• Deepak (6/5): It was a pleasant stay at the property with minor issues (nothing unsurmountable). - The property was nice and appropriately sized for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully functional. Toiletries were minimal. Shampoo was not provided. Even though we had paid for all 8 people in the group including children, I still got a message from the property manager that there were additional children present in our group and we had to sort the situation out.

• Tiree (8/5): Lovely home for a comfortable stay on Kangaroo Island. - Beautiful house in the perfect location for visiting KI. The views outside especially at sunset were incredible, and we really loved the decor within the house. It felt homey and comfortable for a family trip. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a family of 7, safe to say this didn’t last long and seemed odd that there wasn’t spare rolls provided. The knives in the kitchen were so blunt that they literally couldn’t be used for anything. Minor things but both quite frustrating.

• Grant (10/5): Great place in Kingscote - Great views of the water and excellent balcony to sit and relax after working. The rooms were very big and the kitchen is well appointed. Maybe some soap and shampoo for the showers would be nice
• Tina (10/5): Perfect! Highly recommeded. - It is a beautiful large family home in an ideal location with sensational views around the property. Decorated in a lovely style which felt warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to KI and base themselves in Kingscote. The only consideration would be to advise that the property is not easily wheelchair accessible due to all facilities being upstairs, however this could be easily rectified with a path to the rear of the property.

• Elly (10/5): Amazing place to stay. - The house was inviting, clean and comfortable. The facilities and equipment were in good condition. It was spacious and lovely. Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

• Marina (1/5): Don't waste your time. - Access to Netflix - There were ants everywhere - Not enough toilet paper - It was advertised that one of the rooms had a bunk bed but this wasn't true - The bedspread in the downstairs room had sticky stains on it, and in all of the rooms the bedspread had an unpleasant musty smell. Made us feel like the house wasn't being cleaned in between stays. - A lot of the plates and glasses weren't clean - Hair in the bathroom shower - LACK IN COMMUNICATION - I don't know who's fault this is, booking.com or the owner's. We tried contacting you via email a couple of weeks ago regarding our booking and we never got a response. Later on during our stay, we wanted to ask for late check out, send her a text the night before and didn't get an answer until the next day when I had to call her, to which she responded 5 minutes later via text (when it was too late to plan ahead). Had I not called her, she most likely would not have replied. - Beds were not comfortable The house itself was nice, very spacious, with plenty of room for all 7 of us. But please, the sense of cleanliness is very important for any family vacation, and the presence of ants, hair, dirty dishes and bedspreads are extremely off putting.

• Ciska (8/5): Great home for a family stay. We felt right at home. - Lots of space and loved the games that was provided. Lots of great appliances. Could not find a proper vegetable cutting knife. Bathrooms where nice and clean but some upgrades will make it even better.
