Marvin (4/5): aesthetic place and great ideas, poor execution - property was along the main highway so it was easy to find. there was adequate parking too. good room soundproofing so traffic noise was not audible from inside the room. high quality bed (foam topped spring mattress) and hotel like pillows. aesthetic room design with good lighting and high ceilings. the bathroom had an unpleasant sewer like smell. shower water pressure was poor. the sliding door heading to the outdoor area would not lock properly. i tried ringing the advertised contact number and no one was answering. luckily i tried ringing via instagram and the property manager was able to move us to a different room resolving the above issues. we werent able to use the advertised outdoor hot tub because hot water pressure was too low. it would have taken 5-6 hours to fill the tub and water would be lukewarm by then. also when we arrived at night to check in the tub was dirty but was cleaned upon request. we were extremely dissappointed as this was the main reason why we booked this unit and decided to pay extra. our sleep was disturbed as staff kept on knocking at 8am to serve breakfast even though it was advertised that breakfast would be served at 930am. barista had poor attention to detail serving me coffee with normal milk when i explicitly asked it to be substituted. i am lactose intolerant and luckily i was able to tell that normal milk was used with one small sip. also security is poor as gate leading to the property was just left open and anyone could easily get into the common areas
