• Behzad (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would highlyrecommend it for families or medium-sized groups. - We had a great stay at Cowes Family Retreat. The property was comfortable and well suited for families or group getaways. Every room has its own bathroom and toilet. A few minor issues: - The button on the lock box did not work well, - The dining table was not suitable for more than 8 people - The kitchenware was mixed and insufficient for a larger group.

• Julie (9/5): Had a fantastic stay and enjoyed everything the house had to offer including the hot tub. - Great space downstairs & the kitchen was spacious and well appointed with a good size fridge & inbuilt icemaker. Everything was clean and neat, location was quiet but only a short drive to town. The welcome chocolates and alcohol were a lovely touch. Coffee maker was jammed from day 1 and didn't seem to have the right sized pods, it broke while we were there. Some of the blinds were a bit dodgy, the basket on the sink door hanging by one screw, one of the bedroom side tables was broken. While not a deal breaker, no soap in the showers or a dish cloth to wash the dishes.
• Annabelle (8/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable stay - The huge open areas for hanging out and the pool table was a hit. No toiletries in the bathrooms.

• Tania (6/5): Great for a big group, but needs a clean - there was a WOW factor when we initially entered the house through the front door. the size of the house was perfect for our group. pool table and table tennis was an excellent touch. there were plenty of pillows and blankets in each room. Plenty of space in the kitchen! parts of the house were filthy. we took pictures of lolly wrappers on the window sill in one room. they were behind the blind, so we're guessing no one opened it. there was rubbish in the bedside table of another room. window sills and under every bed in all rooms were dusty. Although completely empty, the fridge needed a wipe before we could put our food in it. missing remotes for tvs and air-conditioning units. the TV in the main bedroom was broken. no instructions for spa, which we couldn't get to heat up.
• Nityam (10/5): Just Amazing - Beautiful large house with good quality furnishings, clean and entertainment options for kids. Every room has a bath n toilet.

• Keith (7/5): Overall we had a great weekend. We were a family of 13 so the space was great, the kids were kept well entertained using - The space was great for our large family, with plenty of bedrooms and living areas. The property in our opinion wasn’t super clean. There was so much dirt etc under couches. Table was very smeary and food etc was through the cracks of couches. The back yard had lots of dog poo which was surprising considering they have a strict no dog policy, I would have thought the cleaning staff would remove it before we got there.

• Rita (7/5): Pleasant stay good position but disappointed with the cleanliness - Location was good, very large accommodated our large group very well The house was not very clean, floors quite dirty, kitchen was well appointed but very messy! The house was expensive so I would really except it to be clean

• Karina (9/5): We had a lovely stay in a well appointed home - The house is perfect for our large grown children and spouses to all get together, 2 air conditioners possibly need a service and we couldn't use the Patio blinds as some had missing mechanisms but this was only minor.
• Chris (8/5): Was spacious .. and comfortable - Getting a bit tied .. some Windows very hard to open. Thought they should have had oven gloves , place mats , salt & pepper . Some of the chairs around the kitchen need fixing
