• Loredana (2/5): Very disappointing - Location is great, right next to Harrods We were very disappointed with this apartment. All 5 of us. The reality was nothing like the pictures …. the place was extremely worn out, cramped, and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Everything felt neglected, and the overall condition was far below expectations. We booked and paid for 5 people, yet before our arrival they intended to provide only 4 large towels. After I complained, they eventually brought more, but made it seem like they were doing us a special favor instead of simply providing basic accommodation essentials for all of us. The beds were also not “extra large” as advertised, but standard queen size. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and hard and just not suitable for proper sleep. The mattresses were wobbly and uncomfortable, and the pillows were big and uncomfortable and left us with neck pain. Overall, the apartment felt very misleading compared to the listing photos, and the experience was absolutely not worth the price, which was not cheap. The host was polite, responsive, and did try to be accommodating throughout the stay, which we appreciated. However, unfortunately, it did not change the overall experience.

• Kelly (10/5): Overall great place to stay for a family! - Location! Right next to the Knightsbridge tube station. Very clean switch comfortable beds! Needs a few more kitchen items for cooking. For instance, one frying pain with no spatula. We also didn’t have any hand soap.
• Tan (8/5): Convenient and perfect location - Right opposite Harrods shopping, very convenient for shopping and also 5 mins walk to the Knightsbridge Tube station. The unit has everything for the stay. Although the basin and the towel heater rail was both leaking and is not in time to be repaired but it doesn’t really affect the stay. Heater in the room is not functioning and the Ac also doesn’t having heating function (I tried for half an hour to operate). Ask for washing machine detergent and have no reply. Other than that doesn’t have anything much to complain with the very reasonable price offered.

• Yelena (7/5): Great location, old building - The location is great Old building, showers could use doors or a lip so water doesn’t drench the bathroom floor.
• ميادا (10/5): انصح بشده - الموقع خطوتين عن الهارودز الاثاث المطبخ كامل الشطاف اطلالة الصاله على الهارودز الامان توفر غسالة صحون وملابس التلفزيون سمارت المفتاح فقط واحد لا يناسب عائله لم تنظف الشقه خلال الاقامه ولا مره ملاحظه العوائل الخليجيه الصاله تكشف على الشارع طلبنا تشيك ان مبكر حيث وصولنا السابعه صباحا ولم نستلم الشقه الا الساعه الثانيه ظهرا الحمام مناسب للاوزان الصغيره والمتوسطه غير مناسب للاوزان الكبيره الشقه بالدور الاول مااعرف اذا الاصنصير شغال او لا

• Kathryn (6/5): Overall good. - Location was great. Couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat, difficulties using the stove and oven. Bathroom was very small. Some of the keypad outside was unreadable.

• Debbie (10/5): - The location was fabulous and the apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. We did enquire about early check in but felt the costs offered were quite over the top, I just think if it is possible then if you have to charge then make it a nominal charge.
• Shounak (5/5): Not worth it for the price - The apartment was obviously recently renovated and had a plethora of amenities. The location was great as well. The entry instructions were horribly confusing. I received 5-10 different codes for the lockbox, which I assume were the previous iterations used by the host. There were also a series of lockboxes in the basement used by other hosts in the building which made finding the correct lockbox that much more difficult. The apartment has very little ventilation. The bathrooms are incredibly small, to the point where you wonder why the living room and bedrooms are so much bigger. The showers also don't have any doors so the bathroom floors get very wet. I expect much better for the price.

• Kate (9/5): Cute apartment with good location near Harrod's - Nice location directly next to Harrod's, the Knightsbridge tube stop, and good cafés also nearby. The apartment itself is modern and tastefully decorated. The second bedroom is small, as is the master-suite bathroom, but each bedroom has plenty of storage to help with the size restraints. Ground floor apartment with the living room window right at the street, so it's necessary to keep the blind closed for privacy. Also, the apartment was very hot. We turned all the valves on the radiators off, but it wasn't possible to regulate the temperature of the in-floor heating. There are AC units in each room, however, they worked one evening but kept turning off the second night.

• Kaitlin (7/5): Overall this place is about location and size! Would stay again :) - Location will be why this apartment stays booked! You can tell landlord has invested in some updates over the years so everything is pretty clean! Also the size was perfect for our family of 4. Claims to be non-smoking but you can definitely tell someone(s) has smoked in the main room. We also had some issues with the air conditioning the first few nights which made it uncomfortable. We tried to get in touch with landlord many times during our stay, but once we were checked in they weren’t reachable. Looks however like the main owner just ended his paternity leave (he called us our last day to introduce himself) and he was lovely over the phone so I feel some of the customer service issues during our stay may be remedied now that he is back. Also, we needed to extend our trip one night and that was easy and they were quick to accommodate that.
• FAISAL (10/5): استثنائية ومميزة - الموقع جميل جداً بجانب الهارودز تماماً، شقة من غرفتين نوم وصالة ومطبخ متكامل، في الطابق الارضي لاتحتاج الى مصعد لأنه كان معنا طفل على عربة اطفال.. دورات المياة جميعها تحتوي على شطاف، الأمن والامان عالي حيث الدخول للمبنى برقم سري ويوجد انترنت عالي السرعة في الشقة.. طاقم العمل كان ودود جداً ومتعاون وسريع الاستجابة لأي استفسار، من الاشياء الجميلة وجود شنطة اسعافات اولية صغيرة في المطبخ، بصراحة اهتمامهم بكل التفاصيل الصغيرة يجعلني اكرر السكن فيها مستقبلا وانصح بها لكل عائلة تبحث عن الهدوء والامان في قلب لندن وبالقرب من وسائل النقل العام.. شكراً لكم على كل شيء🌹 لا يوجد

• Riek (6/5): Our stay was fine but the flat was not a good value. - The flat was well appointed. Very Small. One towel for a 4 night stay isn’t enough. It is advertised as 2 king beds. The beds are queen size. Thought this was not a good value for price charged.

• Nanisha (10/5): Elegant apartment in the heart of Knightsbridge - An elegant property in the heart of Knightsbridge, directly across from Harrods. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped with all mod cons and A/C. Great service, immediate responses and communication from host. Will definitely return better than a 5 star hotel suite, I felt very secure and happy in this apartment.
• Mohammed (9/5): Nice - Location was very good and was behind Harrods , near to crazy cat restaurant. Flat is in the ground floor and you don’t need the elevator although it was not working Smooth check in and out there was a lockbox which help you put the keys New furniture and classy Wardrobes are big There was shattaf in both bathroom rooms :) There is an issue for the AC and I contacted them and they send an engineer but problem not solved . The ACs in bedrooms are working and stopping like automatic mood but isn’t in that mood . Bathrooms is a bit narrow but they are okay in comparison with others in London
• Lisa (10/5): Comfortable - We really enjoyed our stay! The property was trendy and clean, easily accessible and in a fantastic location. So close to the tube, taxi rank and of course Harrod’s. The place is so well appointed, modern, comfortable with its AC throughout . We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and available to us. I would recommend anyone to stay here when travelling to London.
