• Aurélia (4/5): Petit coup de rafraichissement qui ferait un petit appartement royal ! - L'emplacement est exceptionnel, pas besoin de transport en commun ! En plein coeur de Madrid... La connexion internet. Le calme. Serviettes de toilette, papier toilette, gel douche et shampooing à disposition. La personne qui a accueilli très aimable. Elle a été également très réactive suite à une arrivée avant 15h. Pour commencer, il est impératif d'indiquer le numéro de l'appartement car celui-ci n'apparaît pas sur la réservation, il est juste indiqué le nom de la rue. Heureusement qu'une dame qui passait dans la rue est venue nous aider en téléphonant directement au numéro de téléphone indiqué sur les documents de réservation et a pu demander le n° de maison, ne parlant pas un mot d'espagnol le contact aurait difficile avec notre hôte pour le prévenir par téléphone que nous étions dans la rue mais qu'on ne trouvait pas l'appartement ! Ensuite concernant l'appartement en lui même, celui-ci aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement. En commençant par une nouvelle porte d'entrée hermétique avec une véritable serrure qui ferme bien, un disjoncteur général plus puissant, car 10 ampères c'est peu (20 ampères fortement recommandé) d'où les coupures si on est amené à utiliser plusieurs équipements en même temps, un lot de poêles et casseroles neuf car le revêtement de celles-ci est complètement mort ce qui les rends inutilisables, rajouter de la vaisselle notamment des couverts car 1 seule petite cuillère ça fait un peu juste, éviter de mettre un torchon à moitié cramé et pour finir la literie est affreuse, lit qui craque au moindre mouvement et matelas creusé. Rien à dire sur la salle d'eau et les équipements tels que réfrigérateur et micro ondes qui semblent neufs. Le point positif est la localisation, en plein coeur de Madrid. Je pense qu'avec un petit coup de peinture et quelques petits changements, l'appartement serait royal et tout mignon pour recevoir 2 personnes pas plus.
• leonardo (1/5): Mal servicio y detalles del piso - Casi nada me llamó la atención No me gustó que la puerta principal tenía un hueco por el cual los vecinos podía. Ver lo que uno hiciera , tampoco me gustó la bulla de los vecinos más que todo cuando llegaba la policía al lugar , tampoco me sentí cómodo con el servicio de TV , es una TV vieja la cual hay q celebrarla , tampoco me gustó la seguridad del piso las cerraduras algunas malas, otras no encajaban y así muy inseguro , el calefactor lo tienen programado a su medida así que por el cliente no piensan en nada ,y por último el lavadero se salía el agua y todo , también la verificación de reserva correo número eso tampoco lo corroboran , he estado en el piso y nisiquiera se percataron que había otra persona diferente al de la reserva de primera instancia

• Slavi (1/5): If you ask me, stay away from this place at any cost. - Nothing to like here. It was the worst booking I have ever made! When we got the place, a man was drilling the wall in the opposite room - like 5 meters away from the bed. The lady who gave us the keys spoke zero English, and she used her phone to translate. She lied to us that these heavy construction works only started today - you can see how much waste there is in the photo. I consider this to be a scam or a steal, because they refused to cancel our booking - no matter the awful noise and dust that made the place impossible to live in (and somehow relax a bit). Also, there is no mobile reception in the bedroom - so no calls can be made. The kitchen walls were peeling from the moisture, and the bedroom is very small with dirty marks on the walls (I guess from shoes and suitcases). The area did not look very attractive either.

• Sofi (9/5): - Muy cómodo y centrico, perfecto para dos personas El sillón se rompió y no lo podíamos usar, fue lo único malo y lo que no nos dejó estar 100% cómodas pero por lo demás perfecto

• Lucia (3/5): Don’t book here unless ur just gonna put ur stuff , shower ans sleep … short stay or don’t stay trust me - The pics were nicer than the actual place its was not clean the ac was not built in the towels were stained at least the sheets were clean … the location was ok for us and it did the job cause we didn’t wanna stay in anyway but I feel we could have been better accommodated even when I complained to the team that the towels were gross 🤢 bathroom was ok too but ya I didn’t feel like they gave two sh*ts when I made a complaint and I didn’t feel too safe here either …. Also may I add there’s a fan on the wall U can’t even plug in doesn’t reach the plug area Was not too clean , things are broken and the team are not the most accommodating never would stay here again
• Costis (2/5): Very poor - First of all, the images does not represent the current situation of the apartment. The air condition was not built-in, and its wire had to be outside the room, the main door was broken and the room was very noisy. We can add that the wet was super high. To be objective, the location was excellent.
• Irene (3/5): Poor - Overall we enjoyed our stay in Madrid, the apartment was very central, cozy, and clean. It's wholly equipped with all the necessary types of equipment that one might need. Unfortunately, we were not notified that the apartment has issues with the warm water, the shower would run out of hot water after 15 mins, and we had to wait an hour to continue showering. The heating system in the apartment was not working properly too so most of the time we'd be freezing in the apartment.
• Darya (3/5): Poor - 1. Location 2. WiFay 3. Availability of everything necessary in the apartment 1. There was no console from the TV 2. The single window that enters the courtyard, and in this regard the lack of daylight in the apartment 3. The apartment is stuffy 4. The air in the apartment was poorly cleaned, killed one cockroacan (!) 5. When you leave the building, the door opening button did not always work, and the key did not open the door from the inside, it was always necessary to assist help from the residents at home (the hostess did not warn in advance about such a problem and during our stay the problem was not solved as well) 6. And we also had an agreement with the hostess about the early settlement for an additional fee, but no one opened the door on arrival (3 am), and we were not lodged, but they said on the phone that they would only lodge us in the afternoon. We had to spend the night in the hostel, and in the end we were able to settle only in 12 PM 7. In the morning before our leaving, there wasn’t a light in the whole apartment, we had to have breakfast and packaging suitcases with flashlights on the phone
