• Povinská (7/5): - Dobra lokalita, centrum mesta a všetko čo chcete vidieť je na blízku aj pešo. Ubytovanie celkom fajn na to že sme tam boli len ráno a večer je to dobré. Postele celkom pohodlné, dá sa tam aj variť, majú aj chladničku dokonca videla som aj tam žehličku aj dosku. Je to blízko školy čo až tak nevadí ale steny sú veľmi tenké všetko počuť a v noci púšťajú nahlas hudbu až do jednej, druhej rána, inak je to okej.

• Stefan (6/5): Ok, wiederkommen werden wir nicht - Zimmer sehr zentral und wenige Minuten vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Zwei Buslinien fahren fast vor der Tür. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Obwohl die Anreisezeit zwei Wochen vorher mitgeteilt wurde war unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer dann niemand zu erreichen. In einem fremden Land und nach einem langen Tag hat uns das ordentlich auf die Stimmung geschlagen. Für den Check-In ist WhatsApp nämlich unerlässlich da die Gastgeberin nicht gewillt ist den Check in in Textform zu erklären: PIN eingeben, durchgehen Schlüssel-Safe öffnen, erster Stock Apartment „E“. Sondern stur ein Video über WhatsApp schicken will. Alle Nachrichten sind vorformuliert und werden über alle Kanäle wortgleich versendet. Einmal über WhatsApp und einmal über booking.com. Das fühlt sich irgendwie doof an und ist nullkommanull persönlich. Zwischendurch gab es dann auch noch weirde Nachrichten „wie es denn heutzutage in Málaga sei“. Und man solle die Fenster schließen bei Abreise und dann noch Bescheid sagen wenn die Kaution da ist. In der Waschmaschine haben wir dann noch schmutzige Handtücher gefunden. Das Toilettenpapier ist 0,5-lagig, dafür gab es aber ein Bidet.

• Viktoriia (7/5): Good apartments near the center - These are spacious, clean apartments equipped with almost everything you need. The center is quite close - 10 minutes walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room is quiet. Nothing disturbs your sleep. There was a washing machine but for some reason there was no dryers for drying clothes, so we couldn't use the washing machine. We had to dry washed socks and underwear on the backs of chairs. Also for some reason there was no kettle. We heated water for tea in a cauldron. There was nothing in the kitchen except dishes, no tea or coffee, salt or sugar. It would be appropriate and nice to have these little advantages in such apartments. The lack of this was not very critical, but it spoiled my expectations a little.

El apartamento en si estaba limpio, pero dudamos de las toallas, sábanas y almohadas. No estábamos seguros si era una cuestión de limpieza o simplemente que olían a viejo, y la funda del sofá estaba súper vieja y sucia (evitamos sentarnos en él). Agua sin fuerza en el baño, tanto en la ducha como en el lavabo y en la cisterna del inodoro. El apartamento está en un primer piso y tiene dos bloques de escaleras que subir a pie sin ascensor. A tener esto en cuenta si se va con equipaje pesado

Apróbb kéréseink voltak, amiket nem elutasítottak, vagy nem si reagáltak rá. Az apartman a fürdőt leszámítva kicsit lelakott. Van mosógép, de nincs szárító, nagyon nyekereg az ágy...
• Přemysl (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is close to the center. And at the same time it is a short walk to the nature of Gibralfaro. There are several shops and quality restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and fragrant. The kitchen contains everything you need for your stay, the advantage is the washing machine. The bathroom is new with a large shower. At night, this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The communication with the owner is excellent. He sent the instructions on time, his responses were immediate and he always tried to help. The deposit was returned the next day. I can only recommend it! 👌👍👌 Nothing

Its very close to all main attractions;so, we did not use public transport in the city.Kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff for preparing the food(including oil,salt, etc).Beds are comfortable.In my opinion, its a very good place to stay in Malaga.

• Antara (9/5): conveniently located and very comfortable for two people! - Great location, a lot of space and AC. Kitchen utensils like glasses, pans, bowls, and plates were not clean and we had to wash everything before using them.

• Alexandra (9/5): Great. - Clean and I really appreciated finding water bottles (I was so tired and thirsty when I arrived and realised I had no more water in my bottle, dunno if tap water was good but finding the bottles in the fridge was life saving :)) , soap, toilet paper and more. The host was very reliable and quick anytime I needed and he also sent something I forgot by post which I very much appreciated. Great person. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't have 2 door keys so we had to wait for one another all the time and that was quite inconvenient. The shower suddenly got cold twice and I was just starting the shower so not even opened for too long. Some rusty pots but these can easily be replaced.

It needs upgrading .The kitchen needs more cooking utensils, tableware ,cutlery and glassware . On the positive side, it was clean .

• Jo-anne (9/5): Great apartment for a city trip! - Location is perfect for a city trip, really close to the city center. Took us a 20min walk from the train station. Communication with the host went smoothly, got all info we needed when the keys were handed over and he was available when we had questions. The apartment was exactly as advertised, all fine. During the day you could hear the school and sports center behind the apartment but we did not mind as we were outside almost all the time, during the night and in the morning it was quiet. If ever visiting Malaga again, I would book this apartment! A minor detail: we missed an extra blanket to put on the beds, especially the nights it rained, it got a bit cold.

• Wilco (7/5): Good - The location was perfect: it was close to the centre and relatively close to the beach. Besides that, it was located in a dead end, and so on no noisy place. The host is great, he is hospitable and has strong communication skills. The beds are too hard and relatively little comfortable, in our opinion.
• Omer (4/5): Disappointed with misinformation - The apartment was clean; and well located, within close proximity to shops and takeaways. It had all the necessary items for a good stay, although the towels were more like scrub brushes. Hosts were friendly and helpful, and even though deposit was supposed to be in EURO, they accepted POUNDS. The washing machine proved to be useful, especially as we had brought minimal clothing. Our main disappointment was that the booking clearly said there is a waterpark facility at this apartment. The hosts had no idea of this; and were surprised to learn about this!! This I found very annoying, as I had booked this apartment for this reason. There is one A/C in the living room (great), but no A/C in the bedroom, which made sleeping extremely difficult. TV was not smart and had no English channels. Wifi stopped working on day 2! The bed had a metal framework that would creak at any movement. Bedding didn't smell fresh. Lights were dim in living room, and only one could be switched on at one time. No parking available, which was annoying as the area was heavily populated and difficult to find spot to park.
• Ilziah (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very convenient for a 3 day stay. The kitchen has everything you need. Location on a quiet street in the center of the city, about 2 km to Malagueta beach through the old town. Nearby is Victoria Street with shops and restaurants. Andres was constantly in touch, met and saw us off very correctly and friendly. He helped us with our heavy luggage. It helped us a lot that we could checkout a little later🙂 The kettle would have been useful in the kitchen
• Stela (1/5): DISAPPOINTING - I stayed in this apartment during the period 17-20 June 2023. I was deeply and negatively surprised by the interior of this apartment: looking poor and not spotless. Note that I stayed alone and paid 85 Euro/night (more than I paid everywhere in Andalusia and Costa del Sol during the period 4 June – 18 June 2023, in modern, spotless, and central apartments or room hotel with three star – between 65 – 75 euro. My travel included Malaga, Nerja, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, and back Malaga.) I was about to leave give up to the apartment concerned, but I was worried about the gloomy perspective to recover the money paid). The bedroom is equipped like a military barrack: two narrow, hard, and uncomfortable beds. No chair or armchair. The furniture and equipment in the kitchen and bathroom are old and obsolete. The light bulbs were giving a dying light. There was also a problem with electricity: the fuse from the electricity panel has fallen in two of three days. The owner kept saying that this flat in very central, but I emphasize that the street was short with dead-end, marked with traces of urine, also in the space between the street and the door of the building. The staircase of the block looked a bit unkempt and not renovated. The building is formed from several parts with inside patio. When some people cooked, I smelled the food until I fall asleep. There is an issue: the traveler shall pay a deposit (in my case for 3 nights is was 100 Euro) which is paid back the same in cash but only if the check-out is between 10-12. If check-out is made until 10, this is paid via bank transfer, which I indeed received in real time. So little value for unjustified big fee. I strongly do not recommend this flat.
• Ginevra (9/5): Perfect staying for visiting Malaga 😊 - It was a lovely stay in this flat! It’s in a perfect and quiet position, just 10 minutes walking by the city centre. It has got everything we needed for our staying. It’s very clean and the living room has got a nice light. In the evening is really quiet, but in the morning it can be a bit more noisy because of the sport school close to it, but I think it depends from the period. The owner is very gentle and always available for any questions. Best quality/price 👍

• Shakez (8/5): Malaga is really awesome place to visit! - The property is very close to the historical city center, which is very convenient as we used mainly walking to get to different venues. Communication with the host is very easy. Both check-in and check-out were according to our needs (and we did arrive a bit late, after a plane late arrival). No problem with the cash deposit, it was returned on check out. Kitchen utensils are enough, but we actually didn't use them, as we had dinner from takeaways, or in a restaurant (there are a lot in the city center), and during the day we were sightseeing. There is free WiFi in the apartment, which is pretty good. One of the beds is not so good, as it made screechy noises, whenever a person is turning in bed. It's not that is a problem, but be aware when taking a shower, that the heater is around 50 liters, and if you are two persons or more, one or more could be a problem for the others.

• Anonymous (10/5): The ideal base for a short trip to Andalusia - This nice and clean modern apartment is a pure gem: excellent central location with absolutely everything within a walking distance.
• Ronald (5/5): The deposit is a pain. - I liked the location of the apartment. If you walk from the apartment to the main road and turn right the cafes have more local prices and the flaming pig tapa. If you turn left its the tourist area. Also, the street is quiet at night for sleeping which was rare for most places I stayed in Spain. Wifi worked fantastic. The deposit was a pain in the rear end. It ate up all my cash euros near the end of my trip. Because we were checking out before 10am he would not return cash. He would only transfer the money to me in my currency. I did get the deposit returned as soon as I provided my bank details but it was a definite inconvenience. For this reason alone I would not stay here again. In addition, there is some complex next door with numerous basketball courts. This gets insanely loud during the day. Only a concern if you plan to spend time in the apartment during the day.
