• Stefania (8/5): - Posizione eccellente, pieno centro città, silenzioso soprattutto di notte, adatto per famiglie, due camere e due wc con doccia. Consiglio di dare una rinfrescata alle pareti e un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli e alla manutenzione, soprattutto nel bagno più piccolo.
• Al-Jafar (9/5): Bra läge, ren och perfekt val för familj - Allting var jätte bra, läget var toppen, det var ungefär 3 min från spanska trappan. Vart än vi åkte var lägenheten nära oss. Lägenheten var lagom stor och ganska ren. Dörrarna och fönstren hade så bra ljudisolering, även fast det var restauranger i närheten kunde man inte höra de när man har stängt fönstret. Duschen i den ena badrummet var väldigt liten, man kunde knappt vända sig när man duschade. Hissen var också ganska liten och räckte endast 2 personer, men som tur ligger lägenheten i våning 2

• Igor (8/5): Good location - Big and clean appartment in good lication. 1.After receiving detailed, lengthy instructions on how to use the apartment, we couldn't find a direct link to the website that opened the front and back doors. So we had to stand outside for a long time while the neighbors opened the door. 2. the floor creaks 3. The entrance to the bathroom is 30 cm wide and very inconvenient. 4. • Charlotte (7/5): The flat was perfect for a short stay. - The location. Clean. The second bedroom had no window that could be used. Mops and buckets on the balcony. This was unattractive. No waste paper basket in bedrooms. One of the set of keys had difficulty with front door.

The interior of the building was rundown. The bathrooms were rundown and uncomfortably too small for the average person. Tea bags and coffee sachets would have been appreciated. A washing machine would also be of use.

• Nermin (2/5): dirty - just the location to be honest i don’t like to write this kind of comments but the flat were really really dirty. we have a 3 year old baby and not only myself but also her health is so important for me especially after that covid19 situation. I am so upset about myself not to read the comments clearly as I was rushing to book a room. the duvet’s covers were dirty, the dishes were dirty, both bathroom’s floors and the toilets were almost disgusting, the only advantage is the location but in rome every where is so close to each other and you can find lots of rooms in the heart of the city for sure. i asked them to clean the room but they didn’t help, they said i should have said it when we arrived to the flat in the first place but it’d been almost evening and i couldn’t have checked the room.

• Cecilia (7/5): is not a place to go back! with kids, the property was luxury when it was new. - location is excellent close to Spain square Trevi fountain , coliseum, restaurants really nice around .the hostage Ricardo very kind and always help us with everything we needed. we had an issue with the main key and he came and brought us another one! property in very bad cleaning condition , both toilet was very dirty an have a leak the floor was wet all the time. the shower cabin very dirty , no shower gel everything around with dust, the internet connection very poor, never work in the rooms.

• Sarah (3/5): Great Location, Apartment very dissapointing and needs alot of work to bring it to luxury standard! - Let’s start with the positives, the location. It is in a great area, not far from the metro, near loads of restaurants and easily walkable to all of the attractions. Comms prior to arriving were good and the owner was more than helpful in bringing forward the check in time to suit us. Lets discuss the bad parts. On closer inspection, the apartment was filthy. It appeared that the bedding had been changed, new towels left and a bin liner had been put in the bin but nothing else. Now this could be down to the cleaners being really lazy or the owners not paying them for the time needed. I’m not sure what it was but it was still dirty. If this had been a hotel I would have been downstairs requesting to move rooms. The showers filthy, lots of grime on the bottom of the walls and hair in one of the shower trays. Hairs in the drawers, every drawer and other bits of dirt. Toothpaste left on the wall behind the sink. The floors, uurgh, the toilet floors so unhygienic with waterproof coating breaking away from the laminate on the bathroom floors. Old food in the cupboard where the bin was. Cups and dishes really dirty. Crumbs all over the toaster Work surfaces just dirty, clearly hadn’t been wiped down at all Hoover left full of dirt, probably weeks of dirt. The apartment needed some serious refurb work. Floors uneven and unsafe, lots of fittings broken, loose or fallen off and not refitted. Bathroom floors in a disgusting state. A wardrobe which was full of spare bedding and no room for clothes. A picture that had come off the wall and was just left upside down in the corridor. Lights that didn’t work. Air con that kept you awake with the noise at night. The list goes on but I can’t remember everything. I should have said something straight away but we only started noticing things the next day and we were only here for 4 nights. Fortunately we spent most of the time away from the property. The title is quite misleading because it states Luxury and luxury it isnt
