• Michael (6/5): Good place for a family or a couple friends - Location was great. House was spacious and clean. Great little outdoor eating area. Large living space. I didn't like being requested to pay an additional $500 a couple months before my stay and given 24 hours to do so or I would forfeit my booking. It was out of the blue and without comment by the owner, if I had not paid extra they would have left me out to dry. I had paid the full price and had secured the booking and then received that message. Apparently I had to pay the Moto GP Rate for the house which is odd considering we did not stay there in October, the time in which the moto GP was actually going on. It is a shame as the house was generally really lovely and the hosts for the most part were kind and reasonable.

• Jennifer (8/5): Good location - The location of the villa was convenient for our needs. It is a very compact space (particularly the bedrooms) but it suited our needs as there was only two of us. The communication was excellent and everything was smooth for access and our departure. The facilities met our expectations and we would stay again next time we visited Cowes or Phillip Island,

• Shamila (6/5): Pleasant - It was in a great location near the attractions. There are no lights in the outside BBQ area.. it was difficult to stay outside when it was dark. Only one air conditioner was available in the living area, but not in the rooms. There was a small wall mounted fan in each room.

• Williams (4/5): very beautiful stay in a great location if you don’t plan to cook. - the property was very beautiful with lots of seating very nice outdoor space the property wasn’t cleaned properly, the rug in the living room covered in hair and stains, dishes and utensils were also not cleaned, old dried food all over them. not enough toilet paper provided, also missing kitchen essentials, eg chopping board, dishwashing liquid

• Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional - The property was tidy and in good condition. It included all amenities such as soap, bath towels, a coffee machine with pods, shampoo, and more. All Appliances were in good working order and clean. The installed heat pump was sufficient to heat the rooms. There is nothing to dislike about the property.

• Lin (7/5): Great location - The house is in a great location. It’s so convenient to go to anyplace where we want to visit. There are many lovely pictures in the walls. If would be even better if the staff could put the quilt inside the cover.

• Shweta (3/5): Good location, close to everything but inconvenient for us due to the hygiene and the noise. - The location was good. Seemed like only the living area was clean, bedrooms were quite dirty and cramped. The linen was dirty as well. Saturday night there was a lot of noise from the front house, it was mentioned in the ad that there was no party or event allowed but seemed like there was a party in the front house due to the noise we could hear. It was quite inconvenient for us as we were travelling with a toddler.
• Shay (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and tucked away little get away home and very secure for the kids, the house was exceptionally clean and their was more than enough knifes, forks, cooking utensils ect, the owner was amazing to deal with and sent everything we needed hours before we were due to arrive VERY HAPPY and will be staying again :)
• Cosmicone (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location. Living space was excellent for spending time with friends. Great house within easy driving distance of the Penguin Parade and beaches on the island. Accommodation was spotless and great laundry facilities. Thank you. Travelling from abroad made providing our own towels & linen complicated. Staff were very clear with their communications about this, which was excellent, but we would have preferred they were included without having to pay extra or bring it ourselves.
• April, (10/5): will visit again - clean the door lock is very tight

• Ross (8/5): Very good - Modern interior, large table for dining and outdoor. Plenty of plates, cutlery and cups. Shower pressure and temperature was great. Only issues were the roller blind closest to the tv facing the grass in the backyard fell off and the roller blind in the first bedroom facing the outdoor table would not roll up by the cord, it just kept spinning, by hand only, bit awkward for short people. End of hall bedroom door difficult to open/close. Bbq was great but some metal tongs and and metal BBQ tool would be helpful.
