Guest Reviews
- Abongwe (10/5): -
- Reneilwe (7/5): The place is more suitable for stopovers or brief stays so not ideal for comfort or relaxing. - I liked that the lady there was helpful when there were issues. It was not easy to gain access as there is no intercom. I was assisted by a neighbour who called over the gate then someone responded. We were woken up by the electricity meter on the first morning because the units had run out. It was attended to quickly though after I reported it. The bathroom particularly the shower and toilet needs maintenance. The access road in front of the guest house needs to be paved beyond the gate for easier access. Parking would be an issue if there is more than one car there.
- Ndimande (8/5): - The room was comfortable and clean. We slept peacefully. The towels on arrival worn out and torn. The venue is hard to find, had to call the owner to meet us on the main road for us to follow him to the venue. We told the housekeeper did not have a spate key to the room, thus no cleaning was done.

- Patience (6/5): Comfortable and convenient for the trip. - It was comfortable with basic facilities for our overnight stay. DSTV had standard compact channels, microwave and fresh towels, bedside tables and portable fan, built in cabinets. Prize was affordable as well. Not clearly demarcated and far away from the road. Lacked air conditioning, headboard bathing toiletries and toilet paper was left over from previous guests. Cleaning was not properly done. The owner’s telephone was always on voicemail.Otherwise we were taken care of by the Employees with whatever we needed.
- Sizwe (8/5): Very good -
- Sbongile (10/5): Home away from home. - Room was warm, staff as well as the owner were so welcoming. We arrived at night during heavy rain and cold but the staff made sure that we are safe and comfortable in our room with coffee.

- Scelo (10/5): Peaceful place - Cleaniness Nothing yet
- Ntokozo (8/5): Very good -
- Thandeka (8/5): Very good - The staff is very friendly and welcoming To fix the shower doors as they let the water run out of the shower and make the whole bathroom wet. To add microwave oven in the kitchen to be able to warm food on the following day.
- Selinah (3/5): It was not nice, the burglar door in our room was broken, they were spider webs in the room. I - Their willingness to help and improve. The place felt unsafe and no proper packing space.
- Ngcobo (1/5): Bad - We did not reach Ekhenani guest house the owner didn't pick up the cellphone,,on the Google map we did not find it ,,we were stranded from 8pm till 10 pm as when we decided to go go and book at Nongoma Inn lodge. We are still disappointed shortly we want our refund back please.

- Macanda (7/5): Good -
- Nqoboka (5/5): Passable -
- Sindisiwe (5/5): Goog - Did not have breakfast left early . Location is a bit awkward. Location , parking, the way rooms look like outside they need a facelift. Bathroom was clean but need repairs regarding shower doors.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Cleanliness and peace of mind Shower doesnt work properly
- Thembelani (2/5): Very poor - The Bed was comfortable It was very dirty, the wall was cracked and had snail markings, the floor was not swiped floor

- Bongakonke (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Stuff was very nice and friendly. They need a clear visible sign at the entrance.
- Sangweni (6/5): Pleasant -
- Makhubela (7/5): Besides the cleanliness, the stay was okay. I would actually consider it over some oth in the area. - Liked the staff. It was very friendly especially the manager. The only problem was the cleanliness. The bed sheets had what I believe are coffee stains, and the bathroom mat was actually dirty and was placed on the toilet seat. I wouldn't really have a problem if we arrived way before check-in time, but we arrived around 1:30am.
- Purity (3/5): Poor -
- Caroline (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms did not face the exceptional view with a sliding door and a small veranda. Instead they face the house and the amenities face the view. Bizarre. Behind the rooms is a dirty back yard which face the exceptional view. No microwave in the kitchen or any way to warm up or cook food. The installations did not look made by professionals. There was also a badly fed dog roaming the grounds. The access road was atrocious. Booking. Com should perform more checks on the establishments using the platform. A pity because the host was welcoming and nice.
- Thulisile (9/5): Superb - Reasonable and next to where I going. Peaceful and quiet place.
Accessable well directed.
