• Remi (7/5): - Staff and main court. Thought it would be quiet being far of city center and central park, but it is right on street 7 which has a lot of traffic to go out of town it seems. Our room #1 was really noisy cause of that. In high temperature, A/C would be nice to have instead of fan.

Bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande Seul petit bémol, la wifi qui ne marche pas mais ils nous ont trouvé une solution en se connectant sur celle du bar à coté. Pas idéal mais ça fonctionnait pas trop mal.

• Bonnie (10/5): Boutique-y stay - We had such a lovely stay at Antiwa. The staff we so friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself had a boutique-y feel at a really reasonable price. We also thought the location was perfect as it was walkable to the centre, and we felt safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend! We enjoyed our stay and can't say anything bad

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a wonderful time as a family. We especially loved the two-level rooms and the skylights, which made the spaces feel bright and open. We will return. We love it all. We will return.

• Lucia (3/5): It was nice but I would not recommend or stay here again - It was clean and the room was very spacious The room had no blinds so all the light entered the room during the night making it impossible to sleep. Also very noisy since it has a very busy street in front with a lot of trucks passing by

• Lisa (6/5): Antiwa is new and clean. The staff was friendly. The location is not great as it is far from the city center. All of tha - At the hotel was new and very clean. Cute property. Despite advertising free Wi-Fi, there was no Wi-Fi. When we complained the staff just shrugged. They said someone was fixing it that day, but nothing ever happened. Very frustrating.

El lugar esta dentro de Antigua pero ya en la salida, si toca caminar un poco mas para llegar a los lugares pero eso te permite conocer. Desayunos, incluia desayuno pero no era muy variado. La regadera, el agua se emposaba.

• Nick (6/5): - Mooie en schone kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Personeel niet heel behulpzaam. Wilde geeneens nadenken over vroeger inchecken en we moesten zelf achter ons ontbijt aan. Verder werkt WIFI niet op de kamer. Op zich niet erg als dit goed gecommuniceerd wordt. Dit was alleen niet het geval.

On profite de la cour intérieure et de la terrasse. Les principaux monuments de la ville sont accessibles à pied. Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu juste. Equipe tŕès disponible et agréable qui s'adapte à vos demandes : on l’a beaucoup appréciée. En syntĥèse: une valeur sûre et sans surprise. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la chambre

• Lopez (6/5): Nice rooms, but the staff and overall service could be better. - The rooms are clean and a great size, and the patio is nice to sit at. The front doors of the property are locked at night for security reasons, which is nice. It’s a hotel with a cafe that’s located about 10 minutes from parque central. You have a tv on the first floor and plenty of storage space. -the staff seems to be made up of three people. Two young girls that work during the day and who socialize more than they actually work, and a guy who works at night. -the breakfast here is mediocre. Portions are small, and the wait time is ridiculous. Also, there’s only two complimentary options, when there are other options on the cafe menu at an equal price. One morning, we ordered breakfast at 7:45am, it didn’t arrive until 8:25 and we had to leave for a tour at 8:30. It took the girls almost 45 minutes to make our Guatemalan breakfast when we were 2 of 4 guests waiting for breakfast. Even when I ordered, I had to grab their attention because they were talking in the kitchen instead of making the breakfast for the other two guests. The other two guests must have waited longer than us because they were out in the patio before us and got served their food at the same time as us. Get breakfast elsewhere. -we requested laundry service at 8am on our last day, which we were told was from 8-4pm. We got back to our room at 5pm and the laundry wasn’t done yet and I needed to pack. When we asked about it they said the clothes were drying, but something tells me they forgot about it and started doing the laundry pretty late. The clothes came back slightly damp and they didn’t fold the socks. That same day, the girls didn’t come to our room and do housekeeping even though we asked them to empty our single trash can. The girls ended up leaving without ever coming to our room and left the guy at night to do their work. I should mention that there’s only 5-6 rooms, I don’t get how they didn’t have time to come to our room. Since we complained about it, the guy working the night shift took care of the cleaning for us. I don’t know what his duties are, but I’m not surprised if the girls leave their unfinished work to him on a daily basis. -the rooms only have one trash can and one mirror which is in the bathroom.

• andrew (10/5): Stayed here 3 times and good every time. - The staff was very helpful, suggesting local restaurants, getting take-away breakfast for our early start, storing our luggage when we went on short trips, and always smiling. The duplex room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is located not in the immediate vicinity of the main touristy areas (about 5-10 minutes walk), which is perfect for us. We stayed in total 3 times during our trip to the Antigua area, and loved it every time. Highly recommended! none

• Thaís (8/5): Boa escolha em Antígua - A propriedade é muito bem arrumada. Percebe-se que foi feita com zelo e atenção aos detalhes. A vista do rooftop é bem legal. Café da manhã só conseguimos tomar um único dia porque iniciava às 7:30 e nossos passeios eram mais cedo. Eram só duas opções a escolher (uma de ovo e outra de iogurte), mas estava muito gostoso. Funcionário responsável pela recepção, apesar de gentil, tinha muita dificuldade de comunicação. Estávamos com 3 quartos na nossa reserva e todos com espaço modesto, sendo que um deles era extremamente pequeno. Por fim, achei muito barulhento também. A rua é bastante movimentada, com passagem de ônibus inclusive, e o barulho de ônibus e caminhões acelerando parecia estar dentro do quarto.

Cerca de las principales atracciones de antigua y si subes a la terraza tienes vista al Volcán de fuego qu - Las habitaciones son preciosas, nos encantó el techo de cristal. El menú de desayuno podría ser un poco más variado. A pesar de tener su propia cafetería el café que brindan en el desayuno es de mala calidad y si pides uno con café recién molido tiene costo adicional. Hace falta un sofá en el piso de abajo

We found that very petty. Quite expensive accommodation compared to others in the centre, which were much nicer and quieter.

• ALEJANDRO (8/5): Estancia en Guatemala - El hotel es pequeño y acogedor y tiene un mezanine con buena vista a los volcanes hubo un grupo de extranjeros que hicieron mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche. Otro detalle es que se había solicitado hacer el check in a las 10 am pero al llegar la habitación no estaba disponible, por lo que nos fuimos a dar una vuelta a la ciudad y regresamos a las 4 pm pero todavía estaban limpiando la habitación.

• Gerardo (8/5): Muy bonito y limpio, pero cuesta descansar. - Muy limpio y bonito, todo se ve nuevo. El personal muy amable. Cómo está sobre una calle muy transitada se escucha mucho ruido. No apagan las luces del patio central y entra mucha luz a las habitaciones, lo que dificulta dormir bien.

Para el desayuno la misma mesera es la cocinera, entonces dura mucho. Y el tele en el cuarto no funcionaba y nunca lo arreglaron. Y la luz de las gradas tampoco funcionaba, y tampoco las cambiaron.

• Monica (6/5): considero por ese monto se consiguen mejores opciones - Las camas cómodas una amiga espero su transporte en el hotel no dentro de la habitación si no en unas sillas de la zona común y nos estaban cobrando 200 quetzales lo cual me pareció absurdo.. así mismo las habitaciones solo las separa una pared de madera lo cual hace que se escuche absolutamente todo , bastante incómodo esto … el desayuno solo hay una opción para toda la semana ósea .. deberían tener más variedad una semana y el mismo desayuno sin opción de cambio no es para nada agradable …
