- Oren Kipnis (3/5): This property needs a full refurbishment ! - The location is within walking distance to Brussels Expo. Every item needs a total refurbishment. Cupboard, kitchen, bathroom etc. The property wasn't clean, and the mattress has seen better days.

- Stevie (5/5): Your friend's apartment (a messy friend) - A nice part of the city, with the metro just outside the door. The city center is some 30 minutes. The owner was cool and flexible. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom was quiet, as it looked into a back yard. There are sevaral bars, cafes, shops and nightshops around. Well, this is obviously an apartman where someone lives when there are no guests. There were eggs in the fridge, hairclips on the bedside table, all sorts of stuff on the bathroom shelves. This could be okay, but the apartment was not much cleaner than your random friend's apartment at any given time. The curtain of the bathtub was especially dirty, and so were the windows. The carpet was probably cleaned, but it just did not feel immaculate. Some furniture was rather run down, including the bathroom drawers, the oversize curtains, the windowpanes, the doors and their handles, the light switches, the big wardrobe in the bedroom, the coat hanger etc. This could potentially be a very cool apartment after careful renovation, some new furniture.

- June (8/5): Very good - Absolutely amazing location for the game! Directly next to a popular bar where people go before the red devils games and about a 5 minute walk from the stadium. Host was very nice and helpful.
