• Jinks (8/5): - L'emplacement Une des chambres est au dessus de l'entrée du parking, nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit. Le voisin du dessus faisait aussi beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 1 à 2 heure dans la nuit. Mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire.

• 7kritagya (9/5): Cheap price with huge space - The apartment was huge, a lot of space with kitchen, refrigerator. AC in one room, another room with Master bed had a separate heater. Great and cheap price for the space and facilities. Location wise - A little difficult to find exact location. Toilet was wet, flush didnt work properly, struggled. Master bedroom - can hear the water flow from other floors in the building. Overall stay was pretty good for the price we paid.

• Daniel (1/5): - Nic. Syf kina i mogiła. Smród z kuchni nie wytrzymania, pomimo zamkniętych drzwi i nie korzystania z kuchni, smierdzielismy tym mieszkaniem przez następne 2 dni. Trzeba było pralni, żeby wyprac wszystkie czyste i brudne ubrania aby dopiero pozbyć sie smrodu. Wilgoć, stęchlizną, śmierdzące koce. Masakra.
• Arturo (2/5): Overall, the disadvantages clearly outweighed the advantages, the experience was not satisfactory, and Booking.com shoul - The living room (salon) was spacious and pleasant, the beds were quite comfortable, and the location was very acceptable, right in the city center. The apartment is very old and extremely poorly maintained, with no visible maintenance. Sewage pipes run above the bedroom ceiling, causing constant water noise. The terrace door does not close properly, and the gas furnace does not work correctly. The oven is dangerous, as gas continues to leak when it is turned on. Most of the furniture and facilities are old and neglected, and the doors constantly creak and make noise. The wardrobes are filled with the landlord’s personal belongings, leaving little space for guests. Toilet paper was cheap and insufficient. The bathtub was very dirty, and the ceiling showed clear humidity and damp spots.

De meubels zijn niet goed school en verouderd.Men hoort de WC en het water van de buren wanneer zij naar de WC GAAN. Erg VERVELEND EN KUNNEN WIJ NIET REDELIJK GOED SLAPEN. De buurt is zeer LAWAAIERIG en niet geschikt voor gezinnen of een alleenstaande of een coupelles. Voordat ik deze appartement gerisiveed heb las de reviews van andere mensen. Die waren goed geschreven, nu kom ik er achter dat de dochter van de eigenaresse van de appartement heeft ALLES verzonnen en in allerlei talen. ECHT niet goed om deze appartement te huren. Ik heb eerste drie nachten en daarna een nacht ook gereserveerd. Wij hebben heel veel spijt van dit gedoe. Ik adviseer NIEMAND om deze appartement te huren. De appartement is niet schoon en de kamers zijn verouderd. De meubels zijn niet goed schoon en verouderd.Men hoort de WC en het water van de buren wanneer zij naar de WC GAAN. • redoin takhrifa (4/5): - Het appartement was wel op een rustig plaats en ook grote appartement De hygiëne moet veel beter men betaald geld voor de schoonmaak van 30€ maar de mensen die de schoonmaak komen doen wassen de deken niet die stonken heel hard van de vorige huurders de keuken was wel kleverig ook riool stonk heel hard in de wc zelfs de deur van de wc kon niet dicht veel vliegen die plat getrapt zijn tegen de muren die nog niet gewassen waren

La habitación de matrimonio que se escucha mucho ruido de la canalización del desagüe que baja alado de la cama se ve que encima hay baños y baja cada rato agua y hace mucho ruido yo no he dormido casi nada me desperté 3 veces y me costó volver a dormir,el resto todo bien.

• Faiz (7/5): Nice place in Fez. - Very good location 😃 good value for the money ground floor easy access. The host is really helpful and friendly especially the host Mom wata a lovely lady who walks with us to show local shops. shops are a few minutes walking distance. Overall I like the apartment. There are only a few issues bit noisy.no door closed properly all doors needs adjustment. Drainage pipes from above flat go through the main bedroom. It's very noisy at night time. The bathroom really needs upgrading. It's a nice lovely flat that only needs a bit of attention.

• Pp (8/5): Nice people 👍🙏🤲 - The best thing was the kindness of the son (who lives in Paris) and his mother (she lives in Fez and is the owner). The lady let me stay little bit longer than check-out time because I had to wait. I had a nice talk with her at the kitchen table. I appreciate all that a lot. It was good hospitality. It was little hard to find (same house numbers in the same street) but I managed. Via app the son helped me real-time. In the master bedroom no AC, only fan. In the extra bedroom there was AC. But I appreciated my stay anyway!
