I am aware this is a budget property and my expectations should be low nonetheless, I stayed at other places in Argentina with similar prices and much better value for money. The apartment is very dated with the couch being quite uncomfortable and everything overall being somewhat dated. The linens were dirty, the towels were very rough. They merely provided soap. The view from the balcony is lamentable, it also can be loud at night on the weekend. The host charged us the blue rate which should have been the oficial rate. I’m overall surprised at the high ratings.

Upon our arrival at the apartment, Matías was there to greet us, hand over the key, and give us a tour of the place. The apartment is exceptionally well-located, clean, spacious, and flooded with natural light. A true gem in Recoleta! Everything was as described.
