Персонал на ресепшн всегда старался помочь со всеми вопросами. Хотелось бы, чтобы после уборки номера на полу не было песка.

The room I did get had a 'balcony' which is actually a shared smoking area with everyone on your floor. The tv didn't work, the AC made a loud rattling noise. The 'city view' is actually an alleyway

Не шумный кондиционер. Балкон на 2 номера без перегородки. В номере отсутствует: мыло у раковины, места для сушки одежды. Слабая звукоизоляция - если соседи шумные, отдых пропал. У нас был только один случай с шумом посреди ночи и кратковременно. Добавить мыло у раковины, минисушку для одежды на балкон

• Aleksandr (7/5): Хороший отель, но уже не лучший в своей категории, как был пару лет назад. - Отдыхаю в этом отеле третий год подряд. Конечно, это говорит о том, что отель, в принципе, нравится. Но я могу сравнить. Я прошлых отзывах я писал, что это один из лучших отелей по соотношению цена - качество. В этом году цена аналогичного номера выросла в полтора раза, а качество, увы, осталось даже не на прошлогоднем уровне. Завтраки хорошие, голодным не останешься. Убирают номера каждый день, но убирают плохо. Специально засекал время уборки номера. Как думаете - можно убрать 40 - метровый номер за 7 минут? Хорошо - нельзя. Полы не моют, а подметают. За 28 дней отдыха раз 10 просил убирать наш номер до 14 - ти часов. Помогало на 1 день. Впечатление, что не хватает персонала для уборки. Расположение отеля - шикарное, в переулке второй линии. Правда, утром мешают спать колокола церкви рядом и петухи, живущие в каких то развалинах между отелем и морем. Вид на море портят немытые окна и эти самые развалины. С балконов убрали стол и стулья, которые там были раньше. Посидеть на балконе теперь нельзя. Не очень понравилось, что в отеле появились на постоянной основе пакетные туристы от пегасов и других тезтуров. Утром на завтраке полное впечатление, что находишься в Анапе. Иногда было стыдно за поведение соотечественников.

Хороший завтрак, Номер с видом на море понравился, вроде достаточно простой сам по себе, но все хорошо, удобно, кровать хорошая. Есть бесплатный подвальный паркинг для байка с удобным заездом. Персонал приветливый, при необходимости отвечают на все вопросы, помогают. Возможно напор воды в душе был немного слабоватым. В остальном все хорошо.

• Tam (9/5): Great hotel to fully enjoy the Nha Trang beach and sea - The location is excellent: very close to the train station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The hotel sits in a wide alley, which keeps it away from the noise of the main street yet still easily accessible for cars. We stayed in a sea-view room on the 18th floor and enjoyed one of the best ocean views we've ever had. The sea is incredibly blue and beautiful in April and we had a direct view of Hòn Tre and Vinpearl's Ferris wheel (absolutely stunning). The room felt new with two fluffy and comfortable double beds. The Sony Bravia TV (older model) had sharp image quality with several foreign channels. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety with many hot options. We appreciated the live cooking station where eggs were made to order and there was a different noodle dish each day (phở, bún cá, mì). The price was excellent for value. In my room, the toilet placement directly behind the bathroom door is unusual but not a huge problem. The rooftop pool is tiny so if you enjoy swimming you'll be disappointed.

• Hardy (9/5): - ch war ietzt das 3te mal im Hotel. Mittlerweile ist es wie Nachhause kommen Superfreundliches professioneles Personal, von der Rezeption und Frühstücksservice bis zum Zimmerservice. Besonders Thin von der Rezeption hat mich mit Ihrem strahlenden Lächeln empfangen. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants. strandnah. Schöner kleiner pool im 18 ten Stock mit tollem Blick auf den Strand. Wenn möglich bekomme ich immer das gleiche Zimmer. Der nächste Aufenthalt für eine längere Zeit ist schon geplant. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Apus Team. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen. Die Poolbar war leider nicht geöffnet. Brot und Marmeladen- Auswahl war für einen Europäer etwas wenig. Man ist halt in Asien. Die Asiaten lieben es morgens schon deftig. Es gibt Schlimmeres. Habe immer etwas gefunden.
• brad (8/5): Stayed 3 days and was perfectly adequate. Bit noisy and crowded for long term. - Location is smack dab in the tourist centre so plenty of options for food and drink. This also means the places is very crowded and the streets are packed with people wandering around. Plenty of action and noise to boot. Beach is a hundred metres away. Not allowed to smoke on the balcony which I asked for so I could specifically do that. Also balconies are very small and shared with the room next door so privacy and security could be an issue. Some noise from the street below but it does not go on all night.

• Valerij (8/5): - Всё хорошо Прошу не удерживать деньги за 15 апреля проживания в Апусе так как у меня поезд 13го апреля отель оплачен по 14 он апреля. Прошу сократить бронь на один день.
• Солохин (8/5): Отель отличный, море рядом, на рынок Чо Дам ходить не надо - в двух шопах под боком всё есть. - Завтрак отличный - большой выбор еды, ассортимент меняется каждый день. Есть европейская и азиатская кухня. Присутствует почти всё, что нужно. С питанием в отеле всё отлично. Расположение отличное. Не берите номера с окончанием в номере цифр 7 и 8. Они выходят на север, а там, в пятидесяти метрах расположена местная методистская церковь, которая почему-то в 4-5 утра начинает бить в колокола и так через час-два. Не берите номера на верхних этажах (17,18) - на крышах стоят генераторы-компрессора, они ночью сильно шумят.
• Rafael (10/5): - Второй раз в этом отеле. Все нравится, цена недорогая. Чисто, убираются каждый день. Постельное белье хорошее. Завтраки стали похуже. Мало фруктов, каждый день один вид мяса и курица. давали крокодила, яичница, омлет, гарниры, супы.

• Зульфия (7/5): - Отель в целом понравился: расположение отеля, вкусный завтрак, чистота отеля. Персонал на ресепшене очень отзывчивый, готовый помочь. По приезду мы обнаружили, что не включается телевизор, нам тут же прислали специалиста, который всё исправил. Постель чистая, кровать удобная, в номере все необходимое. Полотенца меняли ежедневно. Брали номер с балконом и разочаровались, так как балкон на два номера. Это не устроило. Утром выйдя на балкон увидела, что с соседнего номера там уже стоит мужчина. Поэтому дверь на балкон всегда закрывали на шпингалет.Если не закрыть спокойно с балкона можно проникнуть в наш номер. И ещё неприятный момент был: бронировали номер на 12 ночей. В последние 4 дня не наливали ни шампунь ни гель для душа. Сначала думала, что забыли, но когда столько дней подряд.... вообщем купила себе шампунь и мылась своим. Хотя номер убирали хорошо и полотенца меняли ежедневно.

• Heidrun (5/5): Systematische Missachtung der Privatsphäre und übergriffiges Housekeeping - - Großes Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderbarem Meerblick - Lage - Badewanne statt go-in-Dusche, wie sie teilweise in anderen Zimmerkategorien vorhanden sind - kontrollierte Privatsphäre - Balkontür verzogen, schließt nicht vernünftig Ich habe in mehreren Abschnitten insgesamt vier Wochen während meiner mehrmonatigen Reise in diesem Hotel verbracht. Als Langzeitreisender bin ich darauf angewiesen, dass ein Hotelzimmer ein privater Rückzugsort ist. Leider praktiziert dieses Haus ein System und eine Kultur, die eine diskrete Unterbringung faktisch unmöglich machen. Die Fakten zum Housekeeping und zur Privatsphäre: Systematische Überwachung: Ein Display an der Außentür zeigt über die eingesteckte Magnetkarte jedem im Flur an, ob man sich im Zimmer befindet oder nicht. Diese Transparenz über die Anwesenheitszeiten ist ein massiver und ungefragter Eingriff in die Privatsphäre. Kein Zutrittsverbot bei Abwesenheit: Die Funktion „Bitte nicht stören“ erlischt technisch, sobald man das Zimmer verlässt. Das Housekeeping nutzt diese Abwesenheit konsequent aus, um das Zimmer zu betreten – selbst wenn man die Reinigung ausdrücklich untersagt hat. Ignorieren von Eigenleistung: Obwohl ich dem Personal mehrfach mitteilte und dies auch ersichtlich war, dass ich Bad und Bett selbst reinige und (außer Bodenwischen) überwiegend selbst erledige, um meine Privatsphäre zu schützen, wurde dies täglich ignoriert. Eingriff in das Privateigentum: Das Personal beschränkt sich nicht auf die Reinigung der Flächen, sondern greift aktiv in die Schränke ein. In meinem Fall wurden Handtücher, die ich in meinem Kleiderschrank unter meinen persönlichen Sachen deponiert hatte, eigenmächtig entnommen. Dass Personal in den Schränken der Gäste hantiert und Sachen durchwühlt, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Fehlsteuerung: Die Funktion „Zimmer reinigen“ wird als einzig valides Signal für den Zutritt ignoriert. Das Hotel beansprucht den jederzeitigen Zutritt, solange man nicht physisch anwesend ist, um dies zu verhindern.

• Olga (10/5): ​Great value for money - The room was clean. There is a rooftop pool, though the water was cold in January. The pool offers a nice view of the sea. Small but clean pool. There are only 5 sun loungers by the pool. Next to it, there’s a tiny gym with two treadmills, an exercise bike, and a dumbbell rack. Good breakfasts for the price: 2-3 types of meat dishes, pho bo soup, vegetables, salads. The bathtub isn't flush against the wall, so water runs down and floods the entire floor. You can get beach or pool towels at reception for 10 VND each.
• Fatma (10/5): Güzel teras - Konumu ve terasını Balkon oda tuttum çünkü sigara kullanıyorum ancak otelin balkon kullanımı yan oda ile ortak..zaten küçük bir balkon yanda kalanlar sigara dumanından rahatsız olup sürekli söyleniyordu ki haklılar.
• Ignazio Ezio (8/5): Buona scelta - La posizione, lo staff, colazione. La piccolissima “palestra” vicino la piscina è praticamente inutilizzabile poiché è anche una zona fumatori, cosa davvero INACCETTABILE!!!
