• Carmen Melissa (8/5): Tolles Apartment mit super Lage, nur leider etwas kalt. - Lage war super auch die Aufteilung der Räumewar super. Es war alles sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Leider war es im Apartment etwas kalt nachdem wir die Klimaanlage als Heizung eingesetzt habe ging es. In den Schlafzimmern hat die Temperatur dann super gepasst im Wohnbereich war es leider trotzdem etwas kalt. (Aufenthalt im Februar)

• José Antonio (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad Cuando llegamos, el locker de las llaves estaba abierto, las sábanas estaban sucias, con múltiples pelos, así como la vajilla (había una copa sin limpiar)
• Feenandez (1/5): Para no repetir - Nada Las escaleras super estrechas,reservamos pensando que era un ático y era una primera planta super pequeño el piso con 0 intimidad porque las persianas son antiguas y las cortinas super translúcidas,había manchas en las paredes y pelos en las sábanas,en la ducha había bichos y un olor bastante desagradable durante nuestra estancia,había también bastante ruido de la calle porque está allado de un bar y un pub donde había mucho movimiento desde la tarde hasta la madrugada,los inquilinos de arriba montaron bastante follón y nos quejamos y nadie hizo nada,no hay calefacción solo aparatos de aire acondicionado con mal olor y bastante ruidosos,no lo recomiendo para nada

• Carmen (8/5): - El apartamento bonito, moderno y muy bien decorado. Muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Una estupenda ubicación. Las escaleras muy estrechas, pero es normal al ser una casa antigua. Y el ruido en la noche.

• Verónica (6/5): Mejorable - La terracita le da un toque al dúplex. Es un espacio perfecto donde desayunar o tomar algo a media tarde. Además, la ubicación es excepcional. Al agua de la ducha le falta presión, es casi imposible lavarse el pelo de forma decente. El aire acondicionado de la habitación de arriba no tenía mando, por lo que no podíamos encenderlo. Es importante tener en cuenta que era la parte superior del edificio y se calentaba mucho. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento y todo lo que hicieron fue decir "debería estar".

• Noa Abeba (10/5): Acogedor - Lo que más nos ha gustado del alojamiento ha sido la iluminación que tiene, los colores cálidos y sobretodo lo muy buen situado que está, está muy cerca de todo. Y la terraza nos encantó sobretodo. No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado, la entrada al piso desde el portal es un poco estrecha y nosotros dos que somos muy altos hemos tenido algún problemita con eso, pero aún así está muy bien señalizado. No tenemos quejas sobre lo que es el piso, encantados.

• Ellie (8/5): Fabulous location with everything you need - The property is in a fantastic, convenient location near the cathedral. As it is so central there are bars immediately nearby which you can hear on a Saturday night - not a problem for us as we expected this but it’s not a property for those looking for quiet stay. We stayed Saturday - Tuesday and it was only Saturday that was noisy. There was nothing missing that we needed, the property is well equipped, has a strong shower and a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun. The host communication and access was great too - easy and quick to respond. Of the two beds, I found the one upstairs to be lumpy and uncomfortable and as it’s on a light metal frame, every time I turned over it moved - it felt more like a travel cot than a proper bed so that was my only disappointment. That said, my friend said her bed downstairs was good. The only other suggestion would be for the cleaners to check that previous guests have actually washed their kitchenware before leaving, as we found we needed to clean some items before using. It must be said that despite these minor niggles, I would definitely stay here again.

• Nishant (5/5): Horrible. Stay away. - Location is ok. It was the worst stay on my trip. The house wasn’t clean. Floor was very dirty. The shutter to the balcony didn’t open so we couldn’t use it. There was a construction noise from adjacent building all the time which was very annoying. The outside building looks very dirty. The stairs are very narrow and dangerous to carry a large suitcase. The host was very slow to respond to our concerns. Have very strange and strict policies to check in and check out but no desire to stick to their own promises.
