• Brent (3/5): Clean and dry, much better options for the price - The bed was actually comfortable. Staff were friendly. Coffee shop 200m down was road was great. Wifi was trash. NO hot water(no good after a full day of travelling). Very noise people right outside the door till late, unsure if they were working or other guests. No multiuse plugs.

• Mercy (9/5): Great location - Great location, easy to find the place. My room was very clean and comfortable bed. The receptionist was very helpful with smooth checkin process and was able to give me directions to the shops. There was a step in my room which is not easy to spot, I nearly fell as I was getting inside. My advice is that, it should be clearly marked to make the person aware as it is a safety hazard. I was catching an early flight so I had to leave at 5:00 but unfortunately there was no one at the reception and I didn't know how to checkout and just left. Unfortunately I left the gate open as there was no one to open and close for me but I immediately sent a message to the host alerting them that I left. I suggest they should communicate on how early checkouts are done as they are close to the airport which means most guests are on transit.

• Tshegofatso (7/5): If you want an affordable place to stay while you await your flight day this is the place to conside - The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They even ensured that I was up early to catch my flight, which I truly appreciated. If you are looking for affordable short-term accommodation while awaiting your flight, this is definitely a place to consider. I had no difficulty arranging transport to the airport due to the convenient location.

• Dineo (1/5): Horrible Stay!! - Nothing Staff give many excuses but don’t actually resolve issues at hand…we paid in full but there was no WIFI and NO water - they don’t have backup water as a business which is appealing as we were not able to shower and worst part we were not told this on arrival. Instead they brought us a bathing dish with buckets of water which needless to say we didn’t use…till today I was told the Manager would get in touch with me yet have heard nothing back from them!!!Total rip off!!!Highly highly disappointed - they don’t deliver what they promise.

• Shaar (9/5): Great for a night before a flight. - It's very close to the airport, so perfect for early morning flights or avoiding traffic before a flight. No trouble checking out at 5:30 AM. My room was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and helpful. Good wifi. Great value. It's not a fancy, high end accommodation, and my room was a little dark, but it's appropriately priced.

Comfortable bed, heater in the room, hot water, complimentary beverages, good security and very near to the airport. I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe.
