• manuel andres (10/5): - El alojamiento me pareció excelente. El espacio era amplio, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Además, contaba con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí., Aunque el espacio cuenta con un ventilador grande, la falta de ventanas hace que en algunos momentos se encierre un poco el calor. Sin embargo, considerando todos los demás aspectos del lugar, me pareció una excelente opción. En mi caso solo llegaba a descansar y la estancia fue muy cómoda y tranquila.

• Janelly Suselle (7/5): Normal, si viajas con amigos mejor quédate en un Hostel - La zona en donde se ubica este hospedaje está veía si lo que quieres es explorar museos y demás. La cama no es tan cómoda debido a que son dos bases unidas y si son dos personas puede haber problemas y ruido a la media noche El ruido que había en las noches por parte de las personas de la planta superior. Al parecer hacían fiestas y movían los muebles, no dejaban dormir
• Jillian (10/5): Great central spot, all you need, great value! - The host was reliable and easy to communicate with. The key system was flawless and simple. The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to everything. We never took a cab at all. We were close to everything we needed. King-size bed and large TV were a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, with gas cooking, microwave, and full-size fridge ! There is a nice little restaurant directly next door for breakfast and lunch, which was convenient, as well as many cafes, restaurants, and corner stores too. Also, a bank with an ATM on the near corner ! We arrived by express bus and the bus terminal was only about a 6 min walkI will definitely stay there again! The hot water takes a while to get to the shower. I was happy to have hot water, so not complaining, but just a heads up to not climb in right away!

• Simeon (6/5): Decent stay - The location is great, 5 minutes walking to the city center. The owner, Areli, was responding quickly to messages. The bathroom. Practically, the shower doesn't work. There's no water power at all, nor hot water. Also, for a day there was no water at all, but that's not owner's fault I guess.
• Paola (9/5): Oaxaca la città di pietra verde - Posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Oaxaca, appartamento spazioso e ben organizzato (asciugacapelli, frigo, cucina, stoviglie) Lo scarico del wc non sempre funziona e si scivola nella doccia...cuidado!
• Blanca (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación Llegamos y La toalla de pies estaba empapada, agua en el suelo y las fundas de las almohadas estaban sucias, avisamos y vinieron a cambiarlas una hora más tarde (fueron rápidos y estuvieron atentos), ademas de facilitarnos una nueva toalla de pies, y decirnos que la anterior habían lavado a mano porque habían olvidado las llaves del armario cuando vinieron a limpiar, y que por eso estaba mojada. El baño es muy viejito, apenas sale agua de la ducha, evita lavarte el pelo y lo tienes largo y mucha cantidad. No tiene ventilación Entro una cucaracha grande el segundo día porque la puerta de entrada al apartamento no ajusta hasta el suelo… Le falta una buena reforma

• Claudia (6/5): Passable - The location is excellent and the lady in charge of the studio was very attentive. The studio has no windows/ ventilation, the shower doesn't work well, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff went and cleaned the property when notified. Noisy neighbor coughing loudly. Adequate for a night or two.
• Storm (7/5): Good for a short stay../. - The apartment has an amazing location, 5 minute walk to the busy centre! The host is lovely and attentive! Collecting the keys was easy and straight forward. The bed was huge, multiple pillows, TV, kitchen with lots of utensils to use. I think my negatives are somewhat my fault for not properly looking at the pictures and thoroughly reading the reviews... There are no windows in the apartment that look outside. None in the bedroom and the windows in the kitchen open to the apartment lobby area. Not the hosts fault as the pictures do not show any windows, my mistake when booking!! Like another reviewer mentioned the shower doesn't work well and sprays everywhere. We also didn't have hot water, after messaging and following the instructions from the host it still didn't work so we just gave up on washing. Another reviewer showered using a bucket which at first I thought was a bit dramatic but unfortunately i used hot water from the kettle and a saucepan to wash my hair. I understand that water is very precious in Oaxaca and as guests to the country/city we are more than happy to do our part and use water responsibly. I think turning on the hot water before a guest arrives would appropriate. We also had issues with the wifi so i would bare that in mind if a guest reading this needs to work online.
