and the booking.com directions to the property sent us 200 meters away to the middle of the street. It took us 45 minutes to find the apartment (and San Pellegrino isn't very big). Hopefully this will be corrected for future travelers because the apartment is very cute and in a perfect location for visitors to the area. We loved it once we found it!
- Christine (1/5): 2nd night forfeited due to unacceptable conditions, rude manager - Location just across from the spa. Place was clean, but good that we brought our own cleaning cloth, as there was a filthy lump under the sink that was supposed to be a sponge, I think..... See photos of impossible shower, mounted too high and angled to spray the top of shower curtain, over my 6' husband's head! "Incredible Appartamento" indeed! I couldn't shower, as it was also COLD--freezing wind through cracks in all doors/windows. A functional shower and insulated doors and windows are expected with any apartment lease, but this vintage faded beauty has originals, well over 120 years old. Heating worked but rattled loudly, keeping us awake, and was ineffective against the cold wind. Kitchen plumbing needs attention--faucet's not attached to housing. Adding insult to injury, when I complained to the manager, his first reply accused me of simply trying to take advantage and get a free night, the 2nd snipe insulted my intelligence: "Non so come la tua intelligenza possa portarti a fare queste scelte". I am a senior--not a kid, so first of all, I never gave him permission to "darmi del tu", which is used when speaking with family and friends, not strangers, and reflects blatant rudeness. I'm Genius 3 VIP with stellar reviews. My credibility speaks loudly in the face of dubious character.
- Anne (3/5): Alright apartment, well situated close to the thermes. Only two beds and no linen. The most shocking was the way the own - The appartment was excelently situated for visiting the thermes. The balcony was nice although a bit small. The view from the balcony was nice. There were only two beds in the apartment when it was listed as if there were three. Only one bed had bedding. We had to call the owner and fetch the linen and towels in the cellar. There was a lot of essential things missing from the kitchen. Also you can’t use two appliances at once because of the electric system, that was a bit challenging. Now to the really shocking/important part: two hours after we left the apartment which we left in mint condition by the way, the owner/host contacted us in a very unpleasant way. His claim was that we had an unregistered dog, but nowhere in the booking did it say we needed to register a pet anymore than we do usually. He was furious because we in his words “left the apartment full of flees” and that he now needed to get a professional to clean the apartment and we should pay for that. He wanted 330 euros from us. We know for fact that our dog doesn’t have flees and that we left the apartment clean and with no flees or anything. Later that day we got an email from Booking.com that listed all his untrue claims. We have the feeling that he was trying to scam us into paying that gigantic fee. We called up Booking.com and had a pleasant conversation with someone from support. She was also alarmed by his outrageous accusations. We haven’t heard anything since and count the matter solved by Booking.com. However it doesn’t feel safe- when you have been acting as exemplary guests- to be accused in this way on the grounds of nothing. We are writing this because we don’t want anybody else to experience this kind of treatment.
- Nitzan (1/5): Bad - 1. There were no instructions for the location. We came very late without wifi, searching for the place and there were no instructions. We then discovered that they didn't put any directions because they want us first to do check-in.
After we did- while we were waiting in the street!!- we got a photo- not a link- photo (!) with instructions..
Very bad!
- Amir (10/5): I had a great time - Well equipped, great location, very clean.
