Izabela (2/5): - Niestety pobyt w tym apartamencie był dla mnie dużym rozczarowaniem ze względu na standard czystości, który był po prostu poniżej normy. Po przyjeździe, zamiast odpocząć, musiałam zacząć od sprzątania, aby móc w ogóle korzystać z pomieszczeń. Największe zastrzeżenia: Brak dokładności: Podłogi niby umyte, ale pod łóżkiem straszyło opakowanie po chipsach po poprzednich lokatorach. Kuchnia przetarta tylko „po wierzchu”. Łazienka: Deska sedesowa była brudna (ślady moczu!), a na kafelkach przy prysznicu widniała niedomyta pleśń. Dodatkowym minusem jest brak wentylatora w toalecie. Kuchnia i wyposażenie: Lodówka niedomyta, ociekacz brudny, a gąbka do naczyń była w tak fatalnym stanie, że brzydziłam się jej dotknąć – takie rzeczy powinny być wymieniane po każdym gościu. Mikrofalówka: To był najgorszy punkt programu. W środku znajdował się stary, przypalony i zaschnięty sos. Wyglądało to tak, jakby nikt tam nie zaglądał od bardzo dawna. Uważam, że przy pobieraniu pełnej opłaty za wynajem, takie niedopracowanie kwestii higienicznych jest niedopuszczalne. Nie polecam, dopóki serwis sprzątający nie zacznie rzetelnie wykonywać swojej pracy.

Luigina (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole - L'appartamento era molto comodo, pulito, accogliente, ampio, c'era una cucina, una stanza da letto, un bagno e una doccia separata, TV, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, tutto il necessario, proprietario gentile, si è preoccupato di tutto, non facendoci mancare nulla, biancheria da bagno inclusa, la posizione era anch'essa ottima per spostarsi con i mezzi o visitare l'esterno, consigliamo! Il letto un po' scomodo e il vialetto per arrivarci, fangoso perché non asfaltato e non illuminato, potrebbe causare qualche piccolo disagio
