David (10/5): Modern, spacious, and safe townhouse. A quick drive to Wilton Manors or FLL. - It's a modern building and the unit is very well appointment with the latest appliances. A/C works very well and WIFI is fast. Extremely clean. It's in a very safe neighborhood -- I went running every morning around the neighborhood and it's super quiet and chill. The unit is just about a 10min drive to downtown Wilton Manors. Highly recommend it. Would be nice if there was a grill in the backyard. But other than that, there was nothing that I didn't like.
