• Vibhanshu (1/5): I understand that for the price I paid for the property I should not expect luxury but at least I should expect what was - Location of the property is conveniently located to all the big offices around and there are several places to hangout and eat and drinks. Cleanliness and the facilities were not available. Staff at the reception was unfriendly, never had a smile on his face. Hotel room was dirty, I could see bugs in the bathroom and roof of the bathroom was leaking.

They should have sense that the customer will be irrirate because of this , there is no tea and coffee available when asked , even the cleaning was not good as asked to clean again when stay for two days

• Abhishek (8/5): Good hotel to Stay - Its a good hotel near by balewadi high street at a calm location with parking space. The staff is good. Hotel rooms were clean. Overall good stay for a week. The bathroom had minor problem so they provided a different room on same floor. I booked double occupancy but even then they provided single complementary water bottle which they provide for single occupancy as well. Wifi was not working and no kettle in the room for hot drinking water or complementary tea coffee bags were not available.

• Phutane (1/5): Horrible Experience at Hotel Auhtel BHS, Pune – Avoid at All Costs! - I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Auhtel BHS in Pune, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If you're considering staying here, please read my review thoroughly to avoid the same awful experience I had. 1. Check-in Disaster: I checked in at 00:45 am with my 8-year-old child, who was already sleepy and exhausted from travel. Instead of providing any assistance, the front desk staff showed no interest in helping us carry our luggage to the room. I had to make multiple trips back and forth, carrying my sleeping child and all our luggage by myself. It was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the late hour and the fact that we were a tired family. 2. Bathroom Issues: The first major issue was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which led to a foul, musty smell lingering throughout the room. This was unbearable, especially after a long day of travel. It was evident that basic maintenance and hygiene were not a priority for this hotel. 3. Air Conditioning Problems: Despite running the AC the entire night at the lowest temperature, the room never cooled down. It was uncomfortably hot, and I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. It was clear that the air conditioning units were either faulty or poorly maintained. 4. No Hot Water & No Buckets: On top of the AC issue, there was no hot water available, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. There were also no buckets provided for a bath, which is particularly inconvenient for travelers. This was a basic necessity that was blatantly ignored. 5. Malfunctioning TV & Dirty Bed Linens: The TV in my room didn’t work at all, adding to the discomfort. The bed linens were visibly dirty, and worse. There were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room! This was disgusting. 6. Water Supply Issues: On day two of my stay, when I woke up, there was no water in the room. After calling the front desk, they informed me that a tanker was on the way, but it took an entire hour for the tanker to arrive. Once the tanker was finally there, the pump that lifts the water to the overhead tanks broke down, and it was not fixed for hours! 7. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were careless, and unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency in addressing any of the issues I faced. They were not apologetic at all and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused. May be they were used to such customer reactions and had learned to ignore them completely. I had to check out without being able to bathe or freshen up, which was an awful way to start my day. 8. Unfulfilled Refund Commitment: When I spoke to the manager about these numerous issues, they agreed in writing to refund the booking amount for day when there was no water. However, after several follow-ups, the refund was never processed, even though I experienced such basic service failures. The lack of hot water, water supply issues, bed bugs, and other problems should have been grounds for a full refund. 9. Owner's Indifference: The owner of the hotel never once bothered to apologize or address the multiple issues I encountered. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The whole experience left me feeling completely disregarded as a guest. Conclusion: I strongly urge anyone considering Hotel Auhtel BHS to avoid this place at all costs. This hotel has poor management, subpar facilities, and a total lack of customer care. With so many other decent hotels in Pune, there’s absolutely no reason to subject yourself to the awful experience I had. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
