• Alessia (9/5): - L’appartamento è molto accogliente e curato. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Anche se la camera è piccola, è ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario: cucina, bagno e una doccia spaziosa. La posizione è davvero comodissima, perfetta per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. L’unico piccolo problema riscontrato è stato il condizionatore, che funzionava solo con aria fredda: essendo aprile, avremmo preferito poter riscaldare un po’ la stanza. Tuttavia, la temperatura era comunque gestibile e non abbiamo avuto particolari disagi. Inoltre, la finestra si può aprire, ma le tapparelle risultano bloccate, limitando un po’ l’ingresso della luce naturale. A parte questi aspetti, però, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e non abbiamo avuto altri problemi, unici motivi per cui non do 10, ma consiglio molto !!!

• Lattuga (3/5): - Una cosa a favore della struttura la posizione, anche se la notte, vista la movida, si sente un po di baccano ma da parte del viaggio e ci può stare, accoglienza del ragazzo a dir poco invadente ma simpatico e gentile Stanza umida non rispecchiava le foto dalla descrizione, si sentivano tutte le discussioni della gente all’interno del palazzo, quasi mancava la privacy, bagno molto piccolo, acqua calda che finiva dopo 2-3 minuti, quindi si è costretti ad aspettare, condizionatore non funzionante. Di sicuro chi cerca una stanza con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo non è il massimo ma è accettabile. Capisco che i ragazzi debbano lavorare ma la domanda che mi sono fatto è: “prenoterei di nuovo”? La risposta sarebbe: “No, mi dispiace. Cerco dell’altro.” Spero possano apportare delle migliorie.

• Emma (7/5): We enjoyed our stay - The location was great. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any issues, and the TV and air conditioning were fully functional. We needed heating during our stay and the air conditioning provided enough warmth. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including coffee capsules, which was a nice touch. Clean towels were provided, there was hot water in the shower, and the owners were very kind and helpful. Because the apartment is located close to the main entrance gate, it was quite noisy when people opened the main doors. The shower could be cleaner.

• Silvia (7/5): Mignon super funzionale - Un'ottima posizione, centralissima, per un piccolo alloggio, con l'essenziale per trascorrere pochi giorni. Una nota di merito per la pulizia. È importante che chi soggiorna a Napoli, soprattutto la prima volta, sappia che è una città generalmente rumorosa. Non è un "difetto" della casa, ben inteso, è una caratteristica inevitabile. A piano terra in particolare. Suggerisco a chi soggiorna dei semplicissimi tappi in silicone. Non ho sentito manco la raccolta del vetro e la movida del sabato!😅 ( quartiere universitario).

• Fikri (8/5): Alojamiento céntrico - La ubicación es perfecta, estás en el punto perfecto para ir a ambos lados de Nápoles. La cama es muy cómoda y la cocina tiene todo lo suficiente para cocinar. Es un bajo, con una ventana que no se puede subir ( la puedes subir, pero vamos que es como estar en la calle). Por tanto básicamente no tiene luz natural.

• hidalgo (7/5): - La ubicación, zona universitaria con estación del metro cerca y bares, restaurantes. El checkin es un poco informal, la comunicación debería poder ser también a través de WhatsApp para ser más ágil. La persona que nos abrió llegó 20 mins tarde y al ser de noche y con lluvia nos preocupamos de quedarnos por fuera y cómo no teníamos comunicación fluida por un canal de comunicación más directo, más difícil de saber si debiamos esperar. Sin embargo, después de que la persona llegó, fue muy amable y todo en orden. El piso del baño está un poco sucio. El resto del apartamento estaba limpio aunque al ser encerrado con poca ventilación se siente húmedo y había un poco de olor a cigarrillo.
• Inès (2/5): The apartment was very humid and we barely slept. The area was nice, but we couldn’t enjoy the stay. - The apartment is in a very pleasant location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The person who welcomed us was very kind. The owner let us leave an hour later than planned. Firstly, the flat is on the ground floor and has no windows: the only window in the entire flat is blocked. This makes it impossible to ventilate the flat, which is very damp and stuffy. Secondly, the bathroom is even more humid, with a floor in poor condition and a mouldy shower (water ran everywhere when we took a shower). We had to put a container under the tap to catch the water that was leaking from the boiler, and finally, the door does not close properly. Finally, on two of the three nights we stayed there, there was loud construction work in the courtyard that woke us up at 7 a.m. (very poor insulation). We were not warned by the owner, who must have been aware of what was going on in the residence, given the scale of the work. We were young (22 years old) and we are not fussy (the flat seemed very well equipped), but we slept very badly and spent as much time as possible outside (the city and the neighbourhood, however were very nice).

• Patricia Owusuah (6/5): - La struttura è posizionata in un punto ottimo del centro di Napoli, con il vantaggio di prendere la metro per qualsiasi direzione. In altro canto per chi amasse camminare dalla posizione del B&B si possono raggiungere varie vie e monumenti da vedere Il servizio igiene è pessimo, in questo caso nel bagno. Il bagno è piccolo ma l’igiene non è tenuta con molta cura.

• Natalia (8/5): Good location - The location was very good, close to everything, bar right outside the apartment too. It was quite noisy, so hard to get some sleep. Hot water only enough for 1 shower and there was only 1 espresso pod in the apartment, not like on photos

• Weronika (5/5): Passable - The location was great, it was close to a metro station, but also a lot of cool things were within walking distance The place was rather dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable that I had to take the mattress out of the bed and put it on the floor(which was also dirty, I tried to clean it myself, but the mop was also dirty) so I could somehow fall asleep
