• kirsty (10/5): - We liked how close it was to the co-op arena, its only a 10 minute walk. The sofa bed hadnt been cleaned, it was full of crumbs and train tickets when we pulled it out for my daughter to use

• M3RT (9/5): High-Quality Stay with a Note on Host Communication - The location of the apartment, its interior layout, cleanliness, and all the thoughtful details provided for guests were truly impressive. The host’s messaging style felt very AI-like, which made us worry that if we had a real emergency, we might not be able to reach a real person quickly.

• Jessica (9/5): Great spot to explore Manchester - Location is excellent, walkable to Northern quarter or short tram ride. Tram stop opposite and very reasonable parking charges across the road for central Manchester. Comfortable apartment with all equipment needed. We arrived quite Kate and the apartment was very cold but warmed up once we boosted the heating. Lots of messages from lettings company. I'd say too many.

• Kevin (3/5): Not somewhere to recommend - It was functional with reasonable facilities Location is dire. When arriving someone said not to leave my car there as it would get broken into. The accommodation is part of a complex with residents and large amounts of security as it’s an awful area to stay. I moved the car to a secure NCP in the end.

• Diana (9/5): Alright apartment with a good location - Good location close to the North Quarter and Center but quiet. Clean. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Comfortable bed The sleep couch is extremely uncomfortable, it needs an extra mattress. There's no coffee machine. We couldn't get the fridge to work but maybe it was our fault

• Joseph (8/5): Overall for price, ease of booking and quality of apartment I was very happy and would recommend - The apartment was very well presented and well equipped. The bathroom and bedroom in particular deserve a mention. I didn't really use the living room or kitchen but both seemed to have everything I'd need if I did. While the apartment was great the building itself and corridors were a bit grotty and felt more like a student accommodation. Which wouldn't have been a problem but the pictures on booking gave the impression it was in a more stylish setting.

• Cedela (10/5): An Ideal Stay - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was cosy, clean, and felt very safe — perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The location couldn’t be better: it’s situated in a great area with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and the bus and tram stop are literally right in front of the building, making it incredibly easy to get around. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city! The only downside was the sofa bed — while the apartment is perfectly fine for four people, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and might need to be replaced. That said, it didn’t take away from our experience, and we would still happily stay here again!

• Viliam (8/5): Very good - I liked the building in which the apartment was located and its location. The accommodation was clean. Everything was fine. We would love to come back here.
• Angela (6/5): Pleasant - Location was brilliant for Manchester City game and heading into the railway station. It could have been cleaner, bedding smelt funky, there were dirty tissues behind the bed cupboards and rubbish under the lounge. So many codes to access the place it felt like an episode of "Get Smart"

• Petr (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and easy to find. The surroundings were calm, with no disturbances during the night. The best part is the location - you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes, and it's also a short stroll to the Co-Op Live Arena for evening concerts. If you're visiting Manchester for a concert, this is the perfect place to stay. No issues! If you're coming from outside of Britain (like the EU, for example), don't forget to bring a wall socket adapter; otherwise, you'll need to buy one from one of the surrounding shops.

• Syed (10/5): I had an amazing time would recommend people without nice cars to stay here - I requested early check in which was allowed the location is good. There is issue about the parking so would need to park up in metro car park which is not safe if you driving a nice car.
