• Deborah (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay in Liège, and would want to stay at l’Emeraude if I went back. - The location was very central. It was easy to get to the train station. It had a good, functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The owvner was kind and communicated well. Sometimes there was noise from the streets.

Man wohnt direkt in der Altstadt mit tollen Kneipen. - Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß gut erricht werden. Im Untergeschoss des Hauses befindet sich ein Club. Die Vibrationen der Techno-Musik waren an einem Abend bis in die 5 Etage wahrnehmbar.
• Joanna (10/5): Choose this place if you want enjoy stay in the city - Good contact with the owner. Exc location- right behind the Opera, close the tram stop, river & interesting parts of the city. Bit noisy at night, but its typical for such location. Spacious flat, all you need is provided, lot of natural light. Shops close.

• Vera (8/5): It was a nice, decent appartment to stay at. - The appartment is in the very center of the city; on the fifth floor of a large building. There is beautiful view from the appartement. It is spacious and nicely furnished. Entering the appartment was quite complicated, but it worked out, eventually. The insulation of the windows are not very good and the noise from the street might be disturbing. I missed basic bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo).

• Lois Kyerewah (8/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment fully matched what we saw online. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and met our expectations. The location was excellent and very convenient, at the center of Liege, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Also it was very remarkable to notice that the hosts took note of every negative aspect of the past reviews and they were all taken care of and improved, so there is really nothing to worry about! Kitchen missed few essentials but it was very manageable.

• releine97 (10/5): 문화유산지역의 중심가 훌륭한 위치, 편리한 교통 등을 갖춘 일상 주거 아파트 - 오페라 히우스 바로 뒤의 건물로 보안이 3중문으로 잘 되어 있는 단독 아파트. 실내 가구 인테리어가 매우 뛰어나고 편안하여 내집같은 곳으로 3일간 휴식하기에 편안함. 유럽식 문은 동양 사람들에게 이용하기 어려울 수도 있는데 주인이 전화로 하나하나 알기 쉽게 알려주어서 많은 도움이 됌. 주방과 냉장고, 전기 등이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 요리도 마음껏 할 수 있음. 은퇴 후에 리에주에서 살고 싶은 생각이 들 정도로 훌륭한 집이었음.

• SEBASTIEN (10/5): Séjour magnifique dans un cocon au centre de Liège - Excellent sejour à l'Emeraude où tout était parfait, propre. De plus l'hote était joignable facilement et l'emplacement est top pour aller au centre ville ce qui nous a permis de profiter du marché de Noel. la voie rapide est aussi proche ce qui est appréciable. Merci encore pour ce séjour un peu féerique avant Noel Anecdotique au vu du séjour mais un peu plus de petites cuilleres aurait été parfait.

Techno-beat op vrijdag/zaterdag nacht/ochtend van 2:00 tot 5:00 een gedreun van je welste waardoor slapen onmogelijk is. Zelfde met iets andere muziek de nacht erna. Op de tafel liggen oordoppen maar die werken niet tegen dit geweld. Dus of je gaat beneden zuipen en feesten of je boekt iets anders.

Aunque no coincidimos personalmente con los anfitriones la comunicación fue muy fluida. Volveremos. Tuvimos que desatascar el desagüe de la ducha. El sofá al ser cama es un poco incómodo.

Propriétaire très disponible, nous avons eu un petit souci avec le WiFi et l’eau chaude résolus en un rien de temps. Rien, tout était parfait

Creo que sería más fácil dar las instrucciones de como acceder al apartamento de entrada, pero no hubo ningún problema. Las almohadas, unas un poco más altas por favor. El resto perfecto.
• Miranda (10/5): Uitstekend appartement op een prachtige locatie voor een stedentrip of langere vakantie. - Het appartement is heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is heel centraal gelegen. Eetgelegenheden, supermarkt(en) en bezienswaardigheden binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Ook de tram, bus en trein zijn dichtbij. Een aanrader om van hieruit Luik en omgeving te verkennen. Alle medebewoners zijn rustig. Alleen de zaterdagnacht was er best veel geluid van het uitgaanspubliek te horen. Alle andere avonden waren wel rustig.

• Carpediem60510 (9/5): Week-End de randonnée - rès joli appartement ,situé au 5ème étage,à l’accès sécurisé avec ascenseur un peu capricieux.. dans le centre de Liège avec vue sur les toits et le haut de la Cathédrale. Logement très spacieux et lumineux et parfaitement aménagé. Trouver sa chaîne sur le téléviseur n’est pas facile. Un document avec le N° des principales chaînes (Belges et françaises entre autres) serait le bien venu. Beaucoup de bruit le week-end Difficile de se garer en surface mais parking sous-terrains à proximité. L’offre à 14€ du propriétaire est intéressante si vous devez stationner très longtemps.

• Mmmenz (8/5): Very good - Quite central location, owner very fast to reply to messages, very good value for the money. The room is big and there's also a fan for the warm weather There is only soap for the hands, not for the shower, but everything else is good.
• Oleksandr (8/5): Very good - Nice and beautiful studio in the city centre, equipped with everything you need. There's a bar in the same building that works till morning on Fridays on Saturdays. It will be too noisy even with the windows closed.

• Gaye (9/5): Lovely apartment that would be fabulous with a few fixes - Clean, secure apartment. Good kitchen equipment and supplies. Good position for shops, restaurants and attractions. Bed and lounge are very uncomfortable. Street noises until 4 & 5 am. Blinds don't close so daylight comes in just as the street party's quieten.
• Jason (10/5): possibly the best studio apartment to book in Liege for the price - Great stay! Best apartment we experienced so far in seven visits to Liege. Location, comfort, quality, price, all great. We highly recommend this nice, spacious studio, and will definitately book here again in the future. Nothing we didn't like. TV receiver was not working at first, buto the host took care of this. No real complaints.
• Augustin (8/5): Cozy studio with nice view in downtown Liege - Nice and cozy studio, with beautiful view over Liege Cathedral and skyline, nice design and well equiped to spend good time. Location is just behind the Opera, close to some attractions and many bars and restaurants. The access is easy and host supportive and hospitable, even if we didn't have to meet her. We recommend this place! Many homeless people in the area, but no insecurity or harm done.
• Yvonne (9/5): It felt like a home from home, and I would definitely stay there again on any future visit to Liège. - The location was perfect for me, as I traveled to Liège to go to the opera and the property is right behind it: one minute away. The interior decor was superb and exactly my taste, and I appreciated the kitchen with microwave and coffee machine (and pods and milk portions in the fridge). Communication with the host was very friendly. It was unseasonably cold while I visited and I struggled to be warm enough; I was surprised that the apartment - which is in a modern building - doesn't have double glazing. Another blanket would have been welcome but I didn't tell the host about this and can't comment on whether it would have been fixed. I imagine it would have been. A few more kitchen items would be welcome: for instance scissors and a bottle opener.
