- Jordan (8/5): - Well-appointed apartment in a good location. Hosts were able to accommodate an early check in. They were very responsive to questions throughout the booking process. The entryway is a little rundown, but the unit itself is great.

- Kelly (7/5): - The property was located with easy access to tube stations. It was spacious and had the facilities we needed for our stay. Block out curtains would have made sleeping easier. A guide to the property and the area would have been helpful.
- Cathy (8/5): - Loved location, central and very close to Green Park tube. Excellent, kitchen, lounge, dining. Need to know our 2 b/r apartment was on 3rd floor, no lift, up 105 stairs, very narrow tairwell at the top, making very hard to lift suitcases., no teatowels.

- Vicki (4/5): disappointing - Location was good Asked for a cot to be supplied and they gave us a travel cot which the infant couldn't sleep in as it was rock hard and no mattress. Asked for our £50 cash back that we had given them on arrival for this and they declined.

- Nicole (5/5): It was average, for one night it was ok but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. - The location was fab There was an odd smell in the basement apartment, it was also not made clear that I would be in the basement. The bedding felt cheap and there were yellow stains on it, only one pillow per bed so we had to search for more. The shower didn’t drain whilst using. There was absolutely no WiFi or in the back bedroom. There was a leak in one of the other bathrooms. The front door kept getting stuck so we were either locked in or out. There was coffee but no tea, no milk or bottled water. It just felt that there was no attention to detail, the final pieces weren’t there.

- Julia (1/5): Fraud! Unfriendly manager bullied us into paying for apartment at a different location than booked - Beware that this offer is a fraud. They put a specific address, which is not the one you will be staying at! The manager was extremely unfriendly and bullied us into paying, otherwise he would have put me and my baby on the street at 10pm at night. Once we paid, we had automatically "accepted" the new location (different address than booked!) and Booking.com could do very little for us. On top of that the flat was not cleaned properly and the Wifi was extremely spotty and rarely working.

- Carol (10/5): Green Park Residences on North Ardley Street, Mayfair. - Lovely apartment in Mayfair. Advised location a few days before. Easy to get key within 5 minutes of contacting the owner even though we were very early. Allowed to drop off cases 3 hours early. I had asked for a property with easy access due to mobility and got an apartment with a lift. Lovely apartment with a rooftop patio, everything you could possibly need was supplied. 5 minutes walk to Selfridges beside bus stop on Oxford Street. 5 minutes walk to M&S for food. 8 minutes walk to Bond Street or Marble Arch station. Brilliant location. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The photos were very accurate.

- Mitoko (6/5): Good location. For such a high accommodation fee, they should at least provide body soap and thicker curtains. - Convenient location to go anywhere. Lack of attention to detail. The bedroom window has a cheap, flimsy curtain that does not block any light at all. There is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom or washroom. There are plenty of cleaning detergents for the cleaners in the bathroom, shower room, and kitchen, but not a single bar of soap for the guests. The staff who came to explain the room to us spoke very fast to foreigners and only talked about the payment, which was very overbearing and unpleasant.
- Mariana (9/5): Nice cozy flat in the best area. - Its a quiet flat in a very nice area. Easy access to Piccadily, the subway and an amazing park nearby. We arrived a bit early and the host made arrengements so we could get the keys earlier. The shower was broken and one door kept coming off the rail. It's on a 4th floor so I wouldn't recommend it for people traveling with old or disabled people, or very young kids. Flat is quite smaller than in the pictures.
- Laurence (7/5): Centrally located yet calm and safe. - Centrally localized and less than 15’ to Royal attractions, chic restaurants, coffee shops, Carnaby etc ! 2’ walk away from Green Park station which was great Extremely calm in the evening and safe area as close to foreign embassies. Great peek into London’s bustling pace when you open the windows. We were greeted by the concierge himself when we checked in Know that the flat is located on the Fourth floor of the building with no elevator which was a tiring for elderly people in my family. The appartment is missing some items I consider as nice-to-have (tissues, hand towels, kitchen cloth, complimentary water). Ventilation system in the bathroom is a loud when turned on.
