• Nicky Ogilvie (10/5): Absolutely Fabulous! - Fabulous Villa in a slightly elevated position looking over the bay of Vis Town. Although it seems further away when you put into Google maps, it is only a 4-5 minute walk from Kut harbour, which has some great bars and restaurants, and a lovely 15 min stroll along the waters edge to Vis Town. We took a private boat transfer from the airport with SeaYou Boats (excellent service) to Kut harbour where Sanja met us and showed us to the Villa. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Three large ensuite rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds. The roof terrace is probably one of the best viewing spots on the island for the sunset. Vis is a beautiful Island and the people were so friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend the island and Villa Nisa.
• matthew (9/5): Perfect stay in a terrific property. - It’s such a stunning place to stay. The pool. The roof. The spacious rooms. It’s the best villa we’ve stayed in in the perfect location and we’d go back in a heartbeat. A great welcome at the port by the agency. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked but not really big enough for a group to enjoy cooking together. There is a grill outside which helps if you like barbecuing.

The villa was beautiful, amazing views and we really appreciated the short walking distance the ice cream store just around the corner, and the harbour area of Kut with small grocery shops and nice restaurants. During our stay the agency was super kind and helpful!

Exceptional views from every room and especially the roof. Good location, walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Pool was a little cold for the kids.
