• Magdalena (9/5): - Bardzo dobra cena i komunikacja. Bliziutko stacja metra. W pokoju było pełne wyposażenie kuchenne. Niczego nie brakowało. Parking w weekend darmowy. W tygodniu ok. 5 euro za cały dzień. Wlascicielka potrafiła wskazać również miejsce na bezpłatne parkowanie.

• Andrea (10/5): - A tulaj nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a szállás pedig tökéletesen felszerelt, teljes értékű konyha, kávé, keksz ajándék, mosógép, vasaló, hajszárító , könyvek, játékok, minden ami csak felmerülhet. Metróhoz közel mégis csendes utcában. Mindennel elégedett voltam

• michele antonio (9/5): Esperienza rilassante - La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro linea 3, in 15 minuti da casa siete in centro. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa con il parcheggio sotto casa a pagamento. La casa è confortevole Beh, gli standard italiani sono diversi. Il letto è un po' piccolo, il lavandino in bagno è piccolissimo.

• Grega (10/5): Amazing stay – highly recommended! - The room was excellent – clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He came right when we arrived and explained everything, which was really helpful, and he was also very flexible with our check-in. During our stay he helped us with anything we needed and was always available. Parking is right in front of the apartment and it’s cheap, plus he even told us where we could park for free nearby. The metro is also close, which was super convenient. The area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a great place to stay – we would definitely recommend it! /

• Nicoleta (10/5): Tolles Studio, liebevolle Gastgeberin! - Studio sauber und komfortabel, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir haben in diesem privaten Studio übernachtet und die Erfahrung war wunderbar! Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hat uns bei der Ankunft erwartet, uns alles gezeigt und die wichtigsten Details erklärt. Am beeindruckendsten war ihr Verhalten, als ich dachte, ich hätte ein wertvolles Paar Ohrringe, das ein Geschenk von meiner Mutter ist, vergessen. Ich kontaktierte sie, und sie war sehr nett und aufmerksam, ist losgegangen, um sie zu suchen, obwohl ich sie später in meinem Gepäck gefunden habe. Dies zeigte, wie fürsorglich und zuverlässig sie ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die U-Bahn-Station ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt, und die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Gebäude ist bequem – wir haben etwa 5 Euro pro Tag bezahlt. Am Wochenende und an Feiertagen ist das Parken kostenlos, die Gebühren gelten von 8:00 bis 18:00 Uhr. Ich kann dieses Studio jedem, der Budapest besucht, wärmstens empfehlen! Hervorragende Sauberkeit, großartige Gastgeberin und sehr gute Lage. Es gab absolut nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte. Mir hat alles gefallen.

• Stankić (10/5): - The apartment is very close to the metro station, so you only need a few minutes to get to the city centre even if you don’t have a car. Everything was clean and Ildiko was a great host. Will be staying here again in the future for sure!

• Barbara (10/5): Local experience in a spacious studio - Location was great and the apartment was spacious and clean! It took a while to figure out how to get hot water for the shower but after a few tries it seemed to work! But the host was very helpful and responsive when I asked for help!

• Pablo Cesar (8/5): Piccolo appartamento ottima posizione - Propietaria molto gentile e presente. 200 mt dalla metro. Posto tranquillo e ben servito . Parcheggio davanti al palazzo da pagare tramite app. Palazzina un po' datata, secondo piano senza ascensore, però al interno anche se un po' ristretto appartamento ristrutturato e con tutto il necessario per passare brevi periodi.

• Berkay (9/5): AMAZING HOST, would stay again! - The apartment was easy to find, and the host was waiting for us there. She showed us the flat and explained the neighborhood - truly a wonderful person! There was a nicely prepared folder in the apartment with information about nearby good restaurants and other spots. She was always quick to help us via WhatsApp. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful, a lovely area. Parking is possible in front of the building, but it is paid, and paying for parking can be quite complicated. If I visit Budapest again, I would definitely stay here once more. By the way, the location is at an ideal distance from the city center by metro. We initially planned to travel by our own car, but once we saw how close, convenient, and affordable the metro was, we ended up using it instead. Many thanks and best regards to the host — we look forward to welcoming you to Turkey! Even though the host warned us and we paid the parking fee, we still got a fine; apparently because the front of our car was facing the wrong direction. It turns out that in Budapest, you have to park in the direction of traffic flow. We ended up getting a €40 fine! It was absolutely ridiculous, but there was nothing we could do. You have to be extremely careful with parking, as the officers are constantly patrolling just to issue fines. That said, parking itself is quite cheap, around €6 per day. As for the neighbors, they were EXTREMELY loud during their private moments, and we ended up unintentionally listening to them for about an hour. It was definitely an unusual experience 😄

• Filip (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, flat was clean and have everything you could need. Location maybe seems to far away from the city center (when looking at the map), but Metro station (Line 3) is 5 minutes away from the flat, and you can be in city center in 10-15 minutes. Around 10 minutes walking from the flat you can park for free, and if you want to park in front of the building, you can use Mobilfizetés mobile app, which is super easy to use, and to pay for parking (about 5-6 euros for whole day). Only "downside" was a feather pillows which was so uncomfortable.

• Judit (10/5): Nice and cosy apartment, we love it - Amazing place in green area, we felt like being at home. Very friendly and supportive host. Apartment is fully equipped. Underground station is very close, easy to ravel to the city centre.

The kitchen is fully equiped, bathroom a bit small, but there is everything you need. The bed could be a bit bigger, but overall, the apartment is clean, good location with free parking in front of the building, excellent wifi. Very good value for the money, hope to come again!
• Bozic (8/5): Overall pretty good - To be honest location is close to the metro so you can get anywhere quickly, apartment was clean and has anything you would need, plus people renting it are very nice and polite Just the bathroom room is a little small but for the low price you can't expect perfection
• Miloš (10/5): Perfect stay - Both the accommodation and the hosts exceeded our expectations. While the accommodation is named Pötyi Flat (dot, spot), the place was spotless. Everything was as advertised and then some. The location is perfect - quiet neighbourhood, with a metro nearby that provides quick and easy connection to the downtown area. The flat has everything necessary for a comfortable stay and I will once again emphasize how clean the place was. When we met the hosts, it was easy to understand why the place offered such a perfect stay for us. We had excellent communication with them, and they went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as it was. All in all, Pötyi Flat abaolutely deserves the high ratings you can see. More than that, for us this was a 10/10 experience.

• Vinay (7/5): Good - It was Aug month and it was too hot outside, The house had AC and was a hug plus, two double beds. Tv. Good for a family of 3 people. The kitchen was too small. The toast maker was not cleaned. All the food packets are used once with expiry dates.

• Isabel (10/5): Cosy, quiet out of town aparment - Perfect little apartment that met our needs completely. Warm and comfortable. Some distance from the centre of Budapest, though that didn’t bother us as we wanted to be in a non-tourist area (took about 25 minutes by bus from the airport then a couple of stops using the metro). The owner (superb communication) was kind enough to meet us at the metro station and walk us to the apartment which is a 5 minute walk away. Great for a short stay and great value for money. Bakery round the corner (you can pay with a card!), a wonderful restaurant just down the road, a pharmacy also, and a ‘corner’ shop nearby
