• Hans-Joachim (8/5): As we spent most of our time in the City it was a good place to be. - As described, location was perfect within easy walking distance of main areas. The hostess was exceptional, despite lack of languages on both sides she kindly arrange a taxi for us. The beds were very comfortable indeed. Thank you. The very tiny bathrooms. A chair that broke when my husband sat on it. The Lock was extremely difficult to open. We would not necessarily recommend for 4 Adults but for a family it would be perfect.

• Moez (9/5): - Comfortable apartment, we found it clean and well equipped for a family stay. Perfect location to visit the town, very close to the main monuments of the old town.

• Maria (7/5): Acogedor y limpio - La ubicación es muy buena puedes llegar andando a todos los puntos importantes y cuenta con restaurantes muy buenos por la zona. Eramos 7 personas y cuando se ducharon las dos primeras el termo se quedo sin agua caliente, esperamos un par de horas pero no se soluciono.

• Tibor (7/5): Comfortably in downtown - easy checkin with a code, the apartment is 10 minutes walk to the Mezquita and the center. Spacious rooms, enough place for clothes, two separate showers and toilets, central air conditioning and heating. Kitchen well equipped. parking available a few minutes walk away for a fee, as there is limited free spaces on the street, but you can park on the street after 3pm for free (if you find a place) or in the Mezquita parking garage, but thats also get full by 12am. Maybe a bit noisy, windows are facing to the street, windows are not that thick to isolate the noise, but thats the price you are in downtown.

Hemos quedado encantados, relación calidad precio excelente, y a destacar la amabilidad de Ana, la señora encargada de la limpieza y resaltar también el trato de José Luis, el dueño, atento en todo momento a cualquier duda. Unas maravillosas personas. Si vuelvo a Cordoba tengo claro donde quedarme. Que fui muy poco tiempo.

Ana la persona de contacto, muy amable. El olor a tuberia,humedad que habia en el salon y habitación del fondo,la de la litera,era algo incomodo. De resto, todo estupendo. Aire acondicionado, camas cómodas,y con todos los accesorios en cocina y aseos. Calidad/precio recomendado.

• Jean-baptiste (5/5): Nice location but needs to be refreshed and better kept - The location was really good - walking distance from the old town. The hosts were nice, especially the cleaning lady who opened the door for us and showed us where the garage was (2 minute drive), and responsive. My main painpoint was the hygiene. The flat was quite dusty, and our bare feet were black after walking around the house for a couple minutes. There were long hairs (nobody in our party has long hair) around the flat. Another example was the radiator in the bathroom where we can hang the towel: it was so dusty that we had to clean it before putting our towel on it. We had to vacuum clean and mop the whole flat to feel comfortable (we had a one year old crawling around). Also, there was a terrible sewage stench when entering the flat, very unpleasant. Other than that, the furniture was quite dated and not really functional.

The apartment is very close to the Mezquita and the best places to wander (but just far enough to be outside of the most touristy area). There are ample shops and supermarkets nearby if you prefer to stay in and cook. We had a great stay and would book again!
