• Valentina (8/5): Un buon soggiorno - La posizione e la vista Purtroppo chi ha soggiornato precedentemente ha fumato in casa e l'odore era persistente..un po' penalizzante il dover aspettare per fare il check-in e check out anche se molto puntuali..rumore del traffico ma prevedibile

• ROBERTO (10/5): Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e consiglieremo ai nostri familiari e amici - Struttura in posizione ideale , letto comodo , vista mattutina spettacolare ! Niente da dire , unica cosa se si vuole proprio trovar un appiglio e’ la non presenza all arrivo del proprietario . Comunque telefonicamente a fatto e indicato tutto il necessario .

• maria (6/5): Gaeta è diventata insostenibile per i prezzi ai lidi, ed anche parcheggiare. Assurdo - La posizione Troppo caotico. I rumori si sentivano anche con le finestre chiuse . La carta igienica ,e asciugamani,non abbastanza per una famiglia di 4 persone

• enrico (9/5): - Posizione ottima sia per il mare che per la zona di Gaeta vecchia dove ci sono molti ristoranti: in pratica vi consente di essere equidistanti da tutto. C'è oltretutto un comodo trenino a soli 2 euro che consiglio molto se avete bambini, ma non male nemmeno per gli adulti per spostarsi la sera dopo cena. La spiaggia sabbiosa di Serapo è bellissima e l'acqua pulitissima: incredibile come possa esserlo così vicina alla città. Si raggiunge a piedi con una breve camminata. Adatta anche a famiglie con bambini. Servizi vicino nel vicino vicolo dell'indipendenza, come minimarket e forno. Casa pulita, stanze comodo, bagno pulita. Cucina non grandissima ma funzionale ad una vacanza di mare. Niente.
• Meran (7/5): - The apartment was very clean, it is centrally located, there's a great pasticeria next door. Check in and check out were not so easy as the host requested a 20EUR deposit (could not find this requirement on property policy on Booking), so we needed to meet physically for both check in and out which made things a bit complicated. Also, the flat is located on the main road and roundabout, so traffic can be a noisy at night.

• Galina (5/5): Despite cleanliness and location, the overall stay was disappointing. Would stay elsewhere next time - - The apartment was very clean, which we appreciated - The balcony offers a pleasant view of the harbor, yard, and promenade - Shops and amenities nearby, and a walkable route to Gaeta’s historic center - The bus stop is right outside - We were able to store our luggage after check-out, which was helpful - No luggage storage before check-in - Inflexible check-in: no early arrival possible, and we had to wait in the street and send ID photos before we were let in (for which we had to dig through our suitcases in the street) - Power fuses blew multiple times when using more than two appliances, so we had to pick who we liked more to use air conditioners - One AC unit leaked heavily onto a bed due to an overfilled huge canister we had to empty ourselves - ACs blow directly onto beds, making sleep uncomfortable - No living room or proper dining area — the small kitchen has an uncomfortable bar shelf with too low chairs, and the balcony only seats two - One bedroom had no bedside lamps, so reading at night was impossible when sleeping with a child, which to me is essential - Very limited toiletries — not enough for even one full day for two people, and we were four people staying a few days. - Unstable water temperature and low pressure in the shower — it kept switching from cold to hot, and pressure wasn’t strong enough to use the overhead shower - EXTREMELY noisy at night, especially on weekends — loud street traffic and people shouting under the windows until 2 AM, we didn't sleep well. I didn't expect it to be this noisy, even after reading the previous reviews - No beach towels or beach gear — we had to buy. The beach is a 15-minute walk, somewhat far away. - Few bathroom surfaces, inconvenient for storing toiletries or applying makeup. - Furniture felt cheap, and the interior design was quite poor - A bedsheet was missing from one bed, and the host later questioned us about it - Checkout had to be scheduled, which allowed limiting flexibility and created unnecessary stress at checkout Considering all the downsides, I would look elsewhere to stay next time.

• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - The location could not be better. If you plan to go to Gaeta for the opening night of the Christmas lights (2nd weekend in Nov) this is the placeto stay. We had a perfect balcony view of the fountain that lit up, played the music, and saw the local dancers, it was literally amazing. Walkable for a family of 5 to the hiking of the mountains and getting to the beachfront. We thoroughly enjoyed this spot. The balcony is the key to this location. No issues, perfect location. Did purchase dish soap, dish towels, and extra toilet paper, but pretty minimal and close shopping for toiletries.
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - Very good location! 10 minutes walk to the serapo beach, city walking street and seafront just outside the apartment. Great view from the balcony. It is quite noisy, because of the central position of the apartment.

• Ines (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very well located, central and clean. The layout of the apartment is quite uncomfortable, the hall and the kitchen are quite narrow, and the room is a bit cramped.

• Andrijana (10/5): I recommend this apartment to everyone, because of the comfort, cleanliness and kindness of the owne - The view from the terrace is beautiful! Mrs. Pina is extremely kind. Cleanliness at a high level! I think they could replace the doors on the rooms and the bathroom and put some carpet in the room. Or some other mat.
